A++++ Family Ford truly treats you like family. I bought my 2022 Ford Escape in June, the process was seamless, and the finance mgr Terry Millman was outstanding as was every person at the dealership that I encountered.

I ve never had a better experience purchasing a new vehicle. There was not a friendly staff member, who I didn t encounter while making my purchase. Everyone was amazing: the salesman(Dirk), the staff, the management, and the finance dept.(Terry). Thank you all for the wonderful buying experience!

My experience with Family Ford has been nothing but exceptional. Kenny helped me throughout the process and communication was spot on.Family Ford is honest and straightforward. You will not get any dealership games here, extra fees, dealer add-ons, gimmick pricing or bait and switch. How do I know this? I live in Oklahoma and flew to PA to pick up my vehicle and the experience was nothing but pleasant. Kenny knew I had a long drive ahead, so he got all the paperwork ready and vehicle ready to go.Even though I live in Oklahoma, when I am in market for my next Ford vehicle I will be giving Family Ford a call first.Thank you Kenny and everyone at Family Ford! In a market where there s a lot of temptation for dealers to maximize short term profits at the expense of long term customer relationships Family Ford is an outlier. I recently purchased a Ford Lightning from this dealer and it was one of the fastest, easiest purchase processes I ve ever been through buying a new car.I reserved the truck last May and converted the order in January. I was eager to take delivery but also anxious after hearing so many horror stories of dealers tacking on massive 5-figure markups on pre-orders or jamming in unwanted and overpriced dealer add-ons. Kenny and the team at Family Ford were 100% straight forward, clear, honest and consistent. No shady double speak or sleazy tactics. They have earned my future business and I highly recommend them.

I see that the owner has responded to my review of "They failed my car for my exhaust being too loud. Other Ford dealerships gave me no issues." I'm not sure why Family Ford has no history of the repair. Somehow you knew about the 08 Mustang, that had to have been entered into your records somehow, and I can't image it is because there is a global Ford database you pulled this from as I have 3 other Fords I own. The 08 Mustang is the only car I have brought to Family Ford and haven't been back because of what happened. I was able to find the service documentation (attached) and it reminded me that it also failed due to the windshield needed to be repaired or replaced. This reminded me I drove to Safelite to have the crack filled, Safelite told me it did not need to be filled because of how minor this was and they were unsure of why it failed. Yes, my review is from a few years ago, however as you can see I'm an avid reviewer on Google so I have a suspicion my original review was removed somehow and now I'm just adding it back for the record.

Wonderful people to deal with, and a great small dealership to support. I have had nothing but positive experiences with their service department. They always get my vehicle in and out quickly, and I have always found the pricing to be fair, and even lower than my expectations. I really enjoy the feel of their store, it doesn t feel overly commercialized like big franchise ford locations. I would much rather support a small dealer like this who time and time again shows that they value you as a customer.

My wife and I ended up with a blown water pump on the turnpike. Ended up here after the tow. They had the part delivered and installed in about 4 hours.I am extremely impressed and dream of service that efficient and kind at other dealerships I've been too.

Mike and the service department handled a breakdown that my son had with "Big Red," (our 1999 F150) on his way from Vermont back to Virginia. I felt very comfortable in discussing the repair and our request to store the truck until we could get up to Pennsylvania to retrieve it. The cost of the repair was frankly less than I expected and the truck made it back home!

Family Ford is not a good company for repairs. To whom it may concern, find yourself a good independent mechanic. I found a good independent mechanic via a house neighboor. I am very happy now.

I've dealt with many dealerships throughout my life and must say I have been extremely pleased with the treatment I have received from Family Ford of Carlisle. They have been the most honest group of sales people and finance people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I ran across Family Ford in 2019 and bought a 2019 Ranger. I returned this year and bought a 2022 F-150. This dealership has it all from sales through service. They are honest, trustworthy people and I'll be back.

Place is run by a bunch of incompetents.They are trying to sell a 2021 orange Mustang Convertible as a new car with 6000 miles for $11,000 over book value.After pointing out overspray on the rear bumper did they disclose that the owner crashed the car.Extremely dishonest people.

I would like to publicly praise the Team at Family Ford again!I was needing some warranty work done on the F-250 purchased here in January.Let me tell you about the wonderful job they did! Diagnosis and troubleshooting the issue was not able to be replicated, so they contracted an outside agency to come in and help next appointment the problem was resolved!I deal with several different commercial shops professionally, and wish they all exhibited the level of service that Family Ford!If you need to have your vehicle serviced, Family Ford is the place to go.

A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I were in the market for a vehicle. Ken Cramer, one of the salesmen at Family Ford, got us to put a deposit down on a vehicle that was in transit and assured us at least 10 times that it was a completely refundable deposit for any reason.Before the vehicle came in, we decided to move in a different direction. When I requested a refund, I was given the run-around at least 3 times on the phone and the financial manager at Family Ford claimed he could not refund me remotely even though I live far away from the dealership, which was clearly untrue.I had to escalate this to a dispute on my credit card over what should have been an easy and painless refund, especially because I was assured by the salesman multiple times it was refundable.It goes without saying that myself and those close to me will opt to do business at other dealerships stay true to their word.

