Fantastic service from Mike, the new store manager. Went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong with my new vehicle and had it repaired in no more than an hour! Highly recommend!

I had stopped in unexpectedly after blowing a tire. Mike was very helpful and got me all fixed up within an hour. He was personable, knowledgeable, and understanding that sometimes things happen. I ve been to this location numerous times and they have always been accommodating. I would recommend them!

My daughter blew a tire on the turnpike on a Friday night and we called this shop and they had the tire we needed, and didn t try to upsell us. Got the car right in, new tire, fast work, friendly and professional service. We re very thankful that if it had to happen, we found a good place to go. Mike the manager is a good guy.

The new manager, Mike, was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and kind. From double checking my tires to ensure I was getting the correct sizes, giving me fair prices on services, and having me out the door in less than 45 minutes (2 front tire replacements and an alignment) - I highly recommend him and his shop for your car needs.

We got a nail in one tire and it was leaking air. Monro took the car in as soon as we arrived and had it fixed in no time at all. Mike K at Monro was courteous and informative and gave us outstanding service. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

In the past this location has been questionable at best but since Mike has joined the team customer experience has increased 10 fold. They office has become transparent with customers about services and explanation of services completed. Keep up the great work!

I walked in with an issue and Mike, immediately helped me out. But when he realized the issue wasn t a SAME DAY FIX, he made some calls & got what was needed & I was back in the next day for my appointment (due to unsure of time of delivery of parts, I had an open appt). I contacted to see if parts had arrived, they had, and I was in & out in a matter of less than 20-30 minutes. As I was leaving, I addressed another issue that s on my TO DO LIST, Mike was like .SEND ME DETAILS, WE CAN DISCUSS, & I CAN HELP YOU OUT!I will most definitely recommend this shop to friends, local & close surrounding areas. STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Walked in with a serious issue & walked out as a long-term customer! THANKS MIKE & Staff!!

Had a flat tire due to a nail, the manager and mechanic bent over backwards to get my oddball tire in stock in 2 days! They out the spare on for me that day, got me the best price possible and were super nice! Highly reccomend and I will be back!

These guys are life savers! We were on a road trip and needed to get a spark plug replacement but every place around couldn't see us. The folks here were able to get in and out in under two hours. Quick, appropriate price and professional!Update: they only fixed one of the two spark plugs. We came in and told them two were misfiring but they told us it was only one. An hour later on our trip we had to stop at an AutoZone to repair the other one. Found out we did it with borrowed tools in half the time and a fourth of the cost.

I scheduled an oil change and inspection online. When I arrived, I was told they did not have anyone available to perform the inspection. The associate didn t know the inspector s schedule when I first inquired about rescheduling, and he acted inconvenienced when he had to ask another associate. I rescheduled my appointment for 3 days later. When asked if I would be dropping off the car or waiting, I explained I would be waiting. Again the same associate seemed annoyed and stated they prefer the vehicle to be dropped off. I was later told my back tires would not pass inspection, but they were going to pass me anyway. I inquired about tires, and I had to ask numerous questions because the associate didn t ask me anything about my needs. You would think a child seat in the vehicle would imply I may not want to go through winter with bad tires or make multiple trips to their center due to a lack of time. I purchased four tires the same day, but it had nothing to do with the salesmanship of the associate. On a previous vehicle, I remember having a warranty on my tires purchased from this company. I inquired about a warranty when I was checking out, only to be told well you could purchase one, otherwise they just have the manufacture warranty. The associate did not bother to discuss warranty prices with me. I then used the bathroom before I left, and the smell of urine was so potent that I was dry heaving. I also didn t appreciate the supervisor talking about their good sales with a possible district manager on the phone where customers could hear the conversation. I worked in sales management for over 15 years before switching to a career in healthcare, and I was disgusted by the service being offered at this location. I normally wouldn t even post a review for bad service, but I was encouraged to by the after-service survey so here you go.

This place is under new management. The biggest difference I noticed was the customer service has improved tremendously. I got my oil changed and they were very informative about how my car was doing.

We got a flat tire later in the evening. Most tire companies were closed. Mike at Monroe really helped us out. We came in close to closing and he was more than willing to help us out even with it being so late. Thank you Mike for the amazing service.

