Donnie and his staff go above and beyond for their customers. I've purchased 2 vehicles there in past year and routinely use their services for inspections and oil changes. They've even returned my vehicle to my home for me when I was jammed up. Good people

I highly recommend going here if you are looking for a car. Bob Potter was hands down incredible, informative and extremely helpful during the entire process. The environment is so welcoming and they make you feel 100% at ease with their honesty and guidance. They are definitely an honest group of people that I am going to highly recommend to anybody that will listen. Thank you Bob for helping me find the perfect vehicle!

I just got a vehicle today from Wallace family motors and I couldn t be happier with my purchase. Bob was very helpful , and kind. I will most likely be going back in the far future of I get another vehicle aswell as referring people to here. Thank you for great customer service! I love my 2016 Nissan Rogue!

I purchased my 2015 Chevy Cruze from this dealership in October. It had 108,000 miles on it and was pitched to me as a pretty reliable ride. We paid around $11k out the door after tax and everything. It ran great for the first few months but I started noticing the brakes were being less responsive. I went to get it checked at the Wallace repair shop, as well as some other routine maintenance. They told me everything was good with the breaks. Within 200 miles I noticed it had dramatically worsened and was making a sound, so I went to Elliot s and they let me know that the breaks had begun glazing and needed fixed. I then ran my car for awhile longer but my check engine light came on again around 120,000 miles. Turns out the turbo had started going as well as that the coolant lines and otherwise had fully dried up. That repair, plus a routine oil change, cost $1.6k. After that, this past week at around 122,000 miles the thermostat housing cracked and needed replaced. In total, in the last 10 months, I have spent over $2.8k on this car for issues that I can t help but feel were ignored or entirely missed when work was done on it before being sold to me. The car has been nothing but a sinkhole of money. My advice is to not purchase from them or to make sure you buy the best warranty they offer. You will need it.

Worst car I ever bought. I have had problems with my 2015 Chevy trax. If I could give zero stars I would. They fix the minimum and make the car look good so you buy it thinking it s reliable. Not so. I had problems from day one. Sure they fixed the issues I was having but put the blame on anyone but themselves. Overpriced cars that don t run as expected after you sign the paperwork. Buyer be ware you are NOT getting a reliable vehicle from this place. I contacted the attorney general about this matter and they didn t take the blame for anything. I know have the same issue with the thermostat for the 3rd time. Called to have it replaced AGAIN. Was told that because I went to the attorney general they will no longer service my car. How immature can you be. It s not my fault you can t hire mechanics that know what they are doing. I would definitely look elsewhere before ever buying from this place.

My wife and I could not be happier with our experience. Our family of 5 were downsizing from minivans finally and were looking for a car to still fit our family but w/better gas mileage. Donnie W was kind, courteous, and so helpful the whole way through. We are still all smiles and loving our new car!

Hey this little dealership is a diamond in the rough. I walked in test drove a car on the lot came back, Bob ran the credit report and we were done. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. There was no pressure whatsoever The whole experience was quite refreshing. And Bob was just a great guy. You should definitely check this place out, if you're in the market. You will not be disappointed.

My experience with Wallace Family Motors today was the best experience I've had yet while trying to purchase a vehicle. Bob Potter helped me purchase my truck and I could not have asked for a better salesman. He was very patient and informative throughout the whole process. The lot has convenient parking and is very noticeable driving down the road. The whole entire staff is very polite and professional. Outstanding all around!

If this place has a vehicle you re interested in please take the opportunity to visit them. I dealt with Bob and Christy in particular and they were incredible! I have visited several dealerships within the past couple years and I must say, Wallace Family Motors is among the best. They actually care about earning your business and that is incredibly rare nowadays. Especially in 2022.

We purchased a 2016 jeep renegade this past Saturday from Donny at Wallace Family Motors. From the first phone call to finally pulling off the lot we had the absolute BEST experience! We were getting desperate for a vehicle for my husband as our time was running out and everything seemed to be selling out from underneath of us. We called about the jeep ahead of time and he informed us someone was coming to look at it but if it fell thru he would call back. This was a Saturday by appt only, and it just so happened that at 930 am Saturday morning he was there to answer the phone, also we live 3 hrs away. He called right back and said the other customer backed out and asked when we could get there! Donny waited on us 3 hrs to get there and had everything ready to go! Even more so, we had our dogs travelling with us and he had a place to walk them, let them use the bathroom, had a water bowl for them and so much more! He was more than accommodating! There was a slight issue with the car which was fixed and taken care of immediately with no problem since! I would gladly travel the 3 hrs again to deal with this company!!!

Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Wallace Family Motors! They made my first car buying experience a breeze! Donny came in on a Saturday (which they are closed) to work with my schedule and show me the vehicle I was interested in and started the paperwork that day. We were able to get in and out when signing the papers. They also washed the vehicle I purchased the day I came to get it. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Bob/Don were great. When there was an small issue with my Sons truck weeks after we bought it they were able to adjust their schedule to get him in while he was away on military orders. Take care of the issue and return his truck before he returned with no cost to him. Wallace Family Motors cares about their customers and taking care of our soldiers!!!!

