This was a very easy experience. I simply scheduled an appt online, then gathered the necessary documents and made an appt with Mr. Gregory. The meeting with him was a little longer than I expected (2 hours) and I hoped to receive more money for the car than I did, but overall I am fine with what occurred. This was so much easier than trying to sell the car myself or trying to trade it through a dealership. Thank you.

Allen was very professional, everything went smoothly and I had a check before I left the office. I would recommend we buy any car to get a fair assessment and honest deal comparable to any other car dealer in the Pittsburgh area, best part is, you re not pressured into test driving another car! If you re in a situation where you inherited a car you didn t want, or, you really wanted a different car but at the time you had to take what you could get, this is the place to get yourself out of a nightmare! Get the cash for the down payment on what you really want; a beach house, boat or in my case, a Jeep! :-)

Great experience with these guys. I can't recommend them enough. Offered a fair price to my car that died when it got there. Nice enough to jump start it and push in the pouring rain to where it needed to be to be assessed. Very nice and personable.

My experience started with my login to find out how to sell them my truck. The website was extremely user-friendly. Shortly after I made my appointment the manager reached out to me to guide me through everything I needed to bring and what to expect. He also told me the name ( Matt) of the person who would be evaluating my truck. When I showed up for my appointment about 10 minutes early Matt greeted me and explained what he was going to do. Then he offered me a water and went out and did his evaluation. When he came back in he explained everything he found and made me an offer that I thought was very fair. I walked in with a lot of stress from my situation and walked with none. I wish all my dealings with businesses were this pleasant.

A top of the line experience , thanks to Christian...a very polite, thorough, Professional young man...A+ experience for us...when he was not sure of an answer he referred to Bob, branch manager, that added expert advice and directions to Christian. A true power team!!!! This first time experience ran like clockwork and we were informed of each step. We couldn t be happier with our transaction. Bob is very good at what he does and he makes it very simple. He s knowledgeable, honest, transparent, caring, and genuine. We feel like we met a friend. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly, making sure we understood everything and answered every question without hesitation. The entire process would ve wrapped up less than an hour if we were more prepared. He was very patient with us and as far as I m concerned introduced us to the best car buying service available. I wouldn t sell a car anywhere else and I ll be sure to let family, friends, and customers know about Bob and this business. He gave us a little history of WE BUY ANY CAR and their origin and it was very impressive. These are the kind of business owners and businesses we need to support. Worked with Bob the branch manager. He was experienced, pleasant, informative & efficient. He called prior to our appointment to be sure we understood how the process worked and reviewed the paperwork we needed to bring with us. We were in and out within an hour with check in hand.