Took my car there to get my tire plugged because there was a bolt in it, tread side. I was told that I would need new tires if I wanted my car to pass inspection. I was told that it would automatically fail inspection with a plug in my tire. Fine whatever. (Even though I was lied to). I told them that s fine if I need a new tire, they said they would call me with pricing. This is a Saturday that I brought my car in. They call me about 30 minutes after I drop my car off, and tell me that I need 2 new tires. They also tell me that they can t get the tires until Monday afternoon. So I told them that I cannot keep my car there for 2 days, so cancel everything I m coming to pick it up. But no, they tell me that they already started the inspection (KNOWING THAT I NEED AT LEAST 1 TIRE) without checking first to see if they had the tire that I NEEDED for my car to pass inspection. So they had to fail the inspection because they didn t first check to see if they had the tire that my car needed to pass inspection. They didn t call me and ask me if I was able to leave my car sit there for 2 days while they waiting for my tire to come in. So I had to pay $70 because they didn t think to check if they had the tire before they started the inspection. I am a female so I can t help but think they took advantage of my lack of car knowledge. Would not recommend to anyone.

VERY thankful for the two gentleman working the day before Thanksgiving. We were traveling from Pittsburgh to NJ for Thanksgiving and got a flat on the interstate (tire was ripped and needed a complete new one.). We were still 3 hours from Jersey so I called a bunch of tire spots in the area and none were able to get us in on the same day. Finally the guys at Monro said they were available. We waited for AAA to put the donut on and then headed that way. After an hour drive, we get there and they take us right away. Shortly after, they come back and tell us whoever screwed on the donut stripped the studs and put the donut on too tight. We thought we were stuck in Carlisle until Friday and would miss Thanksgiving all together. One of the guys working DROVE over to the autozone, got the parts we needed, drove back, and put the parts on for us. We are SO thankful for everything those guys did. Unfortunately I don t know their names but big thank you to them!!!

I brought my vehicle in to have new tires installed. They installed the tires at a cost of $40.00 per tire. We were leaving that afternoon to travel to Ohio for Thanksgiving. We get on the interstate and I feel a vibration. Turns out they did not balance the tires. Balancing tires is something that is supposed to be done when installing new tires and the cost of $40.00 per was supposed to cover that. It cost me another $10.00 per tire to have them balanced in Dayton, OH. I will NEVER use Monroe again.

The gentlemen here were very courteous and had our oil change done lickity split. Not cheap, but often you get what you pay for. Will definitely be back.

Oil change here is over $100. They advertise free tire rotation/inspection. Upon getting to the next gas station, I checked the tires that were not rotated. DF 36psi other four 32. Did they really inspect? Got home checked fluids that were supposedly checked. Windshield washer only 1/4 full. Hope they enjoy the one-time payment of $100+ I will never be back!

I can't give 0 stars. The worst experience ever. Jeremy refused to listen that the same problem was happening on both of my rear brakes. He only fixed the one side and I almost rear-ended someone before I left the parking lot because I didn't have brakes. They were still leaking. After being told different things and also being told by customer service multiple times that the work would be done, it never was. My car sat for days because they said they weren't told to do the work. I said I wanted a call from the district manager days ago. Still haven't received that. I only went here because it was close and I could get I immediately. Now I know why, after reading most of the previous reviews, the shop isn't very busy. When I went to pick up my car the second time. My foot went almost the whole to the floor when I stopped. I had them bleed the brakes more and the pedal was 100 times better after that. And I was told there was nothing wrong with it. He literally pulled my car back into the bay after I saw him drive it. Edit. Still haven't heard from corporate or even the district manager ever. Customer service said they would make sure he called. Not a single call. Worst place ever all around

Blew a tire on the highway and rolled in there 30 prior to closing. Fortunately they had the size I needed and 25 minutes later I was back on the road. the guys were great to work with, fast and courteous. My Retired Army hat got me a nice Military discount

We have continued good service from Monroe Auto on Walnut Bottom. The attendants are courteous, well-informed and genuinely interested that I am satisfied with the choices I make regarding new lights, tires, or windshield wipers. Great shop!

Leaving work I noticed I had a flat tire... I walked into Monro 10 before closing time.. Mr. beautiful eyes Jeremy R.. fixed my tire and sent me on my way... amazing customer service and definitely easy on the eyes. Thank again!!

Went to drop my car off for service just to find out they canceled my appointment without notifying me, said I should of got a email but i got nothing.Personally I can't trust anyone with my car when I cannot trust them for the simplest bit of communication.

My car broke down at work 47 miles from home. From the minute I placed a call to the shop they were super friendly, courteous and professional. They pay attention to detail and the level of customer service is outstanding. After the parts came in time was spent to get my car going again. But there was something missing that only my car dealer could figure out. Jeremy had the car taken to the dealership and paid for the labor charge of 140.00 per hour. They treated me and my car like gold. Would highly recommend . Honest and trustworthy.