Great dealership easy to deal with I was in and out with no problem cars there are very nice and clean vehicles were well maintained and taken care of Bob was super great and was really helpful on the phone when talking about some of the vehicles on there website would buy another from them

Horrible dealership if you call it one. Nice during the purchase and then basically told to kick rocks. First day we had it an issue occurred. Then my wife had a major breakdown when I was not in town and when she called for help with our three month warranty they said call someone else and didn t give her a number. Family owned you would think they would step up and do what s right. Nope. Left her on the side of the road instead. Used a bank that doesn t have a branch with 50 miles of here and when you call them they require you to stop into the local branch . I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle. Even if they drop their prices to reasonable levels I won t buy a car there again. In fact I won t let anyone I know buy a car there.Update: car is in the shop right now for engine issues. Car broke down on 422 less that 5 miles from the house. Only way to fix this would be buy the car back at this point. Even just the payoff would be good enough to get rid of this headache.

I live in Illinois and found a vehicle of interest to me located at Wallace Family Motors in Pennsylvania advertised on Craigslist . Bob @ Wallace Family Motors assisted me with a long distance inspection of a classic vehicle for sale on their lot. He was patient, professional and efficient. Recording videos to transmit and video calls are a lot different from presenting a vehicle in person. Bob was very accommodating to every request I had. I enjoyed doing business with Bob!

Donny is a great guy. Treated me like family. Great deal and he put four new tires on the car. The entire Wallace family seems awesome. I will recommend everyone I know looking for a used car to see Wallace family motors. Donny ordered me another car key, and said he would program the key. If I could give ten stars I would.

I bought a vehicle from this place today. Great husband and wife combo! My brother brought his dog and she was treated like family also. Upon arrival someone greeted us on the lot, invited my brother and his dog inside and provided him with coffee and the dog with water. Overall it was a great experience and I felt very comfortable!! I give this family owned business 5 stars!

I'm a first time buyer at Wallace's & stopped there on a whim. My salesman, Bob, was out there as soon as I was pulled in their lot (in the rain I may add) asking me questions to what I was looking for. I told him what I was looking for in the way of price, needs, etc. & it wasn't but a matter of minutes til he showed me my future means of transportation. I fell in love with the Jeep immediately. And through the whole process of finance, registration, etc. he was very patient & understanding. I can't recommend Wallace's enough. If you're looking for fair, friendly, & knowledgeable service Wallace's is the place to go....

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the service we received here. We called ahead about a forester they had in stock and told the man we would arrive near closing because we were about an hour away. He assured us it was no problem, we ended up hitting traffic and actually arrived after closing but the owner stayed open for us and never rushed us into a purchase. He was extremely friendly and helped us through all the paperwork and explained everything in detail! I love giving my business to smaller companies and the customer service we received here only solidifies that belief! My husband loves his Suburu and it seems to be perfect. I can not recommend this place highly enough!!

This is the third time I've needed to purchase a car. Each time I've went to Wallace and experienced the best customer service. Im only 23 and know nothing about cars or loans really. Donny walked me through each step and helped me secure financing. They really care about the customer not just the sale. I will always go through them for a car. This time in particular, Donny went to the auction and got the car specifically for me and it's perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend this place of business for all your car needs. They also do inspections, so my car got a new inspection and all 4 new tires which they didnt have to do but they did because they care.

Found a nice used old ford work truck for my dad online. Went and looked at it and the owner was very helpful and honest with us about what the truck needed and even gave us the shop report listing everything they found wrong with it. Was able to even help us fix a couple of the things we were concerned about fixing ourselves as we hadn't owned this engine before. Put a good bit of miles on the truck so far and no surprises. There's a reason the place has such a great rating online.

Very, very good experience today. I just pulled in my driveway with my new vehicle and I am extremely pleased with their service. My dad and I saw the vehicle online and we stopped up to check it out. No pressure what so ever, that was wonderful, we looked at the car and asked to test drive it. My dad came back with a few questions and they were addressed accordingly. I already recommended them to someone I know that is looking for a trustworthy business to purchase from. Thank you to all that took the time with our questions and Thank you for fantastic service, you all made my car buying experience easy and pressure free.

Excellent buying experience. No pressure worked with our scheduled to get the transaction done. Was one issue with the transmission which they quickly worked to address, so far so good. Very friendly service and fast and efficient buying process. Gave us very good value out of our trade and were fairly priced on the vehicle we purchased. Will definitely go back again.

The vehicle I purchased was a custom vehicle so obviously had questions, they not only answered verbally but also showed everything. 10/10 recommend! I honestly can t say enough good things. Donny has gone above and beyond for me. I bought my vehicle during the pandemic and it was smooth, and anytime I ever spoke with him he was always so helpful and kind. I will never forget the treatment I got here. I would definitely buy here again!
