Went in for a car inspection and they noticed frayed wiring for one of the headlights. They fixed the issue quickly at a reasonable price. Staff is polite and informative.

Bought rims and tires from these guys in February. My tires were worn down completely at around 6mo. No mention or recommendation of an alignment. No help shopping for wheels, even though their website is plastered with custom vehicles.

The only shop our family uses. Honest fair pricing and top quality work. You'll need an appointment but that's to be expected from the best shop in town.

Amazing service from these guys! I met these guys at a local auto show and they were able to order the wheels I wanted and ship them out to me the next day! Great attitudes, great service, AMAZING wheels! These are U.S. Mags, Bandit U109 wheels. They knew all the specs and correct tire sizes to make sure these would fit. Since they are not the stock wheels, that was very important to me. Nothing rubs and they ride great!

worse prices in Carlisle and the guy that helped me was a D bag. i will never consider there again. try not running your mouth next time. lost a customer. get you"re tires somewhere else for cheaper and longer lasting. if i could put negative stars i would.Service: TiresService: Tires

These folks were really great, had a blowout nearby on the interstate and they got us a matching tire within the same day, mounted and installed. Price was great too. Thanks!

Took my car here in 2018 for inspection and they wanted to fail me/said I wouldn't pass next year for an exhaust that was "almost rusted through." Here we are 5 years later and the only thing "almost rusted through" on the same exhaust system is 2 clamps...

I took my car in to have 2 tires replaced (appointment made last week and tires ordered). They were done in in under an hour. Very polite and efficient.

I took my commercial trailer in for Pa State Inspection. We have to to a DOT safety check of taillights and brakes every time we take the trailer out. If something s wrong, by law, we have to fix it before we go out. It has never ever failed a State Inspection. I took the trailer to More than Tires one evening and dropped it. One of my employees followed me in. Since it was dark I asked him to take note of the taillights. They were working fine. Imagine my surprise the next afternoon when I went to pick it up and was handed a bill for almost $400. They had replaced the both taillight fixtures.I told them that everything was working fine less than 24 hours earlier. I asked to speak to the mechanic. They refused and after some more conversation told me not to come back.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Need an inspection plus an oil chance. Not a big deal, however they do work and CHARGE you for it without your consent. They put in a fuel system that cost me $15. They told me it s recommended by my manufacturer, funny thing , I read and read my owners manual and no where does it recommend fuel system cleaner. Just another way cheap garages getting more from the consumer. I take full responsibility for this because I didn t believe they would STEAL from the consumer.

Friendly staff when I got my car inspected. Failed for a very easy repair for me to take care of as I used to be a tech as well. I was told that I would just need to call ahead and bring it back when it is repaired so that they can throw a sticker on it. No appointment. I verified that I didn't need an appointment. So, repairs are done and I call to bring it back in. I'm told I need an appointment. I explained the previous conversation and I was told I need an appointment. Two more weeks to wait for someone to just look and verify it was done.So, basically I was lied to. Not a good way to operate a business. Now I do not trust them. I will not be back and I will tell as many people as I can that they can't be trusted.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I called them last minute after another local shop told me when I showed up they actually couldn't do my inspection as scheduled. Panicked due to my tight work schedule I wasn't sure how to get it done on time. They listened to my story and said if I could come right over they will fit me in to help me out. I was there in 2 minutes (luckily the other shop was right down the road) and an hour later I was leaving with my inspection completed. I am very thankful that they were willing to help me out like that. Great service. I will definitely be going to them again three future.

My buggy needed an alignment and I went here on the recommendation of a co-worker. Working around my limited and not so flexible schedule, they were able to get me scheduled and the work completed. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and I will be using them for any future car needs :)

They ALWAYS go above and beyond. Rick, Chris, and Bob go the EXTRA mile. I have used them for years. They have great mechanics like Andy and Keith. They're like a good restaurant there's new cars in their parking lot all the time they get them in get them out and very reasonably priced.

Great place and people! Rick got me better prices on tires than I found anywhere on line. Including tire,s mounting and balancing, etc. it was only about $125/tire for very good whjitewalls on my Towncar. The ride is excellent, quiet and smooth, as a Towncar should be. The people were on time for my scheduled appointment and did it all while I waited in a short time in their comfortable waiting room. I'd recommend More Then Tires to anyone needing to purchase tires! Great service!Service: Tires

I have been getting tires from More Than Tires for about 5 years now on multiple vehicles. Every time I setup an appointment the staff is very friendly and super helpful when making a decision on what tires to go with. Great customer service and excellent prices.

Outstanding service and prices were very good, beating some pass the other deals in town. They made an estimate and stuck by the cost. Service appointment times and time of service were as expected and reasonable. I saw them help out a family with a free tire change.

I give them a 5. I had an appointment with Monroe tire down the street and they said they couldn't do it. Never called to tell me.. So I drove to More Then Tires and they took me right in no problem. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks... I will be back when I need help.

We broke down just before the Carlisle PA exit on Sunday. MORE THAN TIRES was just off the exit. We pulled in, and shortly thereafter a couple drove in to drop off a vehicle. They highly recommended Them. We got a nearby room, and went to the shop Monday morning at 7:30. He said he would get us in. He got the car fixed quickly and very fairly - we were back on the road to Maine by 11:00! Bob, the office gal, and crew were all great!!!

Went in for a $60.55 tire replacement, rotate the tires and oil an filter change and it took over and hour after they took the car back. That wasn't the main issue though, the main issue is that those items ended up totaling $155.60.Add-on hell.I went there because I had a good experience there about 18-20 months ago (of which they no longer had a record ). They must be under new management or something but whatever it is, I won't be back.

My mini van died on the way home from my sisters funeral in Connecticut aaa towed my van here at 6am with my 1 year old son wife and 2 dogs. they opened the doors early for us got my alternator ordered for my van and fitted me into their very busy schedule i cant thank them enough for that great place to take your car i highly recommend them to anyone and thank you for everything y'all did for me

Warranty tire replacement. We bought some tires in MD and had a problem with one of them. We called More Than Tires yesterday, they ordered a tire for us immediately. We drove up today and they took care of us right away. Friendly, professional and fast. Would definitely recommend them.

Went here based on a recommendation for an inspection and was happy with the experience; all was well. They took note of some things that will need addressed in the near future and the quoted prices for those items were fair.

I took my '95 Geo Prizm to More Than Tires for a routine safety inspection, and was told I needed $1000 of work done (struts and flex pipe) in order for it to pass. I sought a second opinion, and the car passed inspection without any trouble. Needless to say, I'm not impressed with More Than Tires trustworthiness.
