Needed a part for my camper furnace. They had the item in stock and helped me troubleshoot the furnace over the phone to make sure i wasn t buying a part I didn t need. Great people great service!!!

I drove across the state to buy an H and H trailer from Kevin and Bruce! Excellent customer service and they worked with my budget to get me into what I wanted. If I need more trailers in the future it will be worth the road trip to deal with genuine, honest guys!

Had Jeff overhaul and bring back to new a 1960 flat bed trailer. It looks and works great. Will recommend Hometown Trailers for "anything trailers"!

We needed an emergency repair on our full-time live in tow behind trailer. The guys at Hometown Trailer were very professional and took great care of us! They were able to get our trailer repaired and have us back out on the road living our dream in just a couple of hours. Their prices are fair and they have a highly knowledgeable crew! Purchased a 2022 Spartan Cargo trailer from them recently to transport my gear and absolutely love it. I was searching for months for the specific size of a 5'x8' due to anything bigger being to tall to clear my garage. They informed me that they had some coming in and kept in excellent contact with me onit's expected arrival date. Very happy with my purchase ... These guys pulled through when others couldn't deliver.

Used them for my old school 87 pop up camper. JAMIE is super nice and knowledgeable. He probably knows everything about everything. Super fast and very reasonable pricing. Everyone else i called wanted $1k+ without even hearing what i needed, due to the age of my pop up. Not Jamie though! Everyone there is super nice too. They gave me all sorts of info about kayak fishing spots. I would drive 45+ mins to deal with them and noone else. Was a pleasure doing business with them!

This review is way past due; but awhile back I needed some brake light work done. Bruce did the work and I was & am totally impressed with the quality workmanship, and parts. Wiring was done perfectly and neatly and I have not had a problem at all with the lights or with an auxiliary power plug.

Nice people, but thats where my satisfaction ends. I purchased an "8 ft" aluminum flatbed whick is only 7ft 10in (I purchased an 8ft for a reason). Lost the hitch for somereason during the install, which I agreed to but have no idea why still. I went to put fuel in it and it wont take fuel due to the filler being too low. The gas filler was installed with one screw, and between the frame and new bed they used regular indoor style 2x4 pieces for a spacer, not even wolmanized.

While on the road with our truck camper, the fridge stopped running in gas mode. We located Stivenson RV, and they accepted us as soon as the part was in (3 days). They gave us efficient and professional service. We really appreciate their helping us to get back on the road as quickly as possible.

When needing service or parts you can't get better treatment anywhere. Always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Bruce can provide the reasons why something needs done and the what-ifs if it's not done.

I called them before to ask a question about a pop up I was looking at purchasing. They were very helpful with my questions especially since I hadn t gone there to look at one. I then came in the market to purchase an enclosed trailer. Called there to ask about their products. Again very helpful and had exactly what I wanted. I wish I could give more stars because they are definitely a good group to deal with. I will continue to use their business.

I own a 1997 Dodge 170 Roadtrek RV. I have been there twice for work on it. I travel up there from Pittsburgh. Both times my van was taken right in on the time my appoinment was set for. Bruce got right on it, fixed what was needed and I was on my way. I was there again yesterday to have my propane heater and stove looked at. Neither could be repaired, it is a 97 and has had much use. A new stove and heater have been ordered which should arrive next week. Bruce is a no nonsense, easy to get along with guy who really knows these systems well. Another person who I had not met before, Sue, was incredibly nice, knew her parts and made me feel like family. I had a good time there with her as I waited. I have been to a couple of "Big" RV dealers around Pittsburgh and have not gotten very good service ( I felt because I don't have a Big expensive RV that needs more expensive repairs). These guys are great, personable and down to earth. Knowing how I am going to be treated makes the drive from Pittsburgh enjoyable. (I also met one of the new owners Tom who also vey nice and easy to talk to also)

Started out decent over the phone. Arrived and waited in line. No one says a word. Go look at trailers for a few minutes. Speak to gentleman from the phone Tom. Talk about trailers agree on one. Tom starts paperwork alone in office. Asks me to come sign paperwork. Sign here sign here... OnlyProblem is Tom charged $175 for "fees". Never spoke of this, is not posted anywhere in building. I question Tom on these fees because there is $115 that is not accounted for. He tries to explain that's just how it is, I charge everyone that. I'm a business I need to make money. (Title fee is $51 and reg transfer is $9). Tom can't even man up and look at me as he's trying to justify padding the fees and trying to slide it by. I went there to support local business. Instead I got a slimy used car salesman. Will not go back for service or recommend them. If you want to try and sneak/steal money ark east have the balls to look someone in the eyes when you do it.

Stivensons camper sales is by far the best. I have taken my camper to other dealers and the problems are never fixed right. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and I recommend them to every one.

We had a bad battery. since the battery was fairly new they took the time to help us get a replacement battery at no cost to us. This was such a help being from South Dakota.

Took my Aluminum single snowmobiletrailer In because some lady smashed into the ack. Dude charges 100$ just to visually look at the trailer. Just need an estimate for the insurance. I ll scrap it before I pay 100$ for someone to look at it. It s an 03 prob not even worth that
