Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff. They even loaned me their pair of scissors to trim the zip ties to the appropriate length. Lol. Thank You. I made it all the way back to New York and the check engine light even went out

I went to autozone to get a new battery and had it put in on Thursday November 30, and it was put in wrong because a 2 days days later my car wouldn t start when i went to a gas station to get gas, so i had someone come help me and look at the battery and it was loose and not put in correctly. I wasn t even mad about that, i just wanted to take it back to auto zone and get it fixed and that s where the problem started on December 2nd there was a woman working there in the morning when i went around 10:00. She was the most miserable, rude, condescending person i ve ever encountered. When i told her my problem she said okay??? and I said can you help me? and She said what battery brand and make did you get? I said I m not sure and she literally laughed in my face. So I said well aren t you able to look at it and tell?? and she ignored me and went and grabbed her cart to go outside with the tools and she came out with the cart and just said go pop your hood in the rudest way and then she looked at my battery and fixed it but didn t speak a word to me or tell me what was going on with it then said start it and then it started and she gave me a thumbs up and a dirty look and walked away. She made it seem like I was giving her the biggest inconvenience of her life and I will never come back because of her.

I came to have my battery tested because I was having issues starting my car. The guy tested my battery and let me know it was [grossly] underperforming (I don't know if I would have made it home.) He helped me choose the appropriate battery for my car and installed the battery for me. He even went as far as to put dielectric grease on the terminals as well as the felt pads to help maintain the battery's optimum performance and life! Very customer focused and well knowledgeable! Not just a salesman! A++ rating!

Woman who worked register 11/10/23 was extremely rude and did not do her job well. Got a new car, unsure of the specs because it didn't come with a good owners manual, and I have to listen to this woman be mad about nothing.

I have delt with autozone for many years. I have always gotten my parts in a timely manner within a week. This is the first time that I had to order parts that it took three weeks for them to come in only not to be notified that they were in. I stopped dealing with your competitors because of this. I will go back to the competitors if I have to.

Jenn W, Driver, customer service associateI don't live nearby but have visited several times in the past few days. I have rarely seen someone that is so inconvenienced by their job. The exhaling and the complete burden of it. Not just by me but other customers as well. Everyone else seemed pleasant and helpful. I would not have left such a low rating but this should be addressed by higher. This morale is not positive for anyone in that environment

Dawn is literally the most helpful human! Couldn t find an air filter to save my life, they re out of stock everywhere and she found me one at another store, verified it and ordered it for me to go pick up asap and then came outside and showed me how I ll be able to change it myself. What a sweet angel. Customer service 10/10

I m not from the area originally so I ve been to quite a few locations. This one seems to have a firm grasp on customer service. Every employee from this location has been helpful and attentive when entering the store. It s an easy in-and-out shopping experience.

Sales staff is fantastic. I had several obsolete part numbers and they were able to match the parts, and develop a few "work arounds" in just a few minutes. They helped me get my Ram blower motor replaced and the cabin air filter mod ordered. Back on the road with fresh clean AC in no time. Veteran's discount available too. Coming back back here exclusively from now on for anything i need.

As soon as my husband and I walked in they greeted us which is very nice. They asked us if we needed help with finding anything which my husband did, they were able direct us in the right direction and it didn't take us as long as it would have if they hadn't helped us. It was a quick and easy stop.

The only time I had to get a possible part was Labor Day weekend. I needed an evap valve for my truck and the associate said they have one at their Pittsburgh warehouse with delivery on Sunday by noon for in-store pickup. Truck ready for work week. Thanks AutoZone.

The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable. They were busy and she still took her time with me since I'm not very mechanically inclined. I know where gas and oil goes in my car lol.

Fast, friendly, and attentive staff. Assisted us in finding what we came in for. The gentleman also performed the free diagnostic service for the lights on my dash and provided me with a print out of the most likely causes and solutions. I've used this service at other locations many times in the past as dealerships and some mechanics charge upwards of $100.00. Very helpful.

Very nice to deal with and helpful as well.I needed help today due to my check engine light coming on,on my van and they were able to find out it is due to the gas cap possibly not put on correctly a few days ago. So it was nothing to keep me from driving it.I thank you guys once again.I've purchased my brakes and rotors there as well for my van.

Honestly, I m disappointed. We were on our way to a funeral in bad weather conditions when my wiper failed on me. Stopped by here fast figuring I d have some help. I have a 22 and they re a little different than the usual wiper blade for whatever reason. The computer popped up that they didn t have anything specific to replace them, and basically let me know I have to go to the dealership. The dealership was useless and said they had no idea what size my blades are (my manual doesn t mention it either!) and here I was sitting in the parking lot stressed and worried we would miss the funeral. We went to NAPA, and they got us a blade. Just a basic rainX with different adaptors included so it would fit my 22.If you want people who can literally only read their screen and not bother taking a look at something as simple as a blade to see if they can help you, this is the place.

They help when your having trouble finding something. They will look up price's of the part you need. They workers are very nice and helpful. They try to bring low price's for you. I love to help my mom because I know where almost everything is.

I go here often for my vehicle needs. Sometimes it's packed and the staff seems a bit rushed though they will always help you with your needs. Need a bulb put in? They got you covered. Need wiper blades put on? They got you covered. Check engine light on? THEY GOT YOU COVERED.
