I had my daughter s car lookedAt because something was definitely wrong with the way it was shifting andIt was also shuttering. As soon as we walked in theStaff was very attentive and courteous.It only took them about 10 mins to diagnose the problem. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and helpful! He was honest about the severity of the problem and explained what options were available and suggested a solution that fit our budget! Some of the most professional mechanics I ve ever encountered. That being said the job was estimated to take 3 days andWe had it back the following afternoon! Fantastic job! Big thanks to Dave the mechanic for being as helpful and considerate as he was! These guys are true professionals!

Took care of my truck, checked it over after 100 miles and fixed a minor problem. Everyone was friendly, and would not hesitate to go there again if I ever had too.

Worse places to take your car. They had my grand daughters car for almost six months and still haven t fixed it correctly. They said she needed a new transmission . They rebuilt it and it took them 2 mos. She got the car back after paying $5500 to have it fixed. She had it a week and it still wasn t right. Took it back and they said it was a system problem, kept it for another month. Got it back , still wasn t right. Took it back and after keeping it another month said it was an electrical problem. They have had it now for two months and they said she must have hit something cause it was leaking fluid, but she hasn t had it to hit anything. Told them whoever test drove it must of hit something . Of course they said no they didn t hit anything. They said should be done now in five days. Told them I was going to call the better business bureau if it wasn t fixed soon!!!

Excellent experience, wasn't sure where to take my car for fear of being taken advantage of and over charged but that didn't happen, very understanding and very helpful in resolving my problem with my vehicle and very reasonable in the price. Yes I would highly recommend them

I took my car in because the transmission was acting up the staff was very friendly and helpful and let me know what the problem was with my transmission. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this place very professional.

Called at least 15 times over 2 days, no answer, went to the business, rang the bell 3 times, no one came to the counter, I left and will never go back, go to Powells in Bentleyville, 100%

Took my jeep there to be fixed. My jeep was going into limp mode. Was told it was the sensor in my transmission. Changed that out. Didn't fix the problem they said I might have a problem with my break system in my center counsel. No problem there. Told me they couldn't figure it out so they sent me to a dealer. Warranty paid all but a hundred. After getting it back I noticed my piece that went around my break handle was missing, a piece Inside my cup holder was broken and my USB port and outlet inside my counsel did not work. Turns out the problem was bad wiring to my back speed sensors. Cost me more money to fix the things they broke than my deductible.

They easily could have said I needed a new transmission, but were honest. Honesty goes a long way in my book. My car is also running so much better than it has in awhile. They not only did exceptional work but saved me lots of money too.

I had to get my transmission rebuilt ; and JIM and the whole staff were SO helpful and accomodating to me.It took some time to get my car done , but I totally understand that.If you have transmission problems , go to Sam Colusci.They are truly the best transmission shop around , in MY opinion.I rate them 5 stars.

We wanted to take this opportunity to thank Jim, Kelly and the entire crew here. We had some extenuating circumstances surrounding our transmission problems and Jim, the owner waited literally for months for us to solve our problem. They come highly recommended for their honesty, integrity, superior work and outstanding customer service!

Best shop around. Highly recommend. Went to two other places, including a jeep dealership, and the problem only worsened. After my visit at Sam Colusci's the problem was solved and in a timely fashion. The staff is very knowledgeable and won't "band-aid" the problem. I can't express how outstanding and above and beyond this place goes. The excellent staff and customer service are top notch as compared to other shops I've been at. If you want your vehicle fixed and done correctly don't waste your money or time going anywhere else!

The transmission light had been on in my mom's car and it wasn't shifting properly since the battery had been replaced a few weeks ago. It would have been another week before the car dealers would look at it. She took it to Colusci, where they very quickly resolved the problem and didn't even charge her. They were very nice and won several new fans today!

So on May 4 I called to get my car looked at here. And they said they was busy and all booked up for 2 weeks I needed car looked at so whatever I waited so they put me in the book to come in on wed May 19 in the am to drop my car off. Well today I called there and Eric said srry but u didn't get my message on the 17th. I said no why. He said. Well we low on man power so we can't fit u in tom. U going to have to wait till June 17th. ummm so I waited patiently to get car worked on and now I can't get it done till the June 17th after I waited this long. That is very poor customer service and I will not RECOMMEND NO ONE TO GO HERE IF U NEED CAR LOOKED AT CAUSE THEY LIKE TO PUSH CUSTOMERS WHO THEY THINK ISNT IMPORTANT OR THEY DONT KNOW OFF THE SCHUDULE. It ok cause ill take my service and my money somewhere else. I'm cool on that kind of customer service.

They were very nice and helpful. My "check engine" light came on just as I was entering the nearby highway. I rerouted to Colusci's and they were able to replace the bad part and get me on my way the same day.

What we thought was a transmission problem with my Mazda CX-9, turned out to be an engine problem. Jim was very persistent on finding the problem! I would definitely recommend them. I had a very positive experience with Colussi. Their office staff was very professional! My car is running great!Thank you Colussi!

They were the only ones who could fix my vehicle. They understand how to fix electrical problems in my vehicle relating to my tcm and other issues with the car. Very grateful. We have used them for years with multiple vehicles and have always been pleased.

Took my car here for tansmission service and after talking to the tech he fovered everything it needed and made sure it was better than new before he was satisfied with the repair. No BS service keeps you informed every step of the way. Best service department ever. Thank for the great job.

The best place for a transmission problem to be repaired. JIM spent the time necessary to diagnose my problem. He did an overhaul and updated the shift kit. It works way better than new. Thanks

I called Colusci transmission after I pulled over for a car broke down on road. The lady was from out of town and the transmission person said they will get her in for repair.

Said to bring the car up on Thursday they will have my car done on Friday all it needed was a transmission flush never got done had to wait a week to get my car back wouldn't recommend them to anybody.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission
