Had my trk towed in for a full engine derate. About 3 hrs later they got my trk in to see what the problem was. Then about 2 hrs later they informed me what the problem was they had all of the parts in stock but i still have to wait till the following week to get it in the shop so they will make a waiting Customer to have his trk fixed sit for a week.I am under a hot Military loadSo i give no stars for this place

Had a check engine light w/ repeated roadside REGEN problems.Called this shop and forwarded fault codes (all after treatment related) over the email in advance. Mark was the service advisor who responded our call/email. Checked in 9am and the truck was fixed and ready to hit road again at 4:00pm same day. All procedure went smoothly in professional manner. Thanks Mark!

I've been dealing with this dealership for over 25 years and they've never let me down. Always do everything they can to repair my truck properly and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Thank you to everyone there for all your hard work and dedication to your job.

Awesome shop and great customer service! Was under a load, had an engine derate light on and off all day, they took it in and within 40 mins they had it diagnosed and fixed! Thanks guys for all you do, will highly recommend you to everyone.

Made an appointment at 7am to have transmission oil topped off. Paid $100. However all they did was check the engine oil and never addressed the transmission issue. They better pray my husband gets his truck home without incident or this chic will sue everyone here with a vengeance.

My truck was in for an ongoing fault that from my understanding needed a shift stalk. However that was not done for whatever reason; then I picked it up drove a few hundred miles and had the same issues. As a result I had to be down in Ohio so they could do what PA didn't causing me to change trucks now for the third time. Thanks PA

They say they are first come first. They aren't by any means. Avoid at all cost if ur able too. This they are get you in and your at thier mercy.

They deserve 10 stars....my truck is not a kenworth...BUT they have fixed the apu unit on my freightliner....and they have done it 3 times and i am from texas so i took loads that brought me to here.... reason??? more than excellent service and the day I put my truck there the same day is ready to back on the road..... and the people working there are very friendly and always treat everyone who arrives very well... there should be more places like this ... THANKS

These guys were awesome. They diagnosed problem with the truck and once received the part got it taken care of and also ended up solving two other problems that I had previous amazing what brake valve will do.

Quick service but mechanic goes through truck snooping around. Had stuff moved and stolen. The front desk just blows it off like it ok. Good luck not having anything stolen.

My driver pulled in there last Thursday and the diagnosed truck as needing new electronic clutch actuator. Said they were two weeks out in shop. I ended up having to have truck towed to another shop and have the eca replaced based kenworth of pa s diagnostics. The issue ended up just being loose battery terminals so a 5 minute job turned into a $600 tow and $2500 in unnecessary repairs. Do yourself a favor and take your truck to a more competent shop for your repair needs.

Went for a truck show, ended up talking to sales and parts folks. Great bunch.8/26/23. Made it back for another show. Great turnout and fantastic weather. Plenty of folks, both participants and spectators. Thanks to Kenworth of Pennsylvania for hosting this event.

The staff was nice and the mechanic got the issue replaced. The lobby was clean and the a.c. was cold. It was a hot humid 90 outside and there wasn't any issue about us having our dog either. Thank you! Oh we even saw 2 groundhogs, and 2 Doe less than 50 yards from us. There is a big area to walk and stretch your legs if your tired of the big recliners and cable t.v.

Would like to give a better rating. Zach, Tony and Kendall were very nice staff to deal with. I believe the shop did a good job making sure that any issues dealing with original problem were dealt with, however as luck would have it due to the OH so scary covid, and checking in Thursday night before holiday weekend I was forced to sit quite some time. Still the people were very nice.

Mark in service was VERY helpful. He called us with updates and stayed in touch throughout the whole process of getting our DOC replaced. He ordered our part and had it replaced the next day .. he worked with our warranty company and made sure they covered what they were supposed to! This has been the best Kenworth dealership by far we have had work done on our trucks. I would definitely recommend!

Knowledgeable staff . Did what I asked to be done and told me what I needed to know about the mataince on the exhaust system. Got me in and didn't over charge like most shops do just because they can . The service foreman Ryan was straight forward with and gave honest answers to the situation at hand . This is one of the best Kenworth garages I have been in .Great job guys . Keep up the great work you have been doing . Thanks.

