I have been Friends with Randy for 50 years and the team there always does the best work. I now take my company Fleet truck there for service as well. Piss poor job. Refused my car because of light modifications and refused to put new tires on my car because of "too much tire" and clearance issues despite my car being raised up 5 more inches than my previous height, which was plenty of space to fit the tire without rubbing issues. Thankfully didn't charge me because I wasn't going to pay a cent anyway.

Customer service is excellent. They also provide expert services. They are friendly and compassionate. They focus on the wellbeing and satisfaction of the customer as well as the quality of their work. Their customers are their friends. Very positive impact on the community. I have been looking for a shop that could do an allighnment for my car for over two weeks.Finally I found these guys! Good prices and they were the only ones in the area that could do an allighnment and had the right tools for my Chrysler Crossfire.

They have competitive prices, have repaired a variety of vehicle issues on different makes and models, treat us with respect, stand behind their work, and have even helped us out in emergencies when our vehicles needed to come to the shop. This shop is the absolute best! They do everything they can to keep your car safe for the road. Their customer service is fantastic, and prices are competitive. Plus, you can sit right in the shop, have a cup of coffee, and watch them work on your car. Sutton's service is second to none!

I called them because my breaks were really bad. Told them I was afraid to haul my family in my truck. They brought me in next day fixed them up great new breaks and rotors. My breaks feel like a new truck again. service was amazing they showed me what was wrong in a normal language I understood. Can not speak high enough about my experience.Services: Tires, Brakes

Sutton Tire is great!! They are friendly, honest, accommodating to your schedule, and very thorough. You'll never feel pressured into anything. You couldn't ask for a nicer owner than Randy. He explains all repairs that might be needed and tells you all of the price options he has available when ordering a replacement. They keep an accurate account of every repair done to your vehicle. Heck they will even store your winter treads if you buy the tires from them. This is the only place to go.

Had to replace a ball joint and found out that the Dodge truck has a lower control arm that doesn't have a removable ball joint - have to replace the entire lower control arm. These guys did it quickly, saving me on labor, and they did an alignment of the truck too. The ride is much better now, and there's an obvious difference in the "feel" of the steering now.I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs a shop they can trust to do a great job, and at a fair, honest price.

Mechanics you can trust! Only down side is if you are going to wait on your car be prepared for a very loud waiting area. You guys should really put up some walls.

Got an alignment and 2 tires (I previously bought) put on.. they were quick, called with it ready much sooner than I expected.. my car doesn't shake anymore at higher speeds, drives super smooth again.. thanks guys!

These guys are incredible.They all work to the common goal of getting you back on the road.Customer Service is exemplary. Coffee not bad either. lol70 years in Service and still they keep up with today's vehicles and fixes.

My dad went to Suttons. We go to Suttons. Our son goes to Suttons. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our vehicles. They are honest, fair and spot on with repairs and advice. Best garage in Butler.
