I was really impressed with this shop. After struggling for a very long time trying to get a key cut at varying hardware stores and home-improvement stores I was unable to get a key that would actually work in my door. I went to Duty s and they were able to very quickly and expertly cut me several keys all of which worked upon testing at home. Great prices, no issues and incredibly friendly, knowledgeable service. They also have a really great selection of key accessories so I was able to give my kids a really cute & highly recognizable house key. They have my repeat business for sure! A++

Outstanding service. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They had the exact part I was looking for to repair a commercial push bar for a front door so that we could dog the door open.Highly recommend these guys if you are in the Harrisburg area and are in need of locksmith services.

I have actually used duties before but I've never needed to recently. I helped someone because they didn't have a phone and I called Duty's locksmith for them so that they could come and unlock their car. I would say that they were super nice to me on the phone because the lady didn't speak much English that was with me and I was trying to help her get Duty's over to my place of employment to help her out. And they were quick and on time they were super helpful to her and myself and I would always recommend them. One of my good friends died about 10 years ago who used to work there and I have to say even since then I've always used duty's and lasts they offer it through my car insurance but they're definitely on time and efficient and very nice and make sure your needs are met!

Great service, knowledgeable, and have helped us out twice since we moved into our new house! Our front door handle broke in the morning, and they were there to fix it by the afternoon, expertly replacing the needed parts! Highly recommend them!

I have used shearer for a long time and will never go back, duty's fixed the problem and the next service I needed done was for 36 deadbolts and pass thru knobs, they were done right the first time, no messed up keys, they had everything labeled and numbered perfectly. Very professional establishment, very helpful staff. They will get all my business from now on...

I'd give them 100 stars if I could!!! Our new house settled earlier than we thought it would and wwe were told to get locks changes as soon as possible. My hubby called Duty's at approximately 3pm, was told to come in soon as they do close at 5pm. I was in their parking lot by 3:15. We had 10 knobs needing changed, they said at least an hour, I thought that was fast. We holy heck, got a call maybe the most of 45 minutes later letting me know they were all finished! Wow, wow, wow is all I can say! Awesome job and will definitely call them the next time! Thank you!!!

Every experience I have at Duty s is always exceptional. The products are high quality, affordable, and work well. If they don t have a product they will be upfront and have it shipped or assist you with where to go. Professional, courteous, efficient! Went there for a spare car key, which was old and bent. In under ten minutes I had keys custom cut for my old and worn locks and they even WD-40'd my locks, at no additional charge; which is just good, professional service.This company deserves your business!

They weren't able to duplicate the key I needed, but they were so helpful. They tried really hard to find a key that would work, but couldn't find one. They told me to bring in the box I needed a key for and they would try to make a key from that. I didn't go back because I found the spare key, but I will definitely go back if I need a key made.

We locked our keys in the garage two times now. Two times we counted on Dutys to come unlock the garage for us. $75 seems high, but they were fast and got us in so we're satisfied.

Cut my aftermarket car key for $4 when others wanted to charge absurdly high prices. Genuinely friendly, exceptionally helpful and honest. Plan on putting them on speed-dial for my real estate interests.

I paid $10 bucks online for a spare set of keys for my motorcycle. I went to get them cut here when they noticed I was sent the wrong key. I ended up with two of the correct, cut keys for $8. Considerably cheaper than ordering online then paying to get them cut. I wish I would have known about Duty's before wasting my money online.

Wonderful people to work with. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They can cut a key for anything, including some chinese aftermarket ignition switch on my dual sport.

We had a crises last Friday. We were getting ready to load up the car and the car carrier for a back to college trip when we couldn't locate the key for the car carrier. I contact Dutys in a panic and they assured me they could make a key and to take the car right down to their shop. In no time I had a key (with two spares) made for the carrier and we were on our way to Sweet Briar College in Virginia. The people were so friendly and efficient I would definitely recommend them if you need a locksmith.

I had 3 schlage locks rekeyed which took about an hour. I highly recommend using them over a big box store to do this kind of work. This place will do the job right the first time.
