I can't say enough good things about this auto repair shop. I believe it is mostly because of the manager, Matt. Matt works his tail off and deals fairly and calmly with customers. He also leads his team well and has hired other excellent employees. I only wish there were more like him, his employees and this business. They also have the best prices anywhere.

Great group of Mechanics at the Carlisle Midas. Very transparent about what is going on.I had an unscheduled encounter with a piece of wood that fell off a RV which destroyed my radiator and AC condenser. With no Hesitation I brought it into Midas and they had the repairs completed in 3 days.I most likely dropped my car off at a decent time to allow that turn around on a not so simple repair... but they came through at a reasonable cost.I use them for all my inspection and emission sticker needs. They never pushed for me to get extra services performed like bulk oil replacement shops.My only wish is they had a larger parking lot because they are always packed. Which even if they get a larger lot,1 I bet it would still be packed.

I started using Midas a few years ago when the shop I had been going to could not complete the service I needed and recommended Midas to me. Since then, I ve used Midas as my go to garage almost exclusively as the service is always top notch. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and great about fitting me into their schedule, sometimes even at short notice.

Midas Carlisle is the kind of Auto Repair and Tires place everyone wishes they knew - for real. They fit you in their schedule very quickly, the work is perfect the first time, and the rates are competitive. The manager and his team are friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fabulous service, as always! I ve brought my vehicles to Matt and his team for 20 years. We always get fabulous service, and there s no one else I d trust more. His work is honest, and his prices are very reasonable.

Id recommend anyone looking for a honest garage for auto work to bring your car here. They dont bullcrap around and get to the point. If you second guess them and go elsewhere good luck because other places will screw you over, but not here. They listen and do great business here ... they WILL 100% TAKE CARE OF YOUR CONCERNS AND WORRIES if you need auto repair.

Fast affordable service! They get the job done and done right. They are always friendly. If they are super busy, they will work with you to get your car in. There's handicap parking right next to the door. They accept after hours drop offs and have a key drop box. I heard that some other places will charge you for fake parts. There's no worry here, Midas doesn't charge you for muffler bearings and blinker fluid. They only charge you for what you need.The only downside is when they are busy, there's nowhere to park. It's also the upside, because why would they be so busy if they weren't the best.If you need fast, affordable car care service... this is your best bet.

I wasn't super happy that my car didn't pass inspection, but I am very thankful they discovered that something was incorrectly installed with my breaks. I paid for inspection & emissions and took my car elsewhere to have the work done. They made it very clear that I will need to pay for inspection again when I do take it back in. Great communication and attention to detail! Their customer bathroom is also clean, which isn't always the case at some garages.

Amazing Place. The owner is a racer so he knows his stuff as well.Just beware the scary sly credit from midas credit. they sneak in hidden things to throw you off on payments.

Matt and the whole team were extremely quick, honest, and helpful for both of my Subarus. Told me exactly what was needed for inspection and gave me the full rundown for the other one as well as his advice.Would highly recommend choosing this garage. I worked in dealerships on the service side and I can tell you this is a better shop than any dealership you d find.

They took and changed my tires but when they did do it they never put the sensors now when I put air in the front tire the back tire gets the air I called them and they wanted to charge me for their my stakes now I have take my car to another garage to get it fixed I will never go back to this midas in Carlisle on high street im telling everyone and even calling the BBB im not paying for their mistake ill go the legacl way

Reserved time slot frim out of town on way down to Florida for oil change..appointment time respected efficient and friendly service .they got us in and out in a flash .highly recommend

Service and employees were great. Just be prepared to wait. Make sure you call ahead to verify if you try to make an appointment online. There is no place to really park your car, so be cautious when you pull into the lot. But overall, everyone there was nice and went over everything accurately.

For past 18 years, Matt, Jim, and Joe have been servicing our vehicles with oil changes, inspections, exhausts, and brake repairs. This Midas store is trustworthy, remembers its customers by name, and provides quality auto-repairs without breaking the bank. Even in a pinch, this Carlisle location will fit customers into their busy schedule and with an always packed parking lot, this garage is obviously doing something right...(i.e. lots of returning satisfied customers and same loyal hard-working employees for many years)...Really hard to find these days...

Matt and his team are the best. They always go above and beyond and try their absolute hardest to work with me. I trust Matt to always be honest and up front about things needing done now, and anything to keep an eye on for the future so that I can prepare. That heads up has been so helpful to me as I grow my life and family. I truly recommend him and his team.

I started going here on a whim but think I struck gold. They are honest and work with you on a number of issues. Big box sign with hometown feel and workers. I think this place is a great place to go for quick and easy work. Almost every time I come here they find a way to work me into a very busy schedule.

Lost my trust. Went for state auto inspection on last day of the month. They failed it but could do the work. I took it to a different mech who did not see the issue. Took it to a third who also didn't see the problem and passed it. Lost my trust.

Absolutely the best! Matt is honest and fair! Front desk Hannah is brilliant and cute and sweet! Everyone there is always willing to help even tho it's always busy! I almost don't want to give the best review because more ppl will now come!! Lol

My extended family have been bringing our vehicles to Matt and Midas for more than a decade. They are honest, trustworthy, professional, and skilled at what they do. Matt has even done small things for our vehicles and not bothered to charge us. If you ever notice why their parking lot is always jammed and overflowing, that will tell you the level of trust that they have built in the community. Yet another stellar experience with Midas - I took my car in for routine maintenance, and asked Matt to fix a body panel/undertray issue if he had time. Not only did he button everything up for me, but he didn't even charge me for the clips and parts to make it happen, saving me close to $100. This shop will have my business for as long as i live in Carlisle. and i love Carlisle so i'll be here a whileService: General repairs & maintenance
