Everything about this place is top notch from the sales staff to the service department. Since the day we purchased our Jaguar from this dealership to now we have always been satisfied. We just recently had our Jaguar serviced here and had some unexpected things come up during the inspection. Charlie was our advisor from the service department and was excellent to work with. Some of the items were covered under warranty whereas some of the other items weren t. Got a nice video from the technician explaining everything that was done and what they found during their inspection. Charlie explained pricing up front and went over all of my options. There was initially an issue on the final invoice regarding some pricing that we had discussed and he was quick to resolve it. I was very impressed by the way he handled it. Many dealers I ve dealt with in the past have always been quick to argue when they would make a mistake whereas Charlie made it right without hesitation. I wish all car dealerships operated the way that this one does.

1.0Horrible!March 25, 2024By Robert Williams from Pittsburgh PAHorrible! Salesman (Brent Bell) hid many paint defects by keeping the car dirty even after I requested twice to see the car cleaned. Once home I washed it only to find multiple cuts and scratches all over. These defects could have easily been corrected before they applied the TST paint protection that I paid $800+ at the dealership. I complained so they promised to repair the scratches but did nothing but washed the vehicle hoping I wouldn't notice that they did nothing. Once the sun hit the paint, the same defects were still there. And to make matters worse, the TST protection didn't seem to be applied properly. The paint finish has all kinds of streaks and swirls that attracts dirt particles that cannot be removed no matter how much you clean it. It really looks horrible! As an 80 year old senior, I've purchased many cars, but buying from this Rayhal dealership was the only bad experience I've ever had. Brent Bell was amazing to deal with in buying our Jaguar F Pace. We live about an hour and a half from this dealership and we will definitely be back. The whole experience was great and they had everything ready when we arrived for pick up. Matt did a wonderful job going over all of the features on the car and had great knowledge and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Finance was simple and she went over the extra options without being pushy like some dealerships I have dealt with in the past. We did take 2 options that we felt had great value for our needs at a good price. Just an overall great car buying experience and everyone there was very helpful and kind.

Every person we interacted with from check-in, service advisors, check-out, and customer experience gave us the 5 star experience one would expect from a luxury brand dealership. If you want the best, come to the best, and JLR at South Hills is who will give you that experience.

Jaguar South Hill Service department has been awful to deal with. I have had my Range Rover less than 5 years. It has less than 45,000 miles on it with no accidents. I currently have rain water pouring in through the ceiling with every rain fall. I took my car to the dealership while it was still under warranty and after having my car for six hours (conveniently) they could not find a leak. Bob Panelli, Service Manager, assured me that I had his word at that time that if the problem progressed and I brought back he would take care of it. He assured me he would write a note on my paperwork that said that. The problem has obviously progressed over time, and now that it is out of warranty, Bob does not recall making such a statement and the issue is mine to pay for. So frustrating to pay so much money for a car and not have the dealership up hold their word or take care of the customers. My experience has gone down hill since since purchase day.**UPDATE 4/29: Since posting this review, the service manager has reached out to me. On 4/23 they replaced my front windshield (at no cost to me) and the problem seems to have resolved at this time.

Probably the smoothest buying experience I've ever had. I'm out of state, so we took care of most everything over the phone and email. Lydia was absolutely amazing and I'd walk to Pittsburgh just to buy another vehicle from her.

My advisor was great to work with, he was patient and answered all my questions and had a great attitude! The cost of an oil change was a bit higher than my sales guy told me when I bought the car, but I guess I have to live with it.

My son bought his first car here. Don was our salesman. They give you a print out of what the car needs, what they took care of and what still needs addressed. Very friendly and courteous. Made my sons first purchase very smooth.

