These incompetent morons can t get a damn thing right. Don t ever go in tell them your vin and expect the correct car part! Whoever trained these professional idiots in the car industry needs to be fired immediately! I will no longer do business with this company. This is the 4th part I have got that has been wrong!

I went to start my car this morning and it was dead. I called AutoZone. To make a long story short my car was diagnosed and my battery was dead but immediately replaced the battery I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes and my car was ready to be on the road again. I can't thank AutoZone enough for their professionalism and diagnosing and fixing my car.

I use Autozone, if I have to have the part that day or I need a system check. Parts are so much cheaper online if you have the couple days to wait for it. But in a pinch I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Won t ever go here again. Give me wrong parts when I came in store to get them, then made me pay even more for my spark plugs because they messed up AGAIN on ringing them out. After wasting my gas to come back and change it out they charge me even more for THEIR mistake. Happily calling corporate. And going to a different auto parts dealer from now on.

The professionalism and courtesy I was shown here at AUTOZONE, 1851, BUTLER, was humbling. Sounds corny but John S. Personally worked harder to help me solve some my issues than I thought was possible. He went over and above the call of duty. This is my new go to, and should be yours.Sincerely thankful, Julie

Have nothing but issues with this location. Went in to get an oil filter for my quad, and told them the year, make and model several times, asked when I was there for them to verify the fitment, again told them the year, make and model and they gave me one for a completely different quad.

The employee who helped us was helpful, nice and patient. But the other employee there Michael R., he may be a manager, was rude to my husband and I as we were purchasing over $500 worth of parts. I have never had a problem here before but that was very upsetting.

This is my go to place! The staff is great & gave me such relief when they had the supplies/parts I needed. The man who installed my battery is a blessing & he took care of it in no time. Love this place & will continue to go there over any other place. Thanks guys!

Friendly staff. I go here because they genuinely try to help. (They are wrong sometimes but I can't blame them for that) No crazy sales tactics that you get at other auto parts stores. I could save 20 minutes going to an auto parts store closer to me but the extra drive is worth it.

They were very helpful, respectful and made sure I left with the right parts. My husband had ordered the wrong parts over the phone, but when I brought the old parts with me they very quickly found the matching replacement parts.

Auto zone is a very good store for the older cars and trucks and the new ones to they got my Toyota parts that noone else had for my little truck and other stuff I needed.

I was originally using store 2994 in Connellsville. Ive since moved up to Butler and now use their store exclusively. They are always very professional and friendly. Love this store and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the right parts to fix their car/truck..

My husband and I thought our weekend was ruined when the car didn t start last evening. Luckily, we were able to jump it to get it started and get it to Autozone in Butler, PA.Johnathan offered excellent customer service, was able to diagnose our battery as needing replaced (had actually boiled over), and helped us select the right battery for our needs. He then replaced it for us in the parking lot!Thank you, Johnathan!

Quality name brand and aftermarket auto parts at fair prices. Excellent value and selection. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't have it, they will find it for you. A great place to buy auto parts!

Good place to get your automotive parts but be sure to shop around. Their prices can be high on some items like all of their fluids. Transmission fluid was found $10.00 cheaper per gallon elsewhere.

Had to make a few visits there but they have a decent selection. . Alot of high prices, was shocked to see that a radiator cooler was more expensive than dealership price! Good people.

I call and talk to this guy all day all day that I needed pad for 2015 Hyundai Elantra and this guy give me 2015 Hyundai sonata pads my pad r shot and it's Sunday so they were close couldn't even take the stuff back I had to payy guy for today and I going to have to paid him tomorrow AutoZone you r costing more more. Make sure make sure everyone make sure you check everything u get here.

When their parts say lifetime they say they will warranty them for as long as you own the car. They do for brakes because I've been getting them at auto zone for a long time. Now to find out about more parts..
