I took my car to get repaired by them after noticing the brakes were being less responsive. I went to get it checked at this repair shop, as well as get some other routine maintenance. They told me everything was good with the breaks, and fixed the rest of my issues. Within 200 miles I noticed it had dramatically worsened and was making a sound, so I went to Elliot s and they let me know that the breaks had begun glazing and needed fixed. Considering that this was the only issue with my car which was a direct safety concern I am extremely disappointed that they missed it and assured me everything was okay. Will never be getting service here again and highly recommend others avoid it as well.

My 75 year old grandmother bought a car here. 31 days later it blew up on the side of the road 600 miles away from home. Terrible customer service, don't ever purchase a car here!!

Excellent service and very friendly. They got me right in for an alignment. Definitely will be back.
