Friendly people but they have a dealer mentality-replace everything and see what happens. I came with one problem and left with two stay away!!!

This shop has serviced my cars and my family's cars for some twenty years. I would never go anywhere else. Totally trustworthy and real pros. BTW, my cars both have over 150K miles on them, from new. Chuck and Donna are the best! They re honest, priced fairly and hard working. They are phenomenal about communicating what needs done and how they can do it cost effectively. Been going there for almost 5 years and they ve kept my old gal running past 220k.

Never heard of anyone having a good experience here... myself included. Every time I took a vehicle of mine there to get it fixed, more issues would arise out of nowhere. A simple insepection went from what should ve been approximately $60 to over $500 because they apparently found things that would ve needed fixed anyways. Didn t even ask to repair them, just went ahead and did it anyways. Mind you these were things that weren t necessary for the car to pass inspection. The sad thing is that was the second time that happened to me there, just with a completely different vehicle. I will never take any vehicle own there ever again. During conversation, if I m asked by anyone if they know of any mechanics that are trustworthy and do good work... The first thing that comes out of my mouth is whatever you do, don t take it to C & D! and then I give them my mechanics information that I now use. Although it s a little bit out of my way, and C & D is a lot closer, there s NO WAY I ll ever recommend them or go back to them under any circumstances. I wouldn t even recommend them to my worst enemy....

Nice people but not too trustworthy. I was constantly taking my car in to have piece after piece fixed. Once I took my car to another shop, I was told the truth. Turns out my car never needed all that work. C&D was causing problems just to generate constant business. Sold me a lemon that cost me an arm and a leg.

I've been going here since I moved into the area 3 years ago. I apparently drive lemons so I've been here a lot, and every experience has been great. Very trustworthy, experienced, and hospitable. Thank you C&D!

I have used them not only for all the things I could not do myself, but for some of the things I should not have tried myself. I came to them after a run of bad mechanics and they have had my trust for the last 15 years. I have never felt any work was not needed and I have always felt honestly advised by them as to whether something needed to be done then or whether it could wait. One of the very few places that I did not feel swindled when it came time to pay the bill.As with all human run businesses, mistakes happen. They have always stood behind their work.

Terrible experience. Had a slave cylinder replaced in my tuck. They used a cheap AutoZone part and it has failed again. On top of that, they failed to use the correct fluid in my NV4500 transmission which caused the synchro's to fail prematurely. This even after I insisted they use the correct, more expensive fluid. So now I am out a transmission and another failed slave cylinder. I called and they would not warranty their labor which in it of itself is ridiculous.

They saved my car today. There was no fluid in the differential n they found the problem before the engine seized up! Great folks!
