Avoid this collision center at all costs. I was involved in a collision incident in August, in my brand new 2022 Subaru. They had my car for 3 months and I got it back in HORRIBLE condition. They let my vehicle sit in the elements without proper coverage, to fill up with rain water. Never even bothered to clean it out, so I got it back full of water, mold, glass from the accident and the internal repairs aren t done properly. I took it back to them to fix it properly and it STILL wasn t done right. My insurance paid $14,000 dollars to get this vehicle fixed and we now have another shop fixing the shotty work that this shop did.Absolutely the worst experience I ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache.

Awful experience. When I picked my vehicle up the cabin was still full of broken glass. I took it back, they cleaned it out. The next day I realized that they never covered it properly (back broken window) and the storage compartment I m the back (Pathfinder), was completely full of water. The contents of the compartment were mildewed and needed to be discarded. I was afraid this would happen but they insured me in the phone that it was be wrapped immediately. There was also tape and tape residue left on the paint around the window. Overall, I would not recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. When I first arrived, I met Jason who manages the place it was a very pleasant meeting. He was so nice to talk to and very accommodating with what I needed. I also talked to several other employees and had the same experience. All were very nice to talk to and gave the perception that they appreciated my business.Before my appointment date to have the work done on my vehicle I had an sudden unforeseen conflicting problem arise in which I needed to change date of appointment. I contacted Jason and there was absolutely no problem or hassle in doing so.The work I had done there was excellent. Workman ship was high quality. Jason kept us updated on everything. I highly recommend them.

Does a good job coordinating with the insurance company, but severely lacking in attention to detail on the actual repair. Had to take car back twice for adjustments. Was told that they were "easy fixes". If they were so easy why not do them right the first time?

The car almost looks better than it did before the damage, they got everything done within 2 days and the quality of the repair went beyond what I expected it to be. Hopefully I will never have to go back for repairs again but if I do I will be going back to them. They also kept me in the loop by sending me emails during the repairs.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Faulkner did a wonderful job on my husband's truck. His truck looks as good as new and we couldn't be happier. We had never been in an accident before and everyone was super kind and helpful. They explained everything in detail and kept in touch almost daily. Our truck was expected to be finished in 3 weeks but the vehicle was finished in 1.5 weeks.

I had my truck in there because i was rearend last year and the frame was bent so they had get a another frame for it . And it was supposed to be to fully undercoated and you would think rust free well it a nice size rust on it very visible and they didn't fully rust coat the frame like it was when they were supposed to. Needless to say they will not be getting my business at that body shop again. The service department is great never had a problem with them. Poor workmanship if you ask me

Best collision repair experience I've ever had. So professional, and they even cleaned my entire Jeep for me! I felt like they treated my vehicle like their own. I definitely recommend getting your vehicle repaired here.

Work was not finished properly but Jason the manager was great to deal with to correct the issue. Employees need to be more vigilant about walking the customer around the vehicle to make sure the work is satisfactory. A little effort would have prevented the whole ordeal.

This place is so well organized, the people are great, service is top notch, and they have speedy service without compromising the quality of their work! I love that they are a stand alone place and not part of the dealership. It allows them to be focused on a very few services which makes a huge difference!

Absolutely terrible. Literally no communication with the customer. Zero. My fiance's car is in for repairs. They told us that it would be about 3 to 4 days. On the 4th day, we called to inquire about the time of completion. They told us it would be another 2 days. We called 2 days later, and they said it would be another 2 days and that they had just ordered another part. It is now the 10th day. They have not tried to call us, NOT ONCE, to update us on progress. WE NEED OUR FREAKIN CAR BACK!! We are NEVER going to do business with them ever again, and I will make sure that none of our family or friends do either!!! I would've given this place much less than 1 star, but it wasn't an option. So bad. Take your business elsewhere.

Excellent work on my wife's vehicle. They have a working relationship with multiple insurance companies. We're happy with the service and looks of the repairs.

Took my car in for an estimate arranged by my insurance company after a deer accident. The deer hit drivers side front fender with minimal damage. Well Faulkner gave an estimate of over $4600! With that being said my insurance company says my car is totaled! It's a one owner 2009 Suzuki with 154000 miles in good shape and never let me sit. I'll never go to Faulkner again and that's where I bought it! Another body shop quoted me $2500, but could not give a written estimate since it's been rendered totalled.

Very helpful! However I did not see any gender non binary bathrooms there. Also the sales people seam to identify as only one gender and not something like a non binary lizard person?

Faulkner does back up their claims. If you have a single aftermarket part this will be blamed on their poor workmanship. This is as painful as pulling teeth to get a Nationwide blue ribbon claim fixed to reasonable place.miss typed, THEY DO NOT back up their claims. Do not take your vehicle to them if you can help it.

Staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. My car was completed ahead of schedule and cheaper than originally quoted and it looks great.

I found their customer service awful, especially with Dan Noel, who did not return my e-mail and I had to call HIM! Not good! When I asked him a question he laughed at me! This is how you treat your potential customers? This is one customer you won't have to bother with

I had my car appraised three weeks ago and I told the appraiser to call me when the parts were read. I got the call and took my car in on 12/14/15. I called on 12/18/15 to inquire about my car cause I hadn't heard any updates so far. I just got my car back today 12/28/15 with a corroded patch on the door.

The only reason I went here is because they are approved through my insurance, otherwise, I would not go here of my own choosing mainly due to what I perceive as definite customer service breakdown; and by that, I mean it doesn't really seem to exist.
