I have been taking my vehicles to Sam & Jerry's for 40 years. First Jerry, then Mike and for the last number of years, Matt have provided prompt, courteous and economical advis advice and service. My most recent need for service came on the eve of a long trip. Despite being fully booked, Matt made the effort to get my car in the shop and address and resolve the various issues. I knew that even if he could not make all of the necessary repairs that he would explain what was needed so that I would not victimized by another repair shop at my destination. I cannot say enough about Matt and I recommend him whenever I get the chance

My grandfather was Sam of Sam & Jerry's. He was as honest as the day is long, and a "if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right, the first time" kind of guy. Honest, fair, knowledgeable, and always helpful.I'm very happy to say that Matt continues that same tradition of genuine honesty and caring today; not only about his customer's safety and peace of mind, but their wallets as well. He does great work at a fair price, and absolutely won't do anything that isn't needed.If you're looking for that good, competent, honest shop to take your car to, you'll find it in Sam & Jerry's.

Matt at Sam & Jerry's Garage is a master mechanic who is BRILLIANT! He always explains what needs to be done in terms you can understand and he is friendly and professional. His shop is like stepping back in time ... many of the items on display are his creations. Matt is a gentleman and my wife and I are fortunate to know him.

Absolutely amazing business! He talked me through everything, showed me all of the issues when I came to pick up my car, took them only a day to fix my radiator, muffler, ac as well as inspection, they also called me a few times to let me know what was going on and they are very reasonably priced! If you're looking to get your vehicle taken care of this I the place to go! I've worked with Matt and to some extent Paul, and I will personally say from the inside, you can not find another honest, intelligent and serious mechanic in the area. They will tell you if something is worth fixing. Won't gouge you like dealerships and only use the best parts available. Without Matt's guidance on my vehicle, I could have spent hundreds unnecessarily. He is 5 stars all the way, don't trust anywhere else!!!

Matt is honest, and thoroughly explains the work he performs. Lets me know if I need work done and if it is urgent/immediate or if I can wait until a later date. Never tells me I need work done that is not necessary. We arrived from out of town with our car making a new funny noise . Matt checked it out thoroughly and thoughtfully, made a few guesses and adjusted a few things. the noise is gone and we feel safe! Matt and his assistant Charlie could not have been nicer or more thorough!

Took my car here for inspection and couldn't be happier! Matt is honest, thorough in his explanations and super knowledgeable. I was impressed at how much he knew about Volvos and other European makes. I will continue to bring my car to Sam and Jerry's for any repairs out of my skill level and will pass the name on to others!

We have been going to Sam & Jerry's for years and always appreciate the job well done, every time. When something needs fixed, Matt is thorough in his explanation. If we every have questions about anything, he provides the most reasonable and understandable explanations. Highly recommend Matt for all of your car needs.

Sam & Jerry's does fantastic work! They have done excellent work and kept my vehicles safely on the road for years and have never once gauged me on pricing. Matt is an honest, fair person who takes a great amount of pride in his work and it shows.

Didn't get a chance to have the truck I was in get into their shop today but Matt is definitely a stand up guy. Gave me a recommended place to get what I needed done beings I am in need of with done today and they are booked up. We definitely come back with my personal truck to have them tinker with it. It's nice to have genuine people doing service in this industry, honesty and integrity are hard to find with garages. We all know they need to make money but some of them just like to rake people over the coals. This place is an easy 5 star and I've not even had any work done, just the conversation was worth the rating.Thanks Matt!

I've been going to Sam & Jerry's for years for inspections. I've always been treated right and never been told I needed something that I didn't (which is far too common these days). Fair pricing and an honest, no BS explanation of repairs is what you'll get from Matt. I've recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

Sam and Jerry's garage provides great service with no frills. Matt is honest and does great work. We are always pleased with the work done! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing car services in the Carlisle area.

Best kept secret in Carlisle! Matt's honest and prompt and stands by his work. Reasonable rates and he won't oversell you. Even though he is a Model-A guy he will still treat your old Chevy well!

Well trusted mechanic. Matt the owner is a honest guy and treats you very nicely. Sam and Jerry's garage is the only place in central PA that I will go for work or advice. He isn't like every other place that over charge and miss diagnosis your issues.

I've lived in every state up the East Coast from South Carolina to PA and Sam & Jerry's is the best! I have been taking my old Avalon there for about 3 years and won't go anywhere else now! Matt always knows what the problem is immediately and fixes it fast at a good price. I highly recommend this garage!

i've been bringing my vehicles here for about 6 years now.Matt is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. it seems no make or model is unknown to him. his work is excellent and so are the prices.

They are so kind when answering the phone, They try hard to get you in and get you back on the road. I like how they have you come in leave your vehicle to check it out and call you back to let you know what is wrong with it , Explain everything to you. I love that

Matt has always been very informative and helpful with my VW vehicles. His advice is very client specific, i.e., I barely put 3,000 miles on a car a year which he knows and gives me a better idea of when things will need replaced.

Hey, this is Cameron with the Honda Odyssey and I highly recommend Sam & Jerry's. They provide quality service and at reasonable prices.Needing to get something repaired is never a fun moment but it helps me to relax knowing I have a mechanic listed in my phone contacts that I trust.
