I took my truck in with an air leak, which the tech said was due to my diaphragm of my can blowing out. He replaced it and said my issue was resolved. It wasn't. After having an unbelievably difficult time getting out of their lot which was filled with trailers and UPS pups, I ended up having to take my truck to the company terminal shop, where they informed me that there was a hole in the back of the can and the entire thing would need replaced.

This place is awesome. Enough room but truckers beware, don't just go anywhere in here because you might have to back out or around the building if you go too far in one direction.

I highly recommend these guys. Mike, Kurtis, Wyatt, Travis, & Gary are very professional, knowledgeable, & show that they take pride in their jobs & really care about their customers. I took my truck in to have the AC compressor replaced due to the clutch blowing. Unfortunately the part numbers Volvo gave Mike were wrong & they sent the wrong parts. Mike, Kurtis, & Wyatt called & tried for a long time to find the right parts so that they could get me back on the road again, but unfortunately no place in the North East had the parts. The reason why I said all this was to prove a point about these guys. They took it personally & really felt bad they couldn't help me. To me that really proves how dedicated, professional, & committed to customer service they are. When my company sent me to another service center that was closer to my delivery area they ordered me the part & when I went back at the agreed upon time to have the service done the mechanic that was suppose to do it left for the day knowing that I was coming in for service & the manager lied to me making me wait for nothing. Seeing how unprofessional they were I bought the parts & drove all the way back to Triple K for them to fix my truck which Travis did. He did an excellent job keeping me informed of the progress & making sure everything worked perfectly. This is the kind of service shop that I want to give my business to. In conclusion if you want your service work done right & by professional, caring, committed mechanics then go to they guys at Triple K Carlisle!!

Tracked down a strange electrical issue with our turn signals/four-way lights. Our mechanic was kind, courteous, determined, and thorough. He figured out our problem and got us back on the road. Reasonable time and money spent. Highly recommend.

Great place to go for all your needs. I've been getting all my maintenance here for a few years now and I've known Shawn for quite some time. He's always went out of his way to get me in and back on the road again, as soon as possible. Shawn, Gary and Brad have always been nothing but professional. I will continue to recommend friends and other drivers to Triple K Carlisle.

This is the worse place I have ever taken my truck to. First, they will give you an estimate, work on your truck , and then jack up the price double of what they had initially told you. Once they are confronted, they simply don t want to hear it and act absolutely dumbfounded. Never again will I go there nor do I recommend anyone else to go there.I payed 1080 $$ for alignment. They took 6 hours to do the job and changed me 115$ an hour and plus the machine that they used which they charged 180 $ for truck and 145 $ for trailer alignment . The worst thing is they couldn t get 2 axle straight and still charge me.

My place of business has used the services of Triple K Fleet numerous times. The most recent repair work on one of our dump trucks was completed by Mechanic Clay Herman. He is to be commended for the exceptional job he performed in a timely manner, and for being knowledgeable and professional in completing the necessary repairs. Highly recommended!

The mechanics were nice but the guy I spoke with first was a old fat guy and he was very rude. It made me feel not welcome and all i wanted to do is get my truck service and the old guy kept giving me a hard time, but his colleague was there to check me in. If any driver come to this establishment for service stay clear of the old fat guy you will know him by his attitude and negative energy. I wish i got his name but i will find out. stay tuned

Chad does a great job for me every time I have him come and help me in my shop. He is great at diagnosing trucks and finding the issues quickly, getting them repaired and out the door. I appreciate all that Triple K does for my shop.

So let me start off by saying most of the people I interacted with at this location in Carlisle Were polite. I brought my class c motorcoach to these guys September 28th 2020, at 11:19am give or take a couple of minutes. It was brought in for brakes heavily pulsating and noise coming from the right front (driver side tire) I was very clear and told the service advisor about this, also I stated I wanted a service (LOF,Grease in applicable) and to check out the brakes and look at my APU that was surging, I have my dog with me and he says strictly no dogs allowed in lounge, understandable I thought. It s brakes and a service not like I m going to be hear all day.. at about 120pm someone pulls in my coach, I hear the generator being checked out and tested. Then after almost 3 hours I have to go to the tech and ask him for an update, no ones around, walk into service center hoping for an update..nothing, then I see them pulling it out, for what I assumed was a road test. Which it was, the technician comes back and starts looking at the rear brakes, and I thought that s odd could of sworn it felt like the front brakes.. fast forward 2 more hours and it s now 4:30 Someone finally comes out to get me and tell me what s the issue. Apparently the rear brake pads are causing the issue of a heavy pulsation and hard grab upon stopping. Now the passenger side rear did need to be replaced because the backing plate fell off, I agree and they replace them. I test drive the coach no change whatsoever in drive ability zero. Same pulsation and grabbing feeling in brakes. At this time it was too late to do anything, said the service writer that was working until 8:30. This is the issue I have, I was there for a total of 10.5 hours, no oil change, no service, just the rear brake pads, and lubing the sliders, Mitchell pro which is a service writer software that helps shop determine book hours states this should take 2.6 +0.3 for sliders . They stated the front brakes looked great, They didn t even take off the front wheels.. how can you tell me the front brakes looked great if the dang wheels never came off. Oh and the generator is still surging like crazy, no change at all, and I was charged 57.00 for labor to remove a nest and adjust some things, I would of been happy to pay that if it actually fixed it. They did discount the rear brakes for me which I appreciate however, 10.5 hours? That s insane to sit outside with my dog for 10.5 hours. And what really upsets me is the downright dishonesty, one tech said oh yeah I took the front wheels off. And some said well.. we never actually took the front wheels off... 10.5 hours I will never get back, oh and 57 dollars for the generator fix(which did absolutely nothing for it) I m not here to rip on this business, but 10.5 hours and nothing about the primary drivability concern was addressed.Service: Brakes

