I needed a few parts for my snowblower in which they didn't have instock. Rodger did a great great job and went out of his way to find the parts and even had them shipped for next day pickup per my request. Great customer service! Highly recommend!Thank you, Rodger!

It's against my better judgement to ever even tell my own mother about not only the mechanical service and parts but the selection of everything priced to move. Incredible novelty items, skis, vintage and antique books, lockers, vintage power tools, furniture, bedroom suites and more than I could ever mention. Heading back today, gentleman is super helpful and pleasant and gotta get there with some room to haul.

My first experience at Hoffmann, and I don t usually take time to write reviews but Roger and the rest of the team I spoke with did an amazing job!!! I brought my stump grinder there to be tuned up and repaired. They did a great job at a great price and were extremely helpful. Even brought it out to my trailer. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks for everything and I ll be back soon!!

Searched everywhere for a machine shop which could handle all the issues I had with a tractor engine. Hoffmans was the only shop still capable of the hands on work that I needed. Roger had my work turned around inside of a week, and for much less money than I would of guessed. This is the only machine shop I call now. 5 stars.

Hoffman Auto Parts is my go-to for welding supplies and wheel bearing replacement. Roger Hoffman, an experienced mechanic and machinist, makes an exceptionally knowledgeable, resourceful, and thoughtful customer service rep.

The best place to get parts or work done. Roger is super friendly and very knowledgeable. The machine shop does exceptional work.

Terrible service they said they fixed our lawnmower but the day we went to picked it up they did not on turned the lawnmower the whole way and they claimed it was fixed so we took it home the lawnmower would not start and what is really bad they said they put new parts on it. We will not be going back to thta store ever again.

a joke. i guess if you want a quart of oil or a lawnmower engine rebuilt, go for it. i took a 55 cadillac engine there, with the rebuild kit, to be redone. they didn't put in the rear seal. they didn't put in the front seal. they didn't bolt the timing gear. they just put the cover over it and called it a day. bent pushrods. i went back to roger, furious, with my proof of the shoddy machine work...demanding my money back/compensation, and he replied, "just run it and see what happens." seriously? i wouldn't be surprised if they used pinball machine parts in it. i have since had the engine rebuilt by someone who can stand by and behind their work. it's a shame that butler doesn't have a better pool of machinists to pull from. when the rest of butler has gone out of business...i'm surprised he's still in business.

Need small engine parts? This is the place to get them. They have hard to find parts for cars and lawnmowers. Great customer service!
