Wanted to have new exhaust tips put on my truck and they had to be custom welded.. Owner was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure my needs were met.. Even went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly.. Would 10 out of 10 recommend

Very thankful for our experience with this auto repair shop. Full brake job recently and just now, a last minute accommodation to repair a door where a bolt inside the door panel, had come loose. We have been long time customers of Sloops. Every car we owned has been serviced here when he need any work done. Very professional. Quality work. Can almost always answer my questions or track down a part we may need. We have a 1989 Crown Victoria which is not always easy to find parts for. Work is usually done same day depending on the job. Good labor rates. Never feel ripped off and that's highly important. It's also important to trust your mechanic and we do.Highly recommend them

Will never be back! They are penny pinchers and rude! After getting an inspection done they told me I'd need to pay an insane amount to finish the inspection. I did not agreeing to pay their insane charge for nitpicking. The next day I get pulled over cause their own tech didn't plug my stop light bulb back in and left it to rattle around in the housing. I wasn't rude and tried to discuss the issue with the owners son who only tried to belittle me and yell at me Infront of customers and his own father! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN! If you like wasting money and letting someone steal from you then keep taking your vehicles here. They're thieves!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing

The mechanics at Sloop Service are among the best I've ever dealt with. I had a transmission replaced a month ago, not an easy job. But the task was done quickly and perfectly. I have also used Sloop Service for regular services, like oil changes and tuneups. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! Took my classic '72 Valiant in twice now, once for an oil change and the second time for an electrical issue. They fix you up and if they find a lose wire they put it right back. Great atmosphere.

I've been a mechanic for 15 years, and I had back surgery a year ago and since then there's a few things that was just intolerable to do becuase of the back pain..... Me being a mechanic I don't just trust "anyone" to do the work..... But they are very professional, and they are dedicated and do great work! Jason I've dealt with personally and its a pleasure to do business with them.

Found in Google as a custom exhaust shop. I left 2 messages about having my car's exhaust replaced for increased MPGs and power. When I returned the message left 5 days after my first message, Justin was given the phone. He was curt, bordering rude. His attitude was not receptive towards my goals and was fairly clear that he wasn't interested in doing the job. This shop will not be getting my project.

Sloops is great! Take all my cars here for inspections and if there are any major issues I can't fix they always help me out. Very knowledgeable and honest!

Really great group of guys. They treat you right. Honest and helpful. Been using them for years.Sad to see that bathmate hydromax aka Nathan jones is badmouthing them since he has never used their services and is cutting and pasting the exact same dialogue into several review services. Class act and mature on his part. I believe this person is the friend of an immature disgruntled ex employee. Sad since this is a class act garage with excellent service. And in all the years I have been going there I have never known them to have a front desk lady.
