We had a crack in our windshield back in May that quickly turned into a problem. We looked at reviews for different businesses and realized Kessler's Auto Glass was the best option. They ordered a new windshield and got us in for replacement very fast. We dropped off our Jeep for it to be worked on the next day. The owner was very informative, professional and friendly during the whole experience! I highly recommend them for your repair needs.Service: Auto windshield replacement

From the very beginning Marshall was very responsive. He kept me informed throughout the process and did a great job with the windshield replacement. The waiting area is also equipped with amenities to keep your short wait comfy. After the replacement he explained how and where to get new inspection stickers. I don t think I ve had a better experience in getting work done on my car. The time that it took from placing the claim call to my Insurance agent to driving away with my new windshield was less than 24 hours! And Marshall was very kind, polite and helpful. I needed a new windshield so I called Kessler's and Marshall got me an appointment set up very fast. Marshall replaced my windshield very fast and was very professional. Above & beyond exceptional service! I called Kessler s out of desperation after 2 weeks of excuses from the franchise my insurance company funneled me to. Less than 48-hours after my phone call with Marshall the window was replaced! Keep your business local with people who care about true customer service.
