Took nearly two hours 2 retread on my drives in my semi truck. Fine. Not the quickest but $929.62 for two retreads . Terrible prices. The fella who waited on me was weird and said dirty things too much to be a mistake. Not a fan of Valley Tire Co. INC. Or the staff.

#1 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING A NEW TIRE SHOP EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY DOUBLE I SHOWED UP WITH A TIRE PROBLEM ONE TIRE THERE WAS NO OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE AT THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ABOUT 30 MINUTES TILL THEY CAN GET TO ME BECAUSE THEY WERE ON LUNCH OKAY THAT'S FINE SO I SAID I WILL GO TO LUNCH TO I WALKED TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT CAME BACK THERE WAS 3 OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAD SHOWED UP WELL I GOT PUSHED TO THE END OF THE LINE I SAT THERE FOR 3 HOURS I HAD TO LOSE THE REST OF MY LOADS DUE TO THE WAIT TIME...#2 I'M HALF TEMPTED TO CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ABOUT THE HORRIFYING CONDITIONS AND SMELL THAT WAS IN THE MEN'S BATHROOM I INSTANTLY THREW UP AND I DO NOT HAVE A WEAK STOMACH MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES....#3 THIS WAS MY 1ST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO TO VALLEY TIRE IN BRIDGEVILLE PA I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOCKHART TIRES IN NORTH SIDE I NEVER WAITED OVER 30 MINUTES TO GET A TIRE CHANGED THERE.....

Told us they'd be here within the hour. Two hours later, called them back, were told they'd be here in ten minutes. Now it's been three hours since the initial call, and they've neither called or shown up. Yeah, useless.

I was there for 5 hrs for 4 tires an an alignment, I know that takes awhile but my brother went today for his 4 tires and he's been there 4 hrs so be warned they like to hang out and talk more than work