I was a loyal customer to another Ford dealership in the area before stopping here to see the inventory. I instead made a purchase at another dealership that ended up being a disastrous experience which prompted my return to Family Ford. I instantly clicked with the staff as they are all super friendly and don't make you feel like you are in their way like the bigger dealerships. I ended up getting a great deal on a MUCH newer/nicer vehicle. In short, I definitely recommend Family Ford when you are looking for a replacement vehicle. Salesman Michael, Sales Manager Brad, and Owner Mark are fantastic to deal with! I have already shared the news with my family and friends who will be coming to Family Ford going forward vs "the other place" that quickly forgot that loyalty works both ways!! Great job guys!

I needed a replacement vehicle and saw a similar one to what I had online. It was not a Ford but salesman Mike and finance expert Terry still provided great customer service. They were friendly, efficient and not pushy. It was a used car but it was shined up like new and in excellent condition. They introduced me to the service department who were also really nice people. I got a very fair deal and the process was painless - they had a slick new computer system that worked with my bank seamlessly. They really made me and my family feel like a part of theirs. Great job Family Ford team!

"Very helpful"Dave Jimison , was our sales person. He was knowledgeable,made sure there were no issues that would cause us to return to the dealership.The finance department was also very easy to work with at Hoffman Ford.We will definitely return for another purchase in the future.

We have purchased three vehicles from family. Great experience each time. Jay is always available to answer any questions and the whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Bill and Dan in the service department know us by name and are always ready to help in any way they can. I have recommended family to whomever is looking for dealership. Great people great place. We had never owned Fords prior to buying my fusion and have since added two separate transit vans based in large part on our experience.Thanks and keep up the great work.

I went in for a test drive in a Mustang 2.3L Eco Boost and Mike, the Sales guy, was very welcoming and obliging. He had a great knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in and explained all the bells and whistles with remarkable clarity.After the test drive I had no real plans, any real hope of, actually completing a purchase at that time. However, I was so impressed with the car and the friendliness of the staff, that I spent some time with the Finance guys. Not only did they get me approved but at a very reasonable rate with an affordable monthly payment on my dream car.I could not be happier with the sales and service I have received from them. If I could give 6 stars I wouldn't hesitate.Thanks guys for making the entire process so effortless and pain free! I really don't know where the negative comments here come from, I guess everybody's experience is different. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending this friendly, helpful and straight talking dealership to anyone. Go in with an open mind, don't hesitate to question anything that seems out of place or wrong. Trust is hard to earn and even more difficult to rebuild. I trust this dealership implicitly and will be returning again in the future for any additional purchases.

I have been going to Family Ford for about 15 years now, for all my service needs. You would think all Ford dealerships would have the same pricing for repairs but I learned, back on my first visit there, it s not true. Family Ford had saved me over $60 to just change out a light bulb in my truck s gear shift console. From that point on I felt I could trust them to give me the best service and the best prices and today I still feel that way. As long as I own a Ford, my servicing will be at Family Ford. Super nice and very knowledgeable Service and Parts techs there.

I just purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle with Family Ford and my experience was very positive. I located the vehicle I was interested in and sent an email from their website. Within less than an hour I received a text message from Ethan. This was on a day they were closed! He promised to give me the information I required when he got in the next morning and did so promptly. The purchase was perfectly smooth. The asking price was very fair when compared to Kelley Blue Book. The vehicle was as advertised (if not better). I ran into a small issue two days later and sent an email again. This was after 10 PM. Again, Ethan replied shortly and promised to get back to me the next morning when he got in. He called me early the next morning and asked me to bring the vehicle by and the service department would make things right. The service department was friendly and professional and apologized several times for the inconvenience that was caused. I have nothing but admiration for a business that is so customer friendly.

This place is awesome! We were traveling through the area when a pulley broke on our truck. The power steering went out, truck over heated and the battery stopped charging. We were so lucky to have been close to family Ford. They were extremely busy but Mike Baim did his best to help us out. He quickly ordered the parts and worked us in as soon as possible. He had given us an estimate before hand. They had us on the rode in about 2 hours. I would highly recommend this dealership. Our cost was less then the estimate. These guys are fantastic!

Terry Millman really went above and beyond to help sort out our financing and Jeff Denis did a fantastic job getting us all the information we asked for on the vehicle and answering our questions. Family Ford and their employees are the best. We had 2 vehicles in at the same time, one for an oil change and the other for a recall item. Both were completed at the same time and we were able to bring both back home. We are from Perry County and we wouldn't think of going any place other than Family Ford for our vehicle needs and repairs. Thank you Mark and your employees. You guys are the greatest.

This is the absolute best Ford dealer period. I have always been taken care of like I was a member of the family. The staff gets it right the first time, every time. Family Ford services my three personal vehicles and my work fleet as well. If you own a Ford you need to get your service here.

overall, a fairly easy experience. got my back brakes changed, 2 new rotors, tires rotated and oil change. was not a bad time, was a little pricey (not like you can put a price on safety & my brakes were BAD) but they have coupons on their website so check those out and before going. very easy to schedule- can schedule online & over the phone.

Recently moved from SC to Pa...First visit to this Ford Dealership . Routine maintenance for an oil and filter change on Ford F150 truck.Oil/filter change done timely, and leaking oil plug discovered, which was replaced. Cost of everything was very reasonable.Very pleased with my experience. Employee's are all very professional and friendly. I will be back for future needs at this dealership.
