Plenty of bobtail parking , not so many truck stops have a Bobtail parking.

The Iron Skillet food was very good! The bathrooms were extremely clean and the floors were nice and shiny throughout! A nice selection of convenience items ie sunglasses, gifts etc., there was even a Verizon store inside! 5stars!

This place is always clean and now there's an Arby's, Popeye's and a Burger King right next door.. Lots of space to park and usually has plenty.. drivers tend to park where ever they want to here though

If I could give a -100 stars I would I purchased a reserved parking spot prior to parking tonight. Upon arrival all the reserve parking spots were full from people that didn t pay a part in them. The people inside the fuel desk were very rude. very lazy. How can you charge somebody for a parking spot and then not give them a parking spot when they arrive to park It s plain and simple. It s against the law. You charge somebody for something and not be able to provide what they paid for. I will be contacting an attorney the state attorneys generals office, because when you try to call them after 9 o clock at night you can t even call to make a complaint because their customer service closes at 9 o clock at night, and they told me I do not get a refund How can you not refund something somebody paid for if it s not available for him it s a shame this world has gotten to what it is.

Stopped in for fuel and a quick meal. Here around 4:30 PM tons of parking still available. This lot is huge with tons of reserved and free parking. Inside of the facility was absolutely clean it may have seemed like a fresh floor polish was recently done. Tons of things to do inside. Huge game room pool tables there is a Verizon store chrome shop barbershop and large section to purchase all different types of snacks and drinks. Iron skillet super big staffed well and food came out great. I usually get a burger without the bun and a side of hashbrowns as you could see. Bathroom was exceptionally clean and I can only assume that the showers would have been also in the same condition. Double sided fuel island fuel island kept it moving inside the fuel island shop was also stocked to the brim with all different types of choices for snacks drinks small repair items fluids and just about anything you can need while on the road. Fuel island food section was also very full of different types of selections. Bathrooms and the few Island were a little bit more messier but considering the traffic of people in and out only one can assume that Hass to be hard to keep up. Overall experience was great demographically speaking I m not sure how safe this location may be for someone who needs to be able to secure the freight to the elements of potential walking thieves. Besides that definitely will be stopping here again and getting my haircut. Victor is the man make sure you come in ask for if you need a haircut.

Called in to reserve a parking spot. I was told sorry if you can't find a spot to park you need to call corporate to get your money back. If you are letting other drivers to park in the reserve parking they are stealing from the truck stop and me. Why have reserve patkrking if you are not going to honor the sale of the parking spot. As a driver I assume you will have a spot for me when I arrive. If you don't why should I reserve a spit if I can sleep in a reserve parking spot for free like everyone else.

11:30 pm, I paid 22 dollars to park here. Walked inside to get something to eat. Restaurant is closed, nothing hot even on the rollers, nothing in the sandwich box. Everything to eat is cold or refrigerated. Lead porter John informed me that it's not their job to be a convenience to the drivers. Basically they don't care if there's food or not. Absolutely horrible night time staff. When I spoke to the cashier a it not having even any roller food like hot dogs, he informed me, I was speaking to the wrong person about that.

Huge shout out to Petro for putting in an amazing Dog Park. Its located in the back of the parking lot and its extremely large. My little Abbie LOVES it! There's so much room for dogs to actually run and play. Plus benches to sit and watch your furbaby. Added bonus is that they have a patio set up as well. The tables have umbrellas and there's several grills you can use. Nice job Petro!

I had just gone here to grab a shower. Oh my gosh the shower was very clean and the water pressure was amazing. The only employee I saw was a guy at the register. He was nice. Great job.

It's been My favorite spot for Many Years. Great staff and if you can't find something to eat between the restaurant or the convenience store , you are working the Wrong Job .

One the best truck stops that I used. A plenty of spots, very clean store and facilities, clean shower, laundry and restrooms. And friendly staff!

Normally I love bringing my dogs to the dog park for truckers. However today I'm really disappointed, grass hasn't been mowed at all this year yet, and there is garbage strewn all over. Very disappointing.

I don't normally like TA or Petro, but this location is pretty good. The restroom has definitely seen better days, but outside of all the vandalism it was clean. The convenience store is a decent size but definitely needs a larger drink cooler. A nice experience overall as long as you're not going to the little store at the diesel fuel island. This is the first location I've been to where the WiFi is both working properly and fairly fast.If they could get the majority of their stores on par with this one, I'd be a lot more likely to park at TA.

