Waited for 4 hours and no one showed up. When I called I had to tell the person I talked to the color of my car again. They clearly didn't bother to look at the request.

I have never heard of rates as high as I was just quoted for towing. Avoid this company if you are smart. I have been a dispatcher and provided nationwide service to various customer for almost 15 years, they quoted $1600/hour port to port for a 60 ton wrecker. That is outrageous squared.

This company is overcharging for the towing and storage service. I wouldn t recommend them. To the owner s response: the car was parked in the neighborhood and didn t have a flat tire. The charges for storage and towing were above what is allowed by law, but less than what would take to spend on legal fees.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Noone there made me feel stupid for being a women that don't know about mechanics. And they don't price gouge you, if they can help in anyway they do. Also they took the time to explain things I didn't understand!

I was limping a broke down truck home, couldnt make it know more, called Interstate & with in 30 min Brad showed up with rollback, he was fast & Professional, didnt mess around. We will always use Interstate Towing ! Thanks Guys for quick response ! Fred at Black Landscape

Own a trucking company and my driver called at 0100 with a broken glad hand and googled local road services. This was my 3rd call and the gentleman I spoke to was courteous professional and very helpful. He was efficient and got to my driver in a very reasonable time and also charged a fair price for a 24/7 road call. I deal with hundreds of road service each year and I will definitely be saving info for any future needs. Wonderful attitude and did not take hours getting to my driver and fixed his trailer quickly and correctly. First review I have ever written for a road call service but definitely deserving.

Interstate did a great job towing my box truck, guys were professional, I was concerned bout the low and long tail on it (I was certain that the rear bumper w be scraped up and bent) after they towed it back and even backed in my shop doors I got under it NOT A EVEN A SCRATCH!! FIVE STARS!! Thanks guys, I appreciate the attention to detail!!
