Great and very reliable service. I went there for state inspection. Another auto shop told me it will cost 2600$ but they charged me way less to change my exhaust and other issues.

Absolutely wonderful people! Our son was driving home from college and had a car emergency. They took him right in and fixed his vehicle so he can finish his eight hour drive. Thank you!!

I have always had great experiences at Carlisle Auto Care Center. I had some work done and needed an inspection which I had done in May. I had an issue with my left wheel bearing which was repaired but that particular mechanic did not do car alignments. While inspecting the car he noticed that there was a bolt that had not been tightened down on the other front side from when it was aligned previously in May. I made an appointment to have it aligned again and pointed out the bolt to make sure it was tightened down. Not only did they do a 4-wheel alignment, but because of their previous mistake they did not charge me for the new alignment. I had mentioned the issue but did not ask or imply that there should be no charge, but they decided on their own to make it right. It is rare to find an honest mechanic with that kind of integrity!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I finally found a garage that doesn't treat me like I'm an idiot because I'm a woman. Rates are reasonable and customer service is awesome plus repairs are made in a timely manner . I would recommend this place to everyone. And I'm grateful to my neighbor for recommending this place to me

I called to ask for the price of tire alignment, the guy who answered the phone didn't know the price, so he told me to hold on. I waited like for 7 minutes then he just hang up on me . I felt very disrespected

Good experience with this place because of the timely manner they were able to diagnose and fix the issue. Good service isn't cheap and they do honer their work with a 12k mile warranty or 12months. Didn't give 5 star because the bill was a little high but for the amount of work this place performed I can understand itI will be returning in the futureServices: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Tested them out a few times with state inspections and basic stuff and I wasn't impressed. I thought their rates were about as high as the dealership but without loaner vehicles and a nice waiting room. When I needed a suspension overhaul, they wouldn't even bother with a quote because apparently it was too expensive. Went somewhere else and got it done no problem. Probably wont be going back here unless I catch them for an inspection when they're slow.

Don t go here, this place is run by liars who will just try and steal your money or attempt to manipulate you into overpaying. They ll especially try this if you re a woman, proceed with caution.

Me and my girlfriend were stranded in Carlise 2.5 HRs from home and had no clue where we were. Thankfully we had our jeep towed to this place!! Steve was very kind and was able to squeeze us in and we were home the same day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The price was great and the job was done in a professional and timely manner.

This place seemed great. Boy was i wrong. Charged me 144.64 to clean ny MAF sensor which didnt fix the issue, and the mechanic drove my car to his home, little did he know i have a tracker on my car that goes to my phone, he sat there for 15 minutes, then the guy in the office, steve lied to my fiance and said it was in the garage BUT he walked back and our vehicle was pulling in when he was standing there. I warn anyone and everyone. DONT GO HERE!! Reported them to BBB.

Brought my car in for inspection. Failed because i needed a muffler which was fine when i parked it there the night before but sounded like a mak truck when i drove it home? Didn't get the work done there because they wanted over $200.00 to put on a new muffler and another $500.00 for new struts they said i needed. BEWARE, you will get ripped off in my opinion. A new muffler on Ebay for my car is $56.00 shipped,whoever gave these guys 5 stars is either naive or had a new car?

My dad, many years ago, ran his own auto service center and I learned first hand how to treat a customer and that it was all about the quality of the work, an honest relationship and fair pricing. Carlisle Autocare embodies all those same qualities and that is why I really feel no need to go anyplace else for my auto needs.

Guy who answered phone seemed nice but said they couldn't get to a flat repair for a week and a half. So I guess don't go here if you need anything done soon.
