An A is NOT for effort...Thanks but no thanks to Opeka Auto. Without writing a book about my disappointment with Opeka Auto, here are a few simple things:I took my vehicle to Opeka for repair of a minor fender bender from an accident I was not at fault. It consisted of a front bumper, fender, and headlight area repair.I felt the entire time as if the at-fault insurance company was their client, not myself.Work that was supposed to take 4 days took 10. If the vehicle had been perfect at delivery, I would have been fine with the 6-day delay. However, there were minor things missing, and the general attention to detail was lacking.I appreciate that Opeka Auto stands behind their work; however, if I have to keep pointing out their shortcomings it impacts a customer's perspective of professionalism.I'm sure Opeka's answer to this negative experience will be "We offered to make it right." However think about this:"96% of unhappy customers don t complain, however 91% of those will simply leave and never come back" .Odette you were great. Thx

All of the staff were efficient and informative. The work was completed 5 days earlier than expected and I could not tell that there had been any damage. Everything is working as good as when new.

This company is very professional and so personable. Odette is just a breath of fresh air. Her genuine personality is so lovely. The customer service is outstanding. I can see why they have 5 stars. I wish every company had an Odette and treated their customers like this company. The car looked like brand new and it was nice and clean when I received it back. I just moved here from Florida but I will let everyone know to go to this Opeka auto repair shop!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

I had the best customer experience!! From the front office to the actual body work being completed. They are willing to make your experience as seem less as possible. Returned my vehicle in amazing shape. Will definitely be coming here in the future.

Superior customer service and outstanding body work done! Odette is super personable, and my car was fixed quickly and looked wonderful on the outside and was cleaned inside. The whole process involving a rental was easy and stress free as well. Highly recommend this repair shop!

We will always take our vehicles to Opeka. We use the one on ValleyBrook road. Their customer is fantastic! Always get updates very timely.We ve had auto body repairer, paint jobs and a big car wreck, and the care they show in their work is perfect !We also get general maintenance.Services: Auto windshield repair, Tires, Body & Trim

Opeka did a great job on my vehicle. They were good at communicating with me and made sure that I was aware of estimated completion dates. They also handled all of the supplemental claim issues directly with the insurance company, which made it stress-free for me. Would definitely use them again!

I can not Thank Ross and the Opeka crew enough. They were super friendly and thorough. They handled everything from the start, with no stress to me. Professionalism at every step of the way. They took thier time and made sure the repair was done right the very 1st time. They made my car look better then day 1 when I bought it!!!I would recommend them to anyone.Hopefully I will never have a reason for my car to get work on again, but if I do I will certainly be bringing it back to Opeka.

We had our first experience with Opeka when we needed to get damage from a run-in with a deer done on our SUV. They were SO amazing with keeping us informed on every step of the process, and they did a BEAUTIFUL job! They even went above and beyond to help us secure a rental vehicle for the weekend, then they took the time and did a last minute request for an inspection. Highly recommend!

Recently my car was damaged from a deer. Friends suggested that I work with Opeka. From the first call I found them to be efficient and knowledgeable. I was given accurate information and instructions which were simple and easy to follow. They kept me informed as to timing of completion and made the rental car process seamless. They went above and beyond the call of duty because my car was detailed inside and out and looked as good as new. I would highly recommend them.

Picked up my car 4/29/20 and needless to say, it looks like the showroom car I originally purchased. Opeka has an outstanding reputation for doing a TERRIFIC job and having an operation of friendly, helpful and outgoing personnel. I would not hesitate to refer anyone looking for a very reputable company that takes pride is their ability to do an awesome job on any repair job that goes through their doors.Thank you for the GREAT job !!!

Opeka is a great place to get any work done. Not only were they fast and efficient but extremely helpful working through the insurance claims for the damage. I was updated through the whole process on when they expected to have my vehicle done. It was even done earlier than i expected which is wonderful. Evan and his team at opeka auto in canonsburg has been so extremely helpful, easy to deal with, and did such an amazing job with my 2017 Chevy Silverado. You will be able to see for yourself their professionalism the moment you walk in, they have a very clean and tidy lobby as well as workshop.They take care of everything for you from dealing with the insurance to going the extra step to make sure your vehicle is clean after the repair. My vehicle looks like it did the day I bought it! I highly recommend opeka auto for anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired especially when dealing with insurance.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I could not be happier with the results of my van that was repaired by Opeka Auto Body.This was the result from a hit and run in a parking lot,and never knew for a week until I had to park elsewhere and had seen the right side of my van.They are top notch and professional and extremely kind.They had a rental lined up for me when I dropped off my van. Their rates were better than AAA premiere by a good bit.My van had to be repaired 1 year ago there and again very pleased with them.I highly recommend Opeka Auto Body. .

Opeka did an amazing job on my car!! Not only are they experts at what they do, their office staff was also wonderful! They kept me up-to-date on the progress of my car and my car was ready on the day promised! They also arranged a rental car and had it waiting for me when I dropped off my car for repair. I highly recommend Opeka!! You will not be disappointed!

They are excellent! I got into a fender bender and they got my car finished ahead of the expected finish date, itemized by bill so I knew exactly what was, and THEY CLEANED MY CAR INSIDE AND OUT! I was already ready to junk my 2011 Cruze but they made it better then when I took it in. So not only did they fix my car perfectly, but they made it better! I couldn't be happier with their service and the staff. I would highly recommend them and I am sorry for anyone who didn't receive the 5 star service I got.

Opeka was there for me in a time of need. From the minute I walked in their door, I was impressed with the friendliness and cleanliness of their facility. Throughout the entire time, they kept me updated on their service timeline and I was pleased with the end result. Ross and Michelle were so kind and great to work with and I d definitely use their services again if necessary.

As is always the case, Opeka did a fantastic job repairing one of my work trucks. They worked with my schedule during a shutdown due to Covid-19 to get the repairs made to a vehicle that is normally on the road 5 days a week. Excellent craftsmanship, communication, and a crew that actually takes pride in everything they do. I'd give them 10 stars if I could, very deserving...

Absolutely the place to go if you are in need of body work on your vehicle. The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and kind. They got me in very quickly and could not have been more helpful. I have never had an issue that has led me to need to visit such a place, and left being nothing but impressed. Could not recommend them more and I will definitely be returning here if I ever need work done again. 11/10 service.

Went in to have my 13 Pathfinder evaluated after hitting a deer on the highway. My brother-in-law highly recommended using these guys. He's definitely the car guy in our family, so I figured he knew what he was talking about. Boy, was he right!After a thorough examination, the vehicle was deemed a total loss. As anyone knows, having your family vehicle totalled can cause a lot of stress. The staff at Opeka were incredibly friendly and reassuring throughout the process though. They helped guide me through the proper processes to take to get everything dealt with in timely manner and were very thorough and kind. Will definitely continue to use this shop.

Opeka was great to work with. They consistently updated me on progress of my vehicle. Everything was easy and a bonus, it was so clean and fresh in the building. All employees especially Michelle were awesome!

I had fantastic service with Opeka Auto Repair. The repairs were done on time, the staff was friendly and super helpful, and my car looks like nothing happened to it. My car looked amazing inside and out when I picked it up from the shop. Highly recommend
