I would not recommend Monro muffler to anyone ! Very high priced , when I specifically told the mechanic to order me the cheapest part ! It was a few days before Christmas, my husband and I were shopping when my car took a fit and needed fixed ! Monroe was the closest garage to get too. We were not offered a payment plan or any other options !! Over $300 bucks to fix my car , when it definitely could of been done way cheaper !! Merry Christmas to you guys. You got your Christmas bonus from us !!!

I was treated efficiently and at a low cost for a few minor repairs with my inspection. These guys did a great job and Frank always gets me in timely. Today I was a walk in and they fixed me right up and the cost of it didn t break the bank. I ll be back

I have a large camper van and am on a long trip. I was in the mountains and realized my rear brake was smoking. Scary. I went to Monro Mufflers & Brakes for help and got royal treatment. They put my van into the bay, analyzed the problem, made recommendations and got the parts. Very pleasant people who care about the customer. Fantastic service.

I used to have a good opinion of this place but it s gone downhill. Recently they failed my auto inspection for dumbest reason hoping to make another buck off of me. I have and will go elsewhere from now on.

This is by far the best place I have been too for my vehicle s! They re on top of their game! Super nice, and very well mannered, mean while taking care of your needs! Great management as well! I Would recommend to anyone!!

Absolute best customer service in town!! The employees genuinely care about your vehicle and safety. They also give you the best rate for service. Carlton has worked on my vehicle several times and has kept us as repeat customers for the awesome work he does.

This location knows us by name! The employees genuinely care about our vehicles for inspections, oil changes, and other repair/tire services. When we were new to the area, they helped us with our vehicle needs right from the start and we are repeat customers because of their excellent and friendly customer service. It s good to know a local shop like this takes good care of their customers and takes pride in their work. I always feel like they go the extra mile to ensure we have a good service experience and we will continue to bring our vehicles here to our local Monro for the years to come! Thank you for all you folks do and keep up the great work!!

I went in for 2 new tires, an alignment and an oil change, all costed me $560. I honestly don't mind the pricing however, once I got my car back, I drove off and I had to turn the wheel 90 degrees to go straight. I instantly went back and didn't have to say anything before Frank/Franklin (I don't remember his name exactly), said "is the wheel still pulling to the right?" And I'm like "yeah it is." Eventually they fixed it and the wheel was straight. But before I left for the 2nd time Frank goes "yeah when you pulled forward I saw the wheel turn to the right." My only response was in my head saying why would you let me drive off thinking everything was fixed, when you obviously knew that the wheel was still pulling to the right.If you WANT TO GET INTO AN ACCIDENT, GO HERE. IF NOT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If I didn't notice it sooner I could've gotten into a bad accident and sued them.Definitely NEVER going back.

Just got my winter tires put on and these guys were great. Had some issues when I ordered them on Tire Rack, but the crew here was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting things figured out. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle taken care of by Frank and his crew.

I've been visiting this location to have my annual inspection performed, and have developed a high level of trust for the team. They never try to take advantage of the inspection to charge for unneeded work. Carlton is great!

Frank and his guys did an awesome and amazing job getting me in and fixing my brakes for me when i lost my rear brakes. he was super professional and kind and very helpful. They Told me exactly what caused the problem and were able to fix it for me the same day so i could get to work that evening. thank you to frank and everyone at Monro that helped me with my brake issue. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Always come here for an oil change. Had an exhaust issue last time. If you ever have an issue with your car, make sure you ask for Carl. He is great! Got me fixed up and didn't try to sell me a lot of stuff I didn't need. Hard to find an honest mechanic.

Definitely recommend this store! We were 2 hours away from home, got a flat tire and called in the store an hour before their closing time. The owner was very kind and friendly. He helped us to patch the tire and send us back to the road within no time. Thanks to this man, we were able to get home safely before the dark. Thank you so much and please keep up the good work!

I have changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars after going back a 2nd time and giving them another chance. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was right away without having to tell him. The quote to fix was a little pricy, but reasonable. Plus more convenient because it's right down the street from me. Definitely a better experience this time around. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Monro shop was very professional in assisting when we needed emergency tire service while traveling cross country. Manager s first impression quuckly reduced our stress. Team efficiently responded to our requests, completed repairs and got us back on our way. Pricing was economical. Thank you!

Have taken both my husband and my vehicles to get oil changes there and both times have been great. In and out in about half an hour and they have even given us deals on air filters while we are there! Great place!

The guys here were great. My family and I were camping about 20 minutes away and blew a tire on Friday night getting there. I got the spare on and called a number of places on Saturday morning with no luck getting in anywhere. The guys at Monro told me they had the tire I needed and said come in as soon as I can and they'd get it taken care of. Got there and within an hour I had two new front tires and was back to the campground to enjoy my weekend. Couldn't ask for better service and a better experience in a tough spot. Thank you again.

I called and made an appt. when I arrived they immediately came to talk to me and review the choices for the oil change and what was the best option for me. I drove fro GA to PA for the holidays and Carlton was very nice and informative. Quick and professional! Would recommend

What immediately impressed me was how the gentleman who answered the phone was so friendly and courteous. I felt like he genuinely cared about my vehicle repair. The shop was neat and the service was very quick! My tire service was completed professionally and I could not have asked for more. I will definitely return for service at this shop as we are new to the area and need a dependable vehicle multi service shop.

Been coming to Monroe for years and won t go anywhere else. Carl is the most friendly and knowledgeable mechanic there is. Every time I arrive for my appointment he takes my car right away and never makes me wait. He always informs if something is wrong and explains it very thoroughly. Carl will always be the one to take care of all my car problems, if he isn t working my car will wait until he is!.

Took my car to get an inspection and I drove it there. After they were done they sent me on the road inspected and I almost crashed because they messed something up. I did not have this problem prior to taking it there. It was drivable. After they "fixed" it and inspected it. It left me sitting and can not drive it now. They refused to take the responsibility for their error and caused me nothing but a headache and more problems and I can't even drive my car they inspected. I would not refer anyone to go here. They are crooks.

Carl and Frank at Monroe Muffler are the best! Everytime I call and need an oil change or anything done with my car they get me in right away and it s always the same day. When I arrive they take my car right away, and get the job done! They are always friendly and keep you up to speed on every detail about your car. I wouldn t go anywhere else but right here with these guys! Thank you guys, you rock!!!
