I've only had to have inspections done so far but these guys treat me right every time and get me in quick even when they're busy. Seems like a well-run place with good folks.

This was my first time using them for motorcycle inspection and some extras I wanted wired on the bike. They kept everything nice and clean looks slick works slick... I haven't been riding long so they gave me tons of good advice on maintenance and just general things I should know which I appreciate... They didn't seem over bearing with salesman ship and were not trigger happy replacing parts... I noticed they did little things to my bike for free just to make it cleaner looking... They secured my seat with a more official looking bolt rather than the one that was too long I had lol, they wiped the bike down too to make it shine nice. I had a loose peace of plastic they managed to clean up and secure better. Overall friendly people, they called me for questions and they'll definitely get my business next time I need something.Service: Electrical repair

I go here for all the motorcycle repairs I can't handle myself, and my car inspections when needed. Have for years. The owner is great, very thorough, and trustworthy. The only place around that I trust with my beloved 1980 Honda CB900C.

I had some electrical issues, and called Cool Valley Cycles, they assessed my 2001 Harley Fatboy, and fixed the issue. Also did the inspection. I would highly recommend Cool Valley Cycles for any bike issues.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

They changed both of the tires on my bike for me today. They were able to fit me in with short notice and they had it done very quickly. Not only were they quick but whoever worked on my bike today tightened a loose turn signal without me asking. I was going to fix it when I got home but they beat me to it. I think their prices are very fair. It only cost me about half of what I was quoted by a different shop in town. It's nice to know there's still honest and reasonable shops around.

Went in for motorcycle inspection without an appointment just to see if they could do it, got doneThey were fast and friendly. Excellent service very friendly. Would highly recommend

I went there for an inspection not only did I get my inspection but I believe they saved my life I don't all joy now in a wheel bearing my wheel could have came off at any time I thank them it's people like them that makes me want to go back to businesses like this small little businesses take care people that's in their community I would recommend this place to anybody God bless them for the people that they are

Good Group of People that work there everyone that works there is honest and reasonable with prices. I just got some work done on my car down there and they were really fast with it. I was happy with the service that I was provided with today. thank you guys so much and keep up the good work

Top notch business. Jason is professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Took my Sportster there for an inspection. I had been driving past this place for several years but never stopped. Glad I did! They have my business from now on.

Wrecked my 2016 Polaris Sportsman and bent the frame to the point it was not drivable. Dropped it off to Jason and him and his crew had it fixed in a day. I was quoted outrageous numbers by other shops to get this fixed. Jason was very reasonable on the cost and had the problem solved quick! This was my first time using Cool Valley Cycles and I was very impressed, will return without a doubt.

Had my mercedes in for service had A leak for weeks and Jason was able to fix it great people to work with fair price definitely better price than dealership

Excellent service experience. Emergency tire repair enroute to Canada. Guys at Cool Valley went seriously out of their way to source a front tire, calling friends, contacts and other shops to get me safely back on the road. Reasonable price and fantastic service in a clinch.
