Took my iPhone 11 to have the screen replaced. They were more than happy to help. Only took them an hour. The phone was locked so it couldn t be tested right away but later we found out the speaker wasn t working. Took it back and they were able to get the speaker working again. Will definitely go back. Price was fair as well and they carry Duracell batteries for cars which are made in the USA.

GREAT CUSTOMER service, we had the battery replaced in my IPhone 8. I noticed they replace auto key fobs. They ordered the part called us when it arrived. It was 50% less than the dealership. They programmed it and we were out the door. Greeted with smiles and very helpful! They are new on the block and would recommend to everyone.

This was the 1st time I've been in a batteries + store and I was surprised how many different items that they carry.I actually came in to have the battery replaced in my samsung s21 phone unexpectedly and was very happy with the service from Melissa.If you need a battery give them a call

Battery in iPhone was warping my screen. BatteriesPlus was able to replace it in a hour with the bonus of not breaking my current screen. Very professional and friendly. Reasonably priced. Would recommend!

They quickly and cordially replaced the battery for my iPhone which they stocked. The manager is very switched-on, having worked for the company for seven years. Batteries Plus fills a real tech gap in the area--highly recommended.