My husband and I had a wonderful no pressure buying experience. The staff were fantastic. David assisted my husband in finding the F-Pace and kept in touch until I was able to pick it up. Besides loving my new Jaguar, I have to say so far I have had a wonderful experience with the new South Hills Jaguar dealership. See specific details below;JD Almonte was my salesman, very friendly and down to earth, made the experience very smooth.Ryan the sales Manager was the first one I met when I first visited the showroom, he was friendly and attentive and connected me with JD right away.Kate Williams the Concierge that went over the tech features of the car with me right after purchase and once again two days later when I had more questions.Bob the Servicing scheduler was also very friendly and we had a nice conversation as we had a few things in common.Steve in maintenance pulled some information on accessories for my new Jag and switched out my license plate screws per my request, thank you Steve.Stephanie the greeter at the front desk is very friendly and personable, she even showed me how to operate the not so user friendly coffee maker in the waiting area.Again, my experience thus far has been a very good one and I see no reason why that won't continue. I highly recommend this dealership, and did I mention.............. I love my new Jaguar!!!!

Excellent customer service. Drove 6 hours out to do business with this dealership and it was well worth it. David was great, very friendly and extremely approachable. Looked out to get the best deal possible for me and genuinely cares about the vehicle or rather investment your making. The general manager John was also very helpful and made the transaction process extremely easy and smooth. If your in the market for a Jaguar or Land Rover, stop in and ask for David Perchinsky.

I recently had the wonderful, first time buying experience of a beautiful Jaguar from Bobby Rahal @ South Hill s Jaguar. My sales consultant was Marcus Coury. I could not have asked for a better person to guide me through the buying experience. He was very knowledgeable and very honest. I had gone to see a car that I had found online which I thought was perfect for me and he actually found me a better deal with a car that was lower priced and had more features than the original car I was looking at. I am very pleased with my purchase and my experience I would highly recommend Marcus to anyone looking to buy a new car. Not only did I find a wonderful consultant but I felt like I also made a friend through the process. Marcus was that likable and real. Make sure to look him up when you are shopping at South Hills Jaguar!!

Today we got disappointed. They sell cars with 5 Years 60,000 miles of complementary scheduled maintenance , but guess what ? They will schedule the first maintenance only after two years. Everything earlier than that is not covered and they suggest to do oil change after 1 year of course and our first year oil change is NOT COVERED. Of course we will do the oil change as per their suggestion and will need to pay for it. Isn t this funny ? Is not clear. It feels like they are tricking the customers. My wife has an E-PACE and I was considering to change from Audi to Land Rover but this is now making me think twice about that.

The Jaguar South Hills experience was exceptional. Dan was very professional and at the same time very attentive to my questions and concerns. He responded to my questions quickly and kept me informed on the progress of the purchase. Keep in mind I purchased my XF just as Washington County was turning from red to yellow during the COVID 19 pandemic. All staff were attentive to requirements for social distancing and creating a safe, healthy experience. A great experience during a tense time.

I came from MI to buy a Jaguar F-Pace from JLR South Hills. Just wanted to send a big THANK YOU to Marcus Corey for his help in making this deal a big success from beginning through the end. His way of dealing was very courteous and professional. I really liked the way the car was revealed to me (I wish I had made a video). The car was immaculately clean and and scratchless as promised. I also appreciate the dealership being so effective in completing the paperwork in advance and helping expedite the deal and that saved a lot of time for me specially for the long commute back home..Thank you Marcus, Kate and everyone else involved for your awesome dealing. We made a trip to PA with the intentions to spend our evening car shopping at different dealerships. My fiance and I stopped at Land Rover/Jaguar of South Hills and that was our first and last stop. Very nice establishment! Very easy to get to and convenient to pull right off the highway! Every employee was helpful and very kind! They have a great selection of very awesome Cars and SUV s. And also have a few electric options as well! Definitely will be returning to this location and recommending this location to all friends and family!!

Worst Service Dept!!! The customer does not come first here. I work in healthcare and my service light came on at the beginning of the pandemic so I have been unable to make it there as I have been working and following the rules of just going to and from work and the facility is 1hr and 30min from my house. Now that things are starting to reopen I scheduled my apt only to get a phone call from the service dept telling me they will not cover any of my routine maintenance because I went over the mileage by about 2k miles. I will never use this dealership or recommend them to anyone. My next jaguar will 100% come from a different dealership and I will not use this dealership for service.
