They lie about services then try and argue when you have proof of them being caught. Tech also screwed up one of my wheels in the process of not even doing the service i paid for which was a regular service. makes me doubt they even changed the oil. John was very nice and reasonable unfortunately he has extremely dishonest and incompetent people working for him. I've been in the automotive service industry for 10 years and couldn't imagine running a shop like this. I would not recommend them to do anything on your vehicle.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

(preface: NOT my vehicle) Major rip off wants to drill out two bolts with almost a inch of thread left stuck out. You can easily remove the bolts in 10 minutes with a grinder and a pair of vice grips. Charges 90$ just to hook the vehicle upto a scan machine (no engine codes so NOT NEEDED)

I had a check engine light code P0452. It turned out to be the charcoal canister. They also fixed a leak in my exhaust. Keep runs and shifts much better. Great people and very knowledgeable.Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repairServices: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair

Great mom and pop mechanic shop. Rare to find these days.Brought my veloster N here for some suspension trouble since previous owner didnt want to assembly front struts correctly.The actually care about the stuff they work on. Mechanics all seem friendly as well. They get things done quickly and are flexible with drop off and pickup.They are also ok with you buying the parts yourself which saves you money and them the hassle.Can't recommend them enough. Will be using in the future. (Hopefully not, but I track my cars and you know how that goes)

We ve been taking our vehicles to John and Pam for many many years and will never go anywhere else!BEST SERVICE EVER!!! BEST PEOPLE EVER!!! We just love them!!!Fast and reliable!!! Wonderful experience! I called to see if I could get in for emissions and inspection last minute without an appointment and was accommodated the same day. They got me in quickly and were finished with everything in short order. The staff were very friendly and polite. I will definitely be returning here in the future.

Been going to John & Pam for almost 20 years. We buy 1-2 year old company vehicles and quickly drive them out of warranty. With all the stress we deal with as business owners, it's such a treat to know we can depend on them.1. Sweet people2. Remarkably fair prices3. Always fixed right 1st time4. I ve had my Miata track car there countless times and I ve always been taken care of well. They do great quality work and I trust them from simple jobs like mounting tires to rebuilding my motor. You may have to call them to get updates on how progress is coming along when it takes a while but they take their time to make sure the job is done right! Great place for daily drivers to serious sports cars! 5/5

Pam and John actually care about their customers. They also lookout for my wallet, often finding ways to get the job done for a really reasonable price. You will not go wrong going to Pavcic's !
