Nice place If your truck's getting worked on, they've got it all theater room. Kitchen pool table shower our and free laundry if your trucks in the shop. The free coffee aint half bad. Either period it's a special carriage system where it'll make it pretty much. Anything . From a black coffee to a machiato.

The people that I've worked with here in the office are exceptional.. my only issue is the mechanic that worked on my truck, isn't a very attention to detail. They replaced the dpf harness all plugs connected correctly but the zip ties holding the harness were all loose, the the ends all cut at an angle. For the shop to charge $185 per hour with at total of $2600 in labor. I shouldn't have to go back and tighten up what the mechanic should have done correctly to begin with. It shows that quality control isn't being done to make sure the mechanics are doing their job in a professional manner.

On Sept 8 2021, I took my beautiful 40 foot diesel class A motorhome here just for a state inspection. It only had 32, 730 miles on it. They wrecked it in their own parking lot, both sides. Fortunately, the lady driving it was not hurt. When the acting service manager showed me the damage, the motorhome sat right behind their body shop. I expected them to fix it, because their website says they repair RV's. In Nov 2021, I received a phone call from their insurance company saying that if I could find a place to fix it, they would send it there. I called three places and they all turned it down. In fact, two of them (Valero and Bonnell) had already been contacted by the service manager and they told him they wouldn't do it because the damage was so extensive. Their insurance company sent it to a place that I told them not to, because it was a very small repair shop and looked like a junk yard. After 18 months of many unreturned calls and emails, it was apparent that I was never going to see my motorhome again. On Mar 31 2023, I finally was forced to submit a claim, against their insurance company, to the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. Need I say more.Captain M.R. Hoyle US Navy (Ret)

If you ever break down, THIS is the place to be! Explained repairs to me, kept me updated on status, and the drivers lounge area is top notch! They let my dog come upstairs with me. Many service places leave you sitting in one of 5 dirty, grungy, disgusting chairs staring at an empty, burnt coffee pot while you wait hours. NOT Fyda Freightliner!Fyda cares about its customers, and it shows.Thank y'all for everything!

Came in around 9am with a blown turbo and they had all the parts available in stock and was able to get me back running and on the road by around 3pm. Chris the technician was awesome and explained everything that was wrong with it to me and hopped right on it and got the job done. I would highly recommend this Fyda location to everyone. Thanks for the great job.

Honest and fair dealership ,got the truck in same day it arrived. Some stuff was warranty where others were not ,David from service worked on the cost and made sure everything is handled property /on time and fair on the final invoice. A+ on this guys

good service and shop but they wont call other suppliers to see if they have the part and when they see it in the system at another shop they still wont call. I need the part-you dont have it-just make the call, im going there anyways so you didnt lose anything

The store was clean and the parking was easy to get in and out. They just don't have a large selection of parts. Stopped in to get two air bags and all they could sell me was air bags that cost $284.64

Blew my radiator in triadelphia, got towed in Saturday morning and they were awesome enough to squeeze me in and get me out by 1500 Saturday afternoon. Awesome lounge, pool table, laundry, shower, etc. I'm a little disappointed they didn't have a hotub.

Stop in to have my 22 cascadia looked at they hopped right on it and have an great parts department and drivers lounge is nice pool table a plus very clean too

I have to admit, I was ambivalent about having maintenance done on my 2016 Cascadia here. Large dealers (including passenger vehicles) make me a little bit uncomfortable. But when my truck wouldn't go into gear, I had it towed here from where I park it in Pittsburgh. It ended up needing a new clutch.First, they were exceptionally fast in diagnosing it. As this is my only truck, I was anxious to get it back and get working again. Then, I had a conversation with the night shift service manager, Joe. He was honest and transparent, and I knew after talking with him that I had made the right choice taking it there.The final cost was less than what the worst case scenario could have been, which, as a small independent carrier, made a tremendous difference.I really can't thank them enough. Thanks again to Joe and his team.

It's good to buy parts here. The price is ok, not bad. But I do not recommend repairs ... they lie. I had to do an Alignment they said they did it and they charged me $185+tax but they didn't actually do anything.... they lie to me... I have a Camera on the truck I didn't believe it and that's it I checked and saw that they really didn t do anything, I believed them like a fool. And was their regular customer. I won t come again and I don t recommend it to you ...

My husband I would like to thank all the staff and Fyda in Houston, PA. Upon our trip to Morgantown, WV (from Florida) for our sons wedding on 7/24/20, the check engine light came on and as we approached the first hill into Wheeling, WV, our Fleetwood Discovery 2019, over heated. After calling Fyda and speaking to a tech he my husband was able to hobble the motorhome to Fyda Freightliner at 10:30 pm on Tuesday 7/21/20. First thing Wednesday morning they got us in and diagnosed that the fan clutch went bad causing the MH to overhear. The part was ordered and overnighted, after received the part the following morning they had us back on the road by Thursday afternoon. We want to especially thank Greg, who made the repairs and Jim and Clinton for getting us in on such a timely manner. My husband has told everyone how great the service was. Thank you again for saving the day!!

I would highly recommend Fyda to any truckers in the area. Everyone there was nothing but professional and pleasant. I had my truck towed in and had it diagnosed the same night and had it back within days. I especially want to thank Joe Smith the night service manager who was helpful, pleasant and what I believe is an asset to Fyda. 2019 Newmar Ventana RV. I get that you don t make appointments but you should.We stopped to get a state inspection completed as you are the first freightliner in PA when returning from the west.We emailed you first weeks in advance (no reply so why offer emailing from your website?) then called to schedule a state inspection since we hadn t heard back on the email.We were told no appointments, so after weeks of planning this stop on our return to PA, we arrived late Sunday and went to service as soon as you opened on Monday morning.Monday morning service told us we can t fit you in. Thats kindof ridiculous and really unprofessional.If you knew that was going to happen, why not say so upfront? It seems you don t want to service RV s or possibly one offs in preference for your contracts.I m a business person, I get it. Thats fine. But then be honest with folks instead of wasting their time.PS. We ended up at a competitor and had a fabulous experience with them.

I am reviewing Fyda to tell everyone what a top notch organization Fyda in Canonsburg is!! They are friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. The customer lounge or driver s lounge is so clean and spacious. They have everything a trucker could want. Showers, laundry, food, and even a pool table! I was there early in the morning and no one was there. I m surprised that no one else was taking advantage of the great amenities and great service. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience while getting my RV inspected!

These people are fantastic. They had my parts waiting on me when I got there. I also left my money clip on the counter and they called me immediately. I turned around and went back and got it. The young lady and man that was working the parts counter I oh you a big thank you. I'll definitely be back for more parts and repairs.