This is regarding a recent experience at the Carlisle, PA location. Specifically, our unfortunate business interactions with Brad, Doug, and Nathan. Please read carefully and proceed with caution if you wish to conduct business with this organization during this exceedingly difficult economic time. Our organization chose Triple K based on Google reviews. After our experience, we believe the reviews were fabricated (done in house by Triple K personnel and/or associates of Triple K) and as a reputable organization, Turquoise would like to share our story, and would be happy to expose them via saved phone recording and/or emails. Our driver entered their facility with a clutch issue. We were informed this was a master and slave cylinder problem and we were quoted $814.48 plus tax over the phone. A request for this to be put in writing via email was denied because they did not want to do business with a company that shops around, essentially attempting to hold our truck hostage. We asked further questions as to what parts they would be using (OEM or aftermarket). I was explained that it would be OEM but the were not aware if it was with or without petal.Because we were under a load, we conceded to have them do the work. We called back the next day and were told it would be done after lunch-communication was another major issue, it was hard to get them on the phone or return an email. Upon finally hearing back from Brad, we were told the clutch was stuck. When asked if the job was done correctly or why they did not replace the clutch to start with, he had the excuse that he had no way of knowing until replacing the master and slave cylinders, classic bait and switch to fraud us for more work. Now at this point, we really needed some things in writing, and it took another 4 phone calls to get them to finally acquiesce. Our new invoice was $1045 for the work done and another $2335 for the clutch work they determined needed to be done. We again asked for an itemized invoice and inquired about the parts that were to be used (brand, new, used etc.) as this job requires many parts involved. The next response was what triggered this review. It was made clear there would be no more information provided to us and our options were to have the truck towed or pay for the repairs. We again pleaded to have the estimates with the parts related so we could put together a plan and move on. This took another three phone calls from us for them to finally send us an invoice for the work already done (at 8pm) and we were told we would not get an itemize invoice for the parts on the work that needed to be done until the next morning.A strong undertone during this unfortunate experience was the treatment I received due to my accent. Our company and I are proud Americans. I made Doug aware that because I do not sound like him it should never warrant any mistreatment. Eventually Doug apologized for this.By the way of the invoice, we discovered they replaced master cylinder and rebuilt the slave cylinder, again there was no communication. Starting at 7am on 7/15/20 we called 12 times to get the estimate from the employee in charge of parts. They were intentionally ignoring us and not disclosing the parts they were going to use, thus pressing us to make a decision as we needed to deliver a load. Finally, we got an estimate of $5080.88. Because of the lack of trust and communication we decided to tow our truck to another shop. The experience started as an $814.48+tax job and turned into $5080.88 without any cooperation and communication from Triple K. We expelled over 50 hours, dissatisfied a customer, and we still had to pay Triple K. Please take heed when deciding to do business with this organization.

Great people; helpful. Takes very very very long time to get parts. Repair time was normal. FleetPride has a discount with a nearby MainStay hotel.

I always appreciate fast, friendly service. I will let my crew know that you are a preferred vendor in your area. Price was fair, and was advised on options to save costs. An absolute pleasure to deal with. We will be doing business again.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I was traveling from North Carolina to New York and noticed my tire started losing pressure so I pulled into a gas station in Carlisle expecting the worst. With my car packed with all my belongings I was expecting to have to unpack the whole car to get my spare tire. We happened to see Sean pulling out of the gas station and flagged him down to hopefully help and he did not disappoint! He came back when many would have continued with their day - Sean came back and fixed my tire right then and there! It absolutely saved us a ton of time while traveling and moving! It was truly a blessing to have met Sean on this journey - I would recommend them to anyone!

I called yesterday and got my truck towed, before they picked it up they told the the price was 135$ an hour/ 2 hr. Minimum. They picked the truck up and changed the price to 4 hour minimum. Price was supposed to be 275$. Ended up being almost 500$. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

BD Construction was having Brake/Power Steering issues with our Dump Truck. We stopped in to see what their schedule looked like and how far out they were with jobs. We dropped it off on a Wed Afternoon and they called us Thursday Afternoon to pick up. Mechanic, Clay Herman determined that a Pump was bad, he ordered a new one and installed it the same day. Two Thumbs up for KKK Fleet Services and Clay Herman for getting us in and out in 24 hrs.

Headed north with my RV and the rear caliper locks up and destroys the rotor as well. Start calling shops around Carlisle and no one can get me up and running this week much less today. Triple K says they can get it done but are very busy and it's gonna be awhile. Limped into their shop and say a prayer. The shop foreman, forgive me I can't recall names well, crawls under the rig and says he thinks he can help. Parts can be interesting to get for motorhomes but with indepth knowledge of GM products this kids able to get calipers, pads and a new rotor headed to the shop that morning. They got the RV in as soon as they had a bay open and got right at it with 2 mechanics. Of course the axle gasket was the wrong one and we needed a second caliper after pulling it apart but they took it in stride and got me fixed and on the road the same day. Price was more than fair and I just can't say enough about how knowledgeable and skilled the guys were. I highly recommend them.

Terrible service. Especially Carlisle,PA location. Call the towing for truck. 25 miles away. Charged us for three hours. Ok. Please give us the estimate. Ok. Another $400.00 for just an estimate. Truck drivers or simple drivers, please avoid this shop.
