After my insurance company's road side assistance left me hanging for 16 hours, I decided to bite the bullet and reach out to a towing company myself. The owner arrived quickly, was professional and polite, and got the car hauled over to Midas for me for a decent price. Thanks!

I called this morning at 8:15 am to schedule a van tow to a local mechanic, we set a pick up time at 9:30. He showed up 10 minutes early and got my van to the mechanic in about 15 minutes. Kent was super friendly and worked quickly with my time crunch. Great service, timely help, and reasonable price! Absolutely thrilled! My vehicle broke down and I submitted a request for towing through Progressive at 11am. After another towing company was assigned the pickup, I waited over 5 hours just to receive a text that that company had canceled the pick up. Within minutes of having the pickup assigned to them, Hix towing was on the phone with me and had my vehicle back in my driveway within 30 minutes. Driver was very friendly and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend that if you need towing service, this is where you go. Thank you Hix!!!

Rip off towing. Plus, gave a referral to another rip off. They came out where in a hurry and charged $35 for doing nothing.

our insurance co. called another carrier to come pick up our car that broke down on us rt 15 last Friday night around 11pmthey told us they would be there in 1 1/2 hours. we picked our son up and left. next day our car was still sitting there, no phone call no nothing. so I called our insurance carrier and told them it was still there. they apologized, within minutes I received a call from HICKS on Carlisle. Very nice man was going to pick up our car. he was polite and got the job done. this is one amazing company, quick on the job and polite to boot. will definitely use again if need be. thank you HICKS TOWING !!! we need more companies like you. This man IS The BEST IN THE Business! He is fast and much cheaper than Jerry's or any others who got a big ad in the books .and he won't hold your car for ransom , he is good!!!

We highly recommend this service. We called for a tow. The driver arrived well before the stated time frame and, after some discussion, offered to jump start the vehicle instead. The jump got us home.
