Made my appointment through tire rack to get four new tires put on. Firestone originally tried to charge me more than double what I was quoted to install the tires on tire rack but then once they realized I got them through tire rack they lowered the price.Took about an hour to get him installed not too bad however they didn't clean off the tire grease they used to put the tires on which looks really bad and it's kind of disappointing because I'm disabled and unable to really reach the tires to clean it off myself. Which meant that I had to get a car wash just to complete what they should have been able to do there pretty easily.

Way over priced they want x6 the price for parts. Don t go there for brakes because they will tell you what you need but not give you the correct measurements for them because it s not, part of the service, but they would measure them if they were ordering them totally useless to a customer if we can t order parts. Won t go here again, worst customer service.

We had a tire blow out on the interstate and managed to get the spare on and into the store. The staff were very helpful and managed to get 4 tires replaced (we have an all wheel drive so it was needed) and back on the road in under an hour. The store was really clean and everyone was very nice. I was really pleased with the whole experience which could have been much more stressful if we didn t have good staff here assisting.

Came in a few weeks ago to get new rims on my vehicle after i was suggested firestone by my mechanic. Overall the staff were incredibly rude and it seemed like there whole attitude towards working there was in the gutter. Turns out as soon as i drive off there s shaking in my car and rattling. TURNS OUT they didn t mount and balance the wheel properly and lugnuts were loose. ontop of all of that there was white grease all over my tires and my brand new rims. Wouldn t recommend this firestone at all!

They always honor my coupons and try to give the best sale. Do their best to fit into their schedule for inspections, oil change and tires. Customer friendly

AMAZING SERVICE! We had a flat tire, from out of town and we arrived at 3pm and they close at 4pm. The two gentlemen there were so helpful and nice. Just amazing. Thank you again guys.

My tire would not keep pressure over the Christmas holiday. Called first thing Tuesday morning. Got me in at noon fixed the tire and I can go to work.

Tried to sell me a battery though mine was less than a year old, after telling them I could not afford extra. Commission based. Take it to Midas, family owned & honest.

I just spent over $1000.00 on tires and I have a tire not holding air and called to see if they can get it in tomorrow and they kept trying to make the appointment for a few days later this is my means of transportation never again.

This is a terrible place to go for repair. The customer service is very poor. They broke my headlight access cover door and when i later found out,they told that the piece was never there.

If I could give this place less then one star I would. I used to take my car here about 2 years ago and every time they would fix it there would magically be a new problem a few days later. After about 3 times of this I had to just use my old car as a trade in to get a new one and find a dependable mechanic. Fast forward I ve had this new car for about 2 years and Sloop Service Center has fixed the issue every-time reliably without creating another. Unfortunately, they aren t open on weekends and one of my tires popped so I was forced to use Firestone since it was the only place available to give me a new tire and mount/balance it the same day. It s been 4 days since I ve got my car tire replaced and now there is 7 codes on my car with a check engine light. NEVER USE FIRESTONE. I will never use this place again even for a simple tire replacement.Service: Tires

I was amazed how rude the Firestone personnel is at this facility. I called and made an appointment for Saturday 10/1/2022 @ 10 am. I wanted my tires rotated and a full synthetic oil change. I requested mobile 1 oil and Rich said he could get it, but I would be up charged which was fine. We arrived expecting about 1 � hr. wait which was fine. The person at the register was the rudest non-professional person I ve ever met clearly; he didn t care about his customer. I was expecting the Mobile 1 oil when he said, only use Valvoline . I told him rich said he would have the oil and his response was Well, I am not Rich . This location lost this customer and a fleet account so ill cancel my credit account and use their competitor. Shame on you Firestone for allowing your personnel to treat your customers in such a rude unprofessional manner

Got my tires changed there last month. After some strange noises I had to take it to a shop for repairs. The problem: the hacks at Firestone didn't install a tire properly. If you know what is best for you, you will find a different place for tire installation. And if they can't install tires competently, one has to wonder if they should be trusted to do anything with your car.Service: Tires

Terrible schedule to get it looked at 10:30am Friday and telling me they would get to it Monday or even Friday the following week. Terrible service and should be fired. You ask for service and you barely get that. Shouldn't even schedule because it could take a month from there. Lowest services could ever had will be following up with corporate.

Horrible customer service. Walked in at 4:30pm and just needed a tire plugged and they said they couldn't do anything because they were about to close in a couple minutes even though it said their closing time was 6pm. Would never recommend this place! The employee they had up front didnt have any knowledge about anything. Save yourself a negative experience and take your business elsewhere.

I was on a road trip and in a pinch and I needed my oil changed in a timely manner and they fit me into their schedule within 15 hours notice. I couldn t have continued my trip without their service!

I am a long-term customer with fire stone, and have dealt with this particular store over the past 10 years. However, they only have one mechanic that is certified and it takes over a week to get a car in even if there s an emergency. This is just bad customer service, and fire stone should look into how it is that they can be more responsive to their customers.

My husband needed a slow leak fixed that he couldn't find the source of himself. He was angry that every tire store he stopped at didn't have time to fix his tire and wanted him to make an appointment for later. One place couldn't fit him in until next week! Thankfully the gentlemen behind the counter was polite and able to get him right in so my husband calmed down. They were quick and thorough even considering they had a little difficulty finding the leak as well.

I was driving from North Carolina to Rhode Island and had a tire issue. I stopped in and they were able to squeeze me in and inspect my tire. As I was traveling with my dog on our first road trip they made me feel confident in my tires. My tire didn't need to be replaced and I was thankful for that. The staff was amazing,helpful,knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this Firestone!

Used to be good place until I recently went in for a tire patch. They did not tighten the lug nuts nearly enough & the tire almost came off a week later. Suddenly heard noise & checked, a 5 were lose! Manager has yet to call me back! Not happy!

Awesome experience! I dropped in with no appointment right when they opened. They were super friendly and got me right in for a new battery. It took 40 minutes max and I was back on the road. I even received a rebate coupon for the new battery I purchased. Thank you!

Just drove 45 mins for a SCHEDULED APPT. Just to learn they are closed on Sundays. Maybe you should update your online information and let Firestone know not to schedule you appts when you're not going to be open. Thanks for the wasted $20 in gas. And now I'm scrambling to find a place to at least get my oil changed on my only day off.

Beware: I thought this was a decent place but I now know otherwise. I had my brakes and rotors done there in December 2019. I took my car back there today, May 2020, because it is shaking so bad on the highway when I have to slow down. As it turns out, five months later, my rotors are warped. They would not replace but they "shaved down" my rotors. There was no cost but this should not have happened and my opinion is they probably put in subpar rotors to begin with. I will not return there nor will I take my elderly parents' car there as who know how many times they have been taken advantage of from this store. I am very disappointed with the company.

Went in to get tires I bought put on my car. They quoted me a very decent price which is why I chose them. First off they have no parking lot and it's a pain to get in there. Secondly they ended up charging me $20 more than the quoted price. The only redeeming quality of this place is the waiting area. Will not return and advise other people to shop around like I will be doing.