Been here for almost 10 hours and been inside the shop bay for 1 hours and nobody hasn't even started on our truck. Wouldn't recommend the shop here to anybody. Doesn't even deserve 1 star

If you want best food close by , walk or power only to Middlesex Cafe half mile down the road.Owner is truckers friendly, you can park around the building

Two sets of restrooms and nice dining area in The Den. Laundry room and massage chairs available. Plenty of seating inside. Huge parking lot.

Large truck stop. Tons of parking if you get in before dark. And if you have a four legged copilot like me. Nice dog run area where you unleash, so they can remember there a dog. Will be make this me my pups regular stop, when we are out this way. Great service from Iron Skillet. And store. A+

It's a nice big parking lot with lots of reserved parking. I took a shower they had great water pressure. I had some problems with my soap dispenser, apparently I wasn't pushing hard enough? Over all a good stop.

Very bad attitude towards a regular customer. I reserved a parking space using the online application. Arriving at the parking lot all the places were already taken. I turned to the staff for help. As a result, they put me near the curb on the way to the scales. This is not the place where I would like to spend the night. But working time ends and you need to stop. If you believe the application, it should still be free 7 places spit mine at least. Question And why then came up with a reservation via online?

Waited 6hrs for a trailer tire repair and when it was done waited another hour for payment because they said their computer was down. Adriana at the front desk is a horrible person with a disgusting attitude. I told her that I would report her to her manager and she said I wasn t the first time do so . Tired truck drivers watch out for Adriana. The general manager called me and swift action was taken against the rude employee. I appreciate the general manager and the whole team of TA/plPetro

Let me start by saying that the Truck Stop is not bad at all! The authorized Verizon store is just awful!!!!! SHADY!!!! To start, my watch nor my tablet was set up properly! I had to call Verizon Tech Support to get them to even work! The TCL tablet was junk to me. Loads everything slow and I had to touch numbers or letters several times for a response. After three weeks of dealing with that, I decided to return the tablet and purchase another Samsung. Spoke with Verizon and was sent a return label and was told where the nearest corporate store was to pick up the new Samsung tablet. You all know how much of a task it can be to maneuver a semi in a shopping center. I even found a UPS store that same day and returned the junk tablet. One week later I'm being billed for two tablets. Verizon corporate called and asked these clowns to remove the returned tablet and they refused, because the tablet was returned to corporate and not their little store. The name over your door say VERIZON!!! BEWARE fellow drivers DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHADY PEOPLE! IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH YOUR DEVICE, THEY WANT TO TO DRIVE ACROSS THE COUNTRY TO THEIR STORE! WHO'S PAYING FOR THAT FUEL? I'LL ADVICE ANYONE THAT WILL LISTEN! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH VERIZON AT THE PETRO IN CARLISLE PA! AND DON'T BUY DEVICES FROM AUTHORIZED RETAILERS!!!!! PERIOD!!!!!!!

Checked in at the shop for an oil change at 9am, guy said "2-3 hrs waiting" fine... walk back in at 1pm to check waiting status, the guy who I checked in couldn't find the work order, guess what? , he never printed the work order so the only thing he could say was "you're next ", I got the call at 5pm, by then I was gone to NEVER GOING BACK, 8 hrs later because the guy at front desk was such as inept an employee could be...

Very disappointed in the shop went in to have brakes & rotors put in the passenger side and brakes on the divers side drives. The mechanic pulled the axle drop the power divider he did do the right procedure by activating the switch in the cab to hold it in place while you pull the axle well this delayed fir 4 hrs till the night mechanic came on I had to harp on him after an hr later realized that he was not working on my truck we got the power divider back In place as soon as I left he quit working on my truck because was tired been going for 20 hrs with 3 cat naps woke up hoping it was done hell no and gives me a lame excuse for why it wasn't done even though I told him before I went to take my nap won't be back ill go to love's next time

This Petro is one of the better ones . It has a barber shop. Plenty of parking and friendly staff .

Never visit these places due to price gouging in fuel prices. However I always stop here for their pork chops they're phenomenal. Staff is extremely friendly and establishment is well maintained floors always clean. Keep up the great work guys. You deserve more
