The owner of this company does a great job. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and they always give me quick and great service. I have saved so much money by coming here. Can t recommend them enough. It s hard to find trustworthy mechanics.

Been Dealing With Rob at Friends Auto for many years through service or buying vehicles . My family and myself have had nothing but a great experience every time because Rob makes us feel at home . He Sells only reliable vehicles that he would be comfortable buying himself & will not sell second hand junk . When it comes to service him & his mechanics can fix any issue you and your car are having , getting parts right away. I Highly recommend This Auto dealer over anyone in Carlisle Area. Other then normal wear and tear on my vehicles to fix I've never had anything wrong after i bought from Him with the engine or transmission with the vehicle lasting well over 5yrs or longer till I'm ready for a change .

Always one of my first stops when looking for used vehicles. Professional and caring. My most recent purchase was a cat for my son. Freshly serviced and inspected at pickup. We had an issue with an air conditioning belt and compressor they took care of it right away. Kudos and thank you.

Rob and his staff are so accommodating and professional. When I first bought my car, they didn t hover over me pressuring me to buy it like most dealers do. Once I found a car I was interested in, they answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I ve been going there with the same car I bought from them 5 years ago for yearly inspections and anything else that needs to be fixed. I highly recommend Friends Automotive for all your car service needs.

The name Friends is not just their gimmick it is indicative of how you will be treated...like a friend! The service and sales provided here are honest, affordable and convenient. My family has purchased several used cars here over the years and we have never been disappointed.

Great very trustworthy business, great mechanic. Only place I take my vehicles for maintenance and inspections. Plan on purchasing my vehicles from them as well. Trust is a big deal for me, and I feel I can trust them, they've never given me a reason to not trust them.

Bought a car, paid cash. The car itself is great and the time it took to do the paperwork was minimal however, it only came with one key. I asked if there was any way they could supply another key. Their response was go to the dealer a pay for it. Okay so I just shelled out $14,500 cash for a vehicle and they cant even get another key made. Very unprofessional business. Will not go back or recommend.

I am very grateful to the gentleman who was at this business today.. possibly the owner (?) . I needed help with my car where the side skirt fell off on one end. I really could not drive it and he provided a temporary fix so I could safely get home. He did it on a moment's notice and did not charge me. Completely unexpected. I want him to know how much I appreciate his care and the time he took to do what he did.Thank you - very kind !!-jo

Told the guy we wanted a car and were going to get it and sold it right in front of us. Asked him to test drive a van told us they were closing and no. And we wanted to get one today because we drove two hours to get there told him that and he told us to come back tomorrow. Luckily one salesman stayed and helped us.

I purchase a car from the a couple years ago and am very satisfied with the car and the excellent service that I have received from them. I am in the process of purchasing another car from them because of this. In my dealings with Friends Automotive, I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good deal and service on a used automobile.
