I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Approximately 4 hours away from this dealership. They had a 2018 Orange Jeep Wrangler. Completely loaded, just the model and color I was looking for. Called, spoke with Rick the owner and made a great deal. I traveled the 4 hours and approximately 300 miles, bought the Jeep and love it. I am 65 years old and I have bought and sold alot of vehicles. This was one the of the best experiences I have had in a long time with a car dealership. Highly recomend.Well worth the drive. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Thanks Rick.

Was able to come test drive a car I found on their website. I ended up buying it right then but it hadn't been serviced yet. Rick was very helpful. He ensured my inspection, small repairs (break pads, wiper blade replacement), and detail was done and even delivered the car to my home! Very happy with my new-to-me vehicle!!

We have gone to Auto Estates and worked personally with Rick for as long as my husband and I can remember. Rick was very friendly and honest in helping me purchase the exact car I was looking for. The price was even decent for how much the market has exploded recently. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle at first like any used vehicle but Rick had actually purchased a warranty for me and completely took care of the repairs. I appreciated that big time. I m very happy with my purchase overall!

Rick, Matt and Christy are fantastic, honest, competent, personable people. I went to look at a vehicle on their lot. I liked the car despite it having a minor mechanical defect, and an unsightly cosmetic issue. Rick said he'd fix both, and then did so in less than 48 hrs. I'd never purchased a vehicle with financing and Rick made that process easy and comfortable. I enjoyed the entire experience thoroughly and can't wait for another opportunity to work with them again. My sincere thanks to everyone at Auto Estates Inc for fulfilling my needs and doing so in style. You've earned my loyalty and future patronage!

This was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had! (And I've had more than I care to) I drive for work and had to get a car fast. Everyone was beyond helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Even the dreaded financial aspect of car buying was made better by these amazing people! I never felt pressured by them, and they easily answered all our questions about the car and finances. It was nice and refreshing to work with some cool and level headed people during pandemic times!

About to begin a master's program and move 2.5 hours away from what has been home for the past 6 years, I was frantically searching for a reliable car to get me where I needed to go and be able to travel to see my friends and family during breaks. This has not been an easy task during the Covid-19 outbreak with social distancing and so many businesses being closed, but Rick at Auto Estates was so helpful. I contacted the dealership and had to leave a message, but Rick returned my call within 24 hours and was able to set up time for me to come look at and test drive the car I had found online. I loved the car after test driving it, and after doing a thorough inspection of it, bought it, an easy process with all the help from the employees. This is the first time I bought a vehicle on my own, so it was a stressful situation, but everyone made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. I highly recommend this dealership if looking for affordable, reliable vehicles!

My experience with Auto estate was 5 Rick Smetana made a stressful experience amazing! I was so comfortable buying my first car. We laughed and talked racing. My Grandson liked him too, he showed him his cars.He made the whole experience comfortable and amusing for Me my daughter and grandson!Hopefully he will get into NASCAR!!!

We recently visited several auto lots having horrible experiences. Not here. They treated us wonderful! The entire staff was so helpful and nice. I would recommend them to everyone. We love our new jeep!! They went above an beyond for us and we appreciated it!!

Would give 10 stars if I could. This place is seriously amazing. Rick was my salesman and for being just turned 18 was nothing but helpful and just a great guy all together. Got me in the truck of my dreams for a great price and financed no questions asked. If you want to be treated with respect and given a wonderful deal this is where you go.

Bought my first car from here a few months ago and had a great experience. No pressure sales experience, was allowed to test the car I wanted on my own and got it at a great price. Would highly recommend this dealership and the guys running it are very nice and professional.

I have bought a lot of cars and trucks from various dealerships, future speaking I can go to only one from now on that's Auto Estates. Rick and Matt are the nicest guys to work with. I bought my second Toyota Tacoma from their lot and I love it. They gave me an outstanding deal and they went out of their way to put me in it. Excellent experience, drove 7 hours from my home to purchase my car and they had it fully detailed and ready to go when I arrived. Treated me and my father (came with me) both with respect and made the deal as smooth as possible. I would definitely do business with them again.

After my experience with this dealership, i would recommend shopping elsewhere, I sure will. Have had nothing but issues, costly repair bills, and have been treated with extreme disrespect since the day i picked up my car, would not back their warranty either for issues that were very clearly covered up at the time of purchase. When confronted about the issues, the guy in charge becomes dangerously enraged.

Went with friend to purchase a vehicle, they sold it on empty, had to ask if they were gonna give any gas so they could get home, the same night the break line broke, they called and were told to drive it with a broken brake line back to their shop. I can t believe any dealer would require the customer to drive an unsafe vehicle. Plus never offered to do repairs.I will never purchase a vehicle from them and I will put the word out on their poor customer relations.

I Typically buy two cars a year so i ve been to a lot of dealerships and I will honestly say this is the most honest dealership I have ever dealt with extremely good people .. call them check them out l!! Will ways have my business now.

I called and asked if a vehicle they were selling was inspected and if it had any mechanical issues. The secretary assured me it was inspected and had no major issues. so I drive 45 minutes to their dealership to find the vehicle I called about has no inspection, oil leaking from various places including the head gasket, the transmission fluid was new but smelled really burnt. the radiator was full of pink sludge from someone adding the wrong anti-freeze. The list goes on..... and the sales douche knew nothing about cars and thought he was really cool.... idk how they are in business.

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and drove it for about 1 day when I noticed a rattle in the front end like something was loose. I made an appointment with the local dodge dealership and they proceeded to tell me the front driver side strut was blown and it was gonna cost $1600 total for new strut that was $1000 and install plus alignment. When I contacted auto estates it took them 2 days to return call and that was after I called them a second time. The owner told me that he would contact the dealership and check on what was going on. He called me back and said he would get back to me and he would see what he could do. I was thinking if he would at least pay half I would go half since I had only been driving the suv for about a week and now it needs $1600 worth of parts and labor. He called me back after I called them again 2 days later and told me he would send me a check for $100 if that would help soften the blow. I had to fork out $1600 before I even made my 1st payment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH IT THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU OUT.
