30 plus years in this business, and never found a place as nice and easy to deal with as this one.Absolutely top shelf service and care.Megan went the extra mile to make sure I got my truck in and out even staying late with the mechanic ( I m sorry I didn t get your name) working on it. Even after I told her to just go home and I would get a motel and change my appointments for unloading. Nothing doing, got it finished and out the door.Highly recommended from someone that has seen plenty of shops.Thank you, all of you even if I didn t get your names

I was losing air from my tractor can. The tech replaced the diaphragm, which was old and dry rotted. Good. But the entire thing needed replaced, which being under there, they should have known. On top of missing a hole in the can, there were UPS pups and trailers sitting all over the place, making getting turned around (I was under a load, so had my loaded trailer), to get out of the place, extremely difficult. They may be ok for roadside, but I don't recommend going to the Carlisle, PA facility.

Total scam artists. Needed a trailer repair. Had another vendor quote me $6k...these people first quoted me $12k....once the insurance was filed they remarkabley found another $14k in the repair. $26k now on a trailer that needed 6 cross members. After having it 3 mths they started charging me $100/day storage on the trailer.. Im a small Co trying to survive and feed my daughter and ran the bill up to $2600. I begged them for a lessor amount. Rudely refused. Also charged me $250 to air up 4 tires... Was warned before I gave the business to then because they were so nice. But once they have your equipment they will over charge you with no regrets. Can't wait to send a review everyday for the next 6 mths. Next review will have names and emails. Also, the work on my trailer... Smh looks like a 10 year kid fixed it with glue.... Don't waste your time and especially your money. Complete ripoff business.... Carlisle location...

Beware of these words It will be done In a few hours it s a game!!!First day I was told that they need just to change some sensors in my 2020 Friegtliner truck. As soon I towed here they hostage my truck.Maybe Im in wrong place and in a wrong time. After 2 weeks I m giving up now and I m leaving my truck here not by my choice, there s no other option left .I don t want anyone go through this unless you want to experience it on your own.In that case you bring triple more money ,becauseeveryday they will tell you to change more parts. They even charge me $ upgrading their software, to diagnose what s wrong with my truck after 2 long weeks they played the games. So far it costing my company over 10K. Total Fraud!!!It s sad that there s nothing I can do. I m here everyday a trying to be nice to them . Anything I suggest or ask they nicely ignored me, they simply promising me a few hours to get it done . After 10 days I even offered to go get the parts on my own expenses since that dealer is 30 miles from here I was going to use Uber, to save some time. NOPE They refused it!Here we go again !Another 2-3 more daysMaybe that is another scam .They didn t want me go to the dealer , pick up genuine parts.They are comfortable, I m the one who are running out of patience.It makes me mad just thinking how someone can run a business like these.They should be closed and give good people chance to run a solid business ,The moral story of these is how can someone one take advantage on drivers on the road , something happens you go to nearest shops not by choice but people like Steve and Chris are instead of helping drivers they are ripp off in this difficult time.

Our truck's turbo stopped performing. The driver was able to creep over there, while they were open. Nate called me and said the turbo needed replacing. I was concerned about the down time & price. He assured me they would have it ready before 11am the next morning. Heard that before. But, had to do it. They dropped the driver at the hotel and went to work. Before 10am, Nate called. They had completed the work and at the, reasonably, quoted price. Would, definitely, use and refer them, again.Service: Engine repair

the work is no good. I did oil change and the fuel filters are failing. They welded the sand shoe of my trailer but I need to do that again in another place, they need to check the quality of works. If you don't know to check the job that they doing, try to visit another shop.

I was there to repair my truck but what happened they just looked and they waited me for hours they didn t do anything they charged me $125.0 those guys sitting over there robbed and stealing money from customers don t go over there save money and time thanks