I replaced new clutch for my truck there, It cost more than 4200$, but several days later, this clutch slipped again, I have to go another shop to repaired and make it good, I go back to look for refund, but the manager refuse to refund due not to bring back right clutch, I was told first time, I have very bad experience there for my truck repairing. The clutch is judged by them. Warranty means nothing Second time, I was told I need to bring my truck to kenworth Dealer, He might refund me, I am very angry for their service, Manager and staffs act like robber, don't go to this shop to look for repair, I got heavily suffer from this shop

A 4 hour job takes an EXTRA 2 hrs cuz the mechanic that works on it has to clean up his work space before he turns in the work order to finalize the bill and then there's a different mechanic that does the test drive. So u gotta wait for him too

Don t really wanna give them any stars but I had to to write this review they have had my truck going on 2 months now and I got the estimate for the repairs and it doesn t make sense. The prices are way to high and they overcharge for work and don t put it on the estimate so you don t actually know what your paying for. None of the numbers match up on the estimate. I would rather a crackhead shade tree mechanic work and n my truck than use them again. This is just the kenworth side don t know how the tk side is. The kw and tk in shertlesville in my opinion is by far the best in the area

Awful serviceBrought in a truck for bad fan hub and def pump, average 1-2 day repair, three at best. Repair completed a week and a half later. Not recommend at this time.

I made an appointment for December 11 at 7:00, to get my bunk heater serviced.Got there at 7:30, I told the guy that I never used the bunk heater, never had one before, and I didn't know anything about it. I know that there are not secondary batteries underneath the driver's steps for the heater I don't know if it was hooked up to them or if it was hooked up at one time to the main batteries I don't know what was hooked up to or if it's hooked up I made it very clear that I did not know anything about it.He wrote stuff down on on his tablet. Then I said the wipers are not shutting off in the down position, that would nice, if you have enough time to look at them too.So around 10 I get a phone call, and they tell me that my wipers need about $541 of parts, I asked them what's going on with the heater they said they did not look at the heater yet, that side of the garage was full, so they took the truck into the other garage to look at the wipers, then they said it would also take about 4 hours to replace the pieces that need to be replaced on the wipers. Then I said, No, don't worry about the wipers I want to hear. I was hoping to leave this afternoon to go get my load.Then I get a call around 1 o clock then they tell me that there's no power going to the heater. Hey service the heater they put new parts on it got it all ready to go and never checked to see if it was hooked up to a battery or anything. The mechanic said that usually they're hooked up to something, and that he had no reason to check it for power except for the fact that I told the service guy that I didn't know if it was hooked up. So I asked how much one of those wiring harnesses would cost and they said they didn't have any.So, so they take off the new parts off of my bunk heater, when I get there around 2:30 3:00 and the truck still in the shop.So they charged me $132 for the wipers which now don't work correctly.They charged me $336 in labor to put the parts in and then to also take the parts out of my bunk heater.And they charged me $46 something else$10 for something else so plus tax it comes to $ 556. 44.$550 to waste my day am I time had to have my truck no better off.I've called and left a message for Dennis the service manager to get back to me and have not heard anything as of yet.I have a brand new espar heater that I bought from The Kenworth of Pennsylvania on 78 that I could have put in had they got this thing in in the morning and realized that they don't have the parts that they needed and since they don't have any espar heaters in stock I could have given them mine. Then at least then I wouldn't have wasted my entire day.We will see.Today wasn't good.

I went to the Thermo King services which is the same dealer. On Friday 01/12/2018 at 17:30 I got there. My Thermo King APU did not want to run. It was cranking but not running. There were certain that the fuel lines had leaks, so I told them to change them. But that wasn't the issue. That cost me $790 to do it. But it didn't fix the issue. They came up at at 23:30 to say that it was the fuel pump, but it will cost me $500 more. I told them no. I paid the $790 and I was not happy when I left because I felt they were not honest since the beginning. The old fuel pump was not making any sound, so it was out of order. They knew. They work on these engines every day. In the morning, I went back to the dealer and bought the fuel pump and install it by myself.Too bad, for the dealer, I really want to buy one or two of their reefers that they have for sale. The worse thing that a dealer can do is to allow the customers to go unhappy with their services. They need to have integrity in their services this was my first visit and probably the last one.Besides, I heard one of the mechanics arguing in a very bad way with the service representative( Ryan) (The technician who made nothing to my truck was an asian man, I couldn't get his name). The place is a mess. I will not recommend to any driver to take their trucks for service. Stay away from that dealer.

It's not very often I leave a negative comment, but this place is charges and never repair problem. They say air conditioning is working, however it is not blowing cold air. Wanting a level one completed before putting back on the road, 1st it needed exhaust, paid for exhaust, then it needed mirror and windshield, paid for that, now it needs a tire, they should have been up front and get us a proper estimate in the beginning. the truck has been at shop for a month and a half getting repairs done, get there to pick it up, batteries are dead. they said they were too busy to come help. Had another one of our trucks a month ago, to get apu running, only to get down the road and it blew another fuse, had to put at another shop to find out they put the wrong part on here. i could have bought a new unit for what we have into repairs on this. Never use this shop.
