Bought a Smitty Built X20 15500 winch from them on Amazon. When it was delivered the switch that turns on the wireless remote on the control box was damaged and did not work. I emailed them and received a new switch in one day. Great Customer Service

Good place to work for sure. Worked in a lot of warehouses and this one has definitely kept me here. Great job, staff, and I like my boss. Not something you can say about all jobs.

Sent wrong part and i cant get ahold of them. They have no phone number. Now im screwed out of my money!! Also sent no packing list.This part was ordered threw Amazon..Stay away from this one.....

I like how my bad experience at 4 wheel parts in Carlisle was taken down. Long story short.....Stay away from this place if you want things done right.

Sales staff was great and very informational. Items are overpriced though compared to other 4x4 stores in area.
