I was referred to First bike by a friend who works in the power sports industry. I reached out with a phone call and with one more we had all the details worked out. The bike was a new model and allocation was not secured but I was told to expect a call when the bike was available. Within a month I received a call as promised and we ordered the bike. With a deal made, I decided to trade another bike. The appraisal was done on line and over the phone and a fair offer was made. Within a week of arrival we set up a delivery time and did paperwork at my home. Easy to deal with and all the communication was great. Thank you and I ll see you for service in 1000 miles.

1 year ago today, I bought my 2022 ZX6R KRT ABS from them, and it was amazing. They might have been an hour drive from me, but it was well beyond worth it. They went above and beyond to help me out and make everything work. They will always get first swing at anything I'm looking at.

Brady was a joy to work with. He was was great to communicate with as I got my trades evaluated and was very flexible when it came to scheduling the trade in and pickup of my new Beta 200RR. When we met in person, he was extremely kind and nice to talk to while we worked through all of the paperwork. He was able to quickly have the paperwork prepped and minimized the time I spent waiting. It was a great experience and I'm glad I have such a great Beta dealer so close by.

I had my 2000 Yamaha yzf600r here last year or so. I had an issue with the tachometer not working correctly. At first they didn't want to work on it because it was old which I understand but they agreed, which I appreciated... At first. They diagnosed the problem as a "bad instrument cluster" and said they didn't make new OEM ones so they couldn't fix it. Its been awhile since but I finally got around to pulling the tank off and checking things out myself, because I figured they were lazy and didn't even really look into it. I was right. Found the wire for the fuel sending unit broken. Soldered it back together and my tach works like new again. Took me under an hour to diagnose and fix it, which this "professional shop" couldn't do. Wont spend another penny here and will make sure all my other rider buddies know to take their bikes to a shop where they actually know what they're doing. So thank you for charging for diag that wasn't done!

Purchased a brand new Kawasaki z900rs motorcycle from Brady. He and all the staff were excellent- friendly, professional, attentive. The bike was immaculate. Before you buy a bike, talk to them!

These guys are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and this was the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made whether it was a car or bike. I couldn't recommend these guys enough after working with them. Angelo was awesome to deal with, answered way more questions than anyone should have to for a customer, and every single person in the shop greeted me and was beyond friendly when I went in to get my bike. I wish more business were like this regardless of what they offer. I can't imagine I'd ever get a bike anywhere else at this point. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the market for something new!

Great place, great owners, and great service. I was stopping to get an oil change for another bike and I just had to have this scooter. They are very helpful wether you are there for small parts and protective gear, or the big time purchases. Check these guys out!

Fair priced and great, knowledgeable staff, even for manufactures they don't sell! I took my Harley Street Glide here for service and some parts upgrades and they did fantastic and had my bike back and looking good in no time!

We live in Jersey and found the 2023 Yamaha MT10 sp here at First Bike Motorsports. Angelo took great care of us and had amazing communication from the initial contact through our scheduled pick up. My husband put a deposit on the bike and they kept their word to hold it for him. Angelo was personable and very professional too. Highly recommend buying from them.

Excellent experience with this place. Brady was the salesman for me and he did an excellent job. Very patient, understanding, and an all around easy guy to talk to. When i went in he told me he was gonna get me the bike i wanted, even though we hit some rough patches with the loan, he was a man of his word and got me on a new bike. I would highly recommend going to him to purchase a new vehicle.

Very good people. Everyone there treats you with respect and will go out of their way to make sure your having a great experience even if your just browsing. They have a really good selection of riding gear that is reasonably priced. I would recommend this place for getting your bike serviced. The people in there know their way around a bike and it shows! Overall my favorite bike shop around.

I was driving by seen a machine I ve been looking for Brady was very nice and made you feel welcome. The rest of the staff including the manager was very polite and helpful. I purchased 2021 Kawasaki KRX 1000 Trail side by side and very happy with the machine and how the staff treated me would highly recommend for sure I ll definitely be back thanks.

Great experience at this dealership! Shopped many places for a youth ATV before finding the best deal at My First Bike. See Brady! He is very knowledgeable about the different choices of ATVs for my son. Brady had the right suggestions for accessories to complete a great buying experience!I never write reviews but this place is top in the area!

I haven't purchased a bike for quite some time. I was extremely impressed with the level of help and experience I received from Brandon Grossman, he walked me through my purchase from start to finish and delivered excellent customer service. I was able to purchase my new Beta 300RR as well as all my gear without having to go anywhere else. Thank you to Brandon and his entire team at First Bike Motorsports.

Stopped here to get my son a surprise quad for his grades. They told me I was denied financing, I just bought a new 50k truck two days prior....said ok put it on my credit card. Owner refused to sell it to me on my credit card Left and went straight to Sanders bought the exact same quad, better price and financed at 5% for 36 months. Stay away from this place big waste of time and game players.

These guys are the greatest! Helpful staff, courteous service, and very fair prices. I could go to a closer dealer but go 20 miles out of my way just for the service. Very helpful even if they have to refer you to another dealer. My go-to for motorcycle parts and advice.

So far I have a very low opinion of this place. They screwed up my son's bike by ordering the wrong parts. And now they are making him pay for their mistakes. Thank goodness that the same mechanic is still there. But the sellers are not worth my time.

Stopped in to check out UTV's. Their product line was great and Brandon was very knowledgeable about it. He answered all our questions without the sales pressure we are used to at other places.
