They came promptly to provide a battery jump. When they checked the battery they determined it wasn't an issue with the battery but the starter, which they attempted to reach for a temporary fix but was unable. The man was courteous professional, and very helpful. They came back the next day with a roll back and took my truck to the dealership. This service was all provided via my emergency roadside assistance policy with Erie insurance.

I had a flat tire this afternoon on route 80. I used the roadside app provided by my car insurance and Jalim s Towing was the truck that responded. The app gave me an ETA of 60-90 minutes, the truck was there within 20 minutes. Initially I received a text with the updated ETA and the driver then called when the app sent him to the wrong spot. Once he arrived he was friendly and quick (but thorough) getting my car on the tow truck. He confirmed where we were taking my car too and continued friendly conversation on the drive. I would call them directly in the future.

Jalim's Towing offered me courteous, fast and extremely professional service. Needing a tow is not pleasant, however he made me feel safe and respected when I needed ahelping hand. The service was above and beyond with a touch of humanity and kindness that is seldom found in any situation. Jalim's is simply the best Towing service in the Poconos. I cannot recommend it enough!
