Came in on a last minute appointment made the morning of and they were able to make time to change and align 4 tires and for a fair price and in just a few hours! I won t be using any other places for tires/alignments in the future. These guys are great!

I used to go to this NTB for all my tires oil changes, and inspections. But i can not justify it anymore. After waiting 3 hours for a tire repair and oil change I get home to notice oil leaking under my truck. After popping the hood i see they cant even manage to put the oil cap back on. Now i have a low oil level and an engine compartment soaked in oil. The level of incompetence is too much to bare. Dont waste your time here or jeopardize your vehicle.

I brought my car in because I needed 2 tires worked on. I got one patched & the other replaced. They ordered my tire & had my car done within 2 days (the tire could take up to a week to arrive). I also had a few old tires at home that I no longer needed & they took them to be recycled at no charge to me. A+ service! These guys are amazing! Thank you so much & I will definitely be back in the future

Was able to change all for tires(which one was flat), get an oil change, and an alignment for under 900! Staff was super helpful and explained what was what. Definitely recommend this spot if your considering another tire shop (cough cough good year cough cough)

This location is very well maintained, staffed and managed. It is always clean and there is a very nice waiting room with vending machines. I have been going to them for 3 years and I have never once had a bad experience. I have always felt that the mechanics were reliable and competent as well as friendly. The manager, Mike, really gives you the sense that they have their customers best interests at heart.

Have a 1997 ford ranger bought 2 tires and front end alignment a few days later i noticed noise from the left front tire I thought it was the brakes so I was going to remove the wheel and found it was a bad wheel bearing. I ve been a mechanic for years I held an ASE certification in steering and suspension so I know you can t align a front end with any bad parts so I checked for any sign of work on my truck that would indicate an alignment my truck is 27 years old so it s dirty and rusty covered with grease you could see that nothing was adjusted anywhere on my truck so I called to complain they said I had 6 months warranty on alignment when I go back they found me in the computer but said I needed a receipt for them to do anything needless to say my tires are junk now from not being aligned due to camber being out so they just stole my money seeing that I payed for work that was never done they are thieves I ll never go to this NTB on Washington road in Mcmurry pa and I m already getting my word of mouth to family and friends that they are crooksIf they don t want to work on an old truck i understand bolts are tight and rusted but tell me don t steal from me

Mike helped me select tires for my daughter's Jeep, ordered them late one afternoon and had them installed within a few hours the next day when they arrived. Great service. Will definitely visit them again for all my maintenance needs.

I hit a pot hole while in the area (I m from out of state) and my tire was losing air fast. I stopped in and they put my spare on for me. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. If I lived in the area I would definitely be back again.

I brought my car here to have the tires replaced. I am not familiar with buying tiers or everything that comes along with a tire replacement, but Mike was super patient with me as I asked 100 questioned and reviewed options with him. He helped me to find a good quality tire that was within our budget, and he even walked me through the care and maintenance to get the most out of our new tires. I came in about an hr early, and the team had my car on the lift within a half hr. It was a great experience overall, we will bring our car here as long as Mike and the team are here! I am actually planning to bring our car here for the oil changes as well from now on, as they will also check the other things like the alignment and tire pressure, which will help us get the most out of our new tires. Highly recommend!

Been coming here for my oil changes since I moved to the area a few years ago. Love the convenience of online appointment booking. The workers are always nice, and I feel like they are honest with me. My husband has also brought his car here too.

This is a terrific auto shop. I needed new tires and thought I'd give this place a try. They had the tires I need in stock and got me in and out with no hassles. In and out the door in about an hour. Next time I need brakes I think I'll give this place a try. Mike was super nice and seems like he knows his stuff. I'm happy I stopped in.

I've been going here for awhile now. I recently had 4 tires replaced on my Camry. Mike and his team are always a pleasure to deal with. Their tire prices are always the lowest and very competitive. Highly recommend!!

Woke up to a nearly flat tire! huge screw in it. The day before a holiday. We were concerned we wouldn't be able to get it repaired. The man at National Tire and Battery not only got us in. But he got us in and out quickly. Great service.

After todays snow, I made my way to work and was looking online for new tires, Goodyear in McMurray wanted over 800 for new tires, Monroe was close in that price range but when I came across nbt and seemed cheaper, called about 230 an once I got off work they got me in at 4 when I got there I was greeted by Trent he was able to work out some numbers along with a warranty at literally half of the price of everyone else s in the area.. which is awesome.. I had a little bit of a wait but technically I was squeezed into their schedule and that s fine.. would definitely recommend to anyone looking around for services and will go back thank you Trent!!!

We are extremely pleased with the services provided at this NTB location. The staff here was very knowledgeable with all questions my wife and I had. We've been bringing all of our vehicles here for years for tires and oil changes and will continue to in the future

Staff was polite and wonderful. Was in a jam, founding out my tires were shot and going on a trip the following day. Mike in customer service worked really hard to accommodate me and was on it. Couldnt thank them enough. Thank you Mike and staff

Came in to get a nail out of my tire. The entire team was very quick and solved the problem in no time. Mike, the main gentleman who helped me, was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend this place!

HORRIBLE! Do not go here! I went in to get a tire mounted and balanced and the next morning I woke up to a flat. They didn't screw the core in all the way! On top of that they mounted the tire wrong. There are colored dots that should line up with the valve stem. Do the people at NTB McMurray line up the dots? No!

BEWARE! NTB cancelled my appointment a couple of times before I even had my service completed. No report was given for my alignment. I had to go back and ask for it. It turns out that they made no changes whatsoever but charged me full price for an alignment.

This location is under new management and they did a great job getting me in at the last minute, identified where my problem was and got me on my way quickly and for a reasonable price. Thank you, Mike and crew! I ll be coming back.
