Ever since I was young, I was constantly told to avoid dealership service centers. I'm very glad I never took that advice because these guys have consistently been amazing throughout the years.I purchased my car from here in 2016 and have had it back multiple times for inspections, regular maintenance, and repairs. The one thing I really respect is that they make things right here if there's ever a wrongdoing. They've continued that behavior even after my vehicle was out of warranty.I've had a couple different problems that have required me taking the car back more than once for the same thing, and, unlike other places I've been to, they've been sure to credit me for what I already paid towards the service that actually fixed the problem. I respect that they don't completely screw people over and are reasonable with customers.I've been to other places who simply refuse to provide basic service like that. I've spent hundreds at a different business (mechanic father suggested going there instead) that twice failed to fix my problem, charged me full service price both times, and would probably again charge me full service to have it in a third time to potentially finally do the job right. That nonsense is frustrating to deal with, so it's a huge relief not to have to deal with such blatantly scammy behavior here at Ford.My only real complaint is pricing here can be a little all over the place. I'd say most prices are pretty reasonable, but occasionally there's things that are way overpriced. I was quoted $80 for parts and labor to replace my front wiper blades which is pretty absurd. You can get a single wiper blade for $10-$25 and 5 minutes of labor that even my disabled self could complete is not worth paying $30-$60. I didn't ask for the breakdown, so I'm assuming their wiper blades are just way overpriced. In comparison, "The Works" service is about $90 which is reasonable considering it's a complete oil change, tire rotation and pressure check, brake inspection, vehicle checkup, fluid top-off, battery test, filter check, and belts and hoses check. While pricing can randomly be a little silly, they've always been sure to clear everything with me before completing any extra servicing so there's never been a surprise bill at the end. They've always been up front about what needs done and have never hassled me over refusing service. Overall really great here.
