I needed a special run flat tire and my local Firestone dealer refused to take action to replace the tire under warranty and told me about other locations that had the tire. I called the Bryn Mawr Tires Plus and they ordered the tires for me and did a wonderful job. 100% satisfied

Great team helped on a day when I needed to get to work early. They were prompt and highly affective. Lead tech got me in and out. Very good team thank you for all your efforts. Ron was amazing at keeping me posted as things came along.

Nicole was so polite and helpful. I came for an oil change and she helped me with choosing some tires. I will definitely recommend this place. Service was fast too!

Getting a flat tire is never convenient. I was close to Tires Plus so I gave them a call to see if they had my tire size in stock. They let me know they don't have them now but can have them delivered the same day. I was told they would be there by 5pm. Since it was 8:30am, I had to prepare for a long day. I arrived at Tires Plus and was greeted upon walking in. The waiting area was clean and warm. After getting checked in, I sat down and started work. I was actually able to get quite a bit of work done as the time flew by.The staff was very professional and friendly. If or when I need new tires, I will definitely come back.

I don t know about all you but I am really spontaneous when comes to fixes the old lady. I called same day to do quick tire patch and the over the phone customer service was very pleasant. My man here got to work pretty quick. We ll worth the priceService: TiresService: Tires

I went in for a slow leak in one of my tires and was told it was fixable, but they couldn't find my wheel lock key. I was told if I wanted my car fixed, they would have to break off the wheel locks and it was going to cost me $100+. I let them know it was in the glove box but they still couldn't find it. When I picked up the car, the key was in the glove box so I'm not sure what car they were looking in. My glove box was full with the manual/paperwork, but it took me 30 seconds to take everything out and get the key.I took the car to a different shop and ended up having nails in 3 tires, so I don't trust that this Tires Plus even looked at my car - the other shop also gave me different depth measurements for my treads than this place did. They also tried to sell me new tires with an additional $125 warranty (for probably nothing, I'm assuming they put it on the quote thinking I'm stupid). Factoring the additional cost to break off my wheel locks for their miss, I'd have to pay over $1000 for new tires plus labor - plus they wanted me to get a wheel alignment which would cost even more, assuming I didn't know the last time I got that done. I got a quote at another shop for the same tires (including labor) for less than $800 today.This place really lives up to every stereotype of the auto service industry. Do yourself a favor and use a locally owned shop, especially for anything mechanical.

I was quoted $890 for a wheel bearing replacement. When I told them I had one replaced last year for $330 he told me the computer glitched and it was really only 560. I advise you to run for your life to and honest mechanic as this place as a ripoff.

I had a disappointing experience at this tire shop. I went in for a flat tire due to the fact AAA couldn t find my spare tire Bolt on my foreign car. After inspection I was told that I needed to change all four tires, even though the remaining 3 had good tread left. The salesperson told me he had I had to change all 4 and he can t only Sale me 1. I told him I don t need all tires changed at the moment but only Need the one that has missing spare bolt so I can travel where I m going I think he seemed more interested in making a sale than providing honest advice. I decided to have my car towed by AAA and get a second opinion and went to another shop (Kasala Tire on 7236 Woodland avenue ) where they confirmed that my tires were fine and didn't need them all replaced plus I got a my tire at better price. It's incredibly disappointing when a business tries to take advantage of their customers like this. I won't be going back to this tire shop. ( I understand why they want to give you a $10 discount for a 5 star google review)Giving 1 star for store cleanest and parking space.If You need tires go to Kasala Tires you won t be disappointed .

The customer service at Tires Plus Bryn Mawr is superb James and Nicole are so informative kind and patient I was so indecisive about what tires to get. They ease my mind by researching tires to my liking (on two different occasions).It s very rare that you find people that are pleasant in customer service. I made a same day appointment is not a problem to get all four tires changed with oil change done. It s always great to see a woman in the field as well great job Nicole and James. Easy to make appointments online. No waiting around to get checked-in. The lobby has small tables and tv. Coffee shop across the street. The people at the front desk are always friendly. I have used Tire Plus in the past and so far very happy with each visit.

I ve gotten tires here a few times. They never try to upsell me and they had my tire in stock where others are weeks out. And their prices are competitive. Quick, easy service!

I went to pep boys, shopped Walmart on line for price, convenience, quality and availability. Tires plus in Bryn Mawr was not only the most cost effective, it was convenient, there was no wait time and the staff was very polite and friendly. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

I went to tire plus to have 1 damaged tire replaced. While driving home, I realized that the pressure of the replaced tire was 42, which is significantly higher than the recommended pressure of 35. I came to let air out of the tire and found the cap of the tire missing. I returned and they promptly fixed the problem.

Fast service! The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice, personable, and accomadating. I popped my tire on a pothole at 1:00. Yesterday was my only free day. I gave the store a call and desperately asked if he had any slots to replace a tire as I know that store gets busy. He very kindly said "Come on in and we'll work you into the schedule. The tire was on the car in less then an hour and I was able to drive out of there happy! Major kudos to the store for really working hard to make a bad day good! - Brandon S 2015 toyota carolla

We had fantastic service. James (my hero) helped us every step of the way. We are not from here and we were stranded at 2 am on the side of the road. We woke up and called James . He told me that we could come on in and he could change our tire .even though they did not have it in stock, James had another worker come and get a tire from a different store. We had excelled service and he recommended us a tow truck service . James is my hero

I called Tires Plus when my rear passenger wheel of a 2022 VW got a flat. Though I could not find an appointment, Nicole was amazing to accommodate me and told me that they would look at the tire, see if they could repair it, else order a new tire, and would get the car ready by the end of the day. I dropped in the car; got a call that the technicians were unable to patch the tire and would have to order a new tire (which is not in their inventory). They got a new tire the same day (with a 60$ delivery fee + $240 tire cost) and the car was ready for pick up that evening.The tire they fixed was 4psi lower than other tires. When I asked the person in the shop to take a look, he said all the techs are out for the day but I could come the next day. I ignored it and just filled it on my own at a pump.I asked for the old tire as this was my first flat and I wanted to take a closer look. The hole did not look very big and was also towards the center so it seemed fixable. I took it to Costco and sure enough they patched it up for $16 (in 30 mins)!I am thankful to TiresPlus folks that I had the car ready to go the same day (and hence the additional star) but was bummed that they asked me to pay for a new tire when the old tire was repairable. I would recommend getting a couple of quotes if the technicians say you need a new tire!TL;DR:1. Got a flat tire on a Bridgestone Alenza2. Took the car to TiresPlus3. TiresPlus said I needed a new tire4. It costed $3005. I took the old tire with me6. Costco repaired the old tire for $16 within 30 mins.Service: Tires

Guys, I don t really have the time right now but when I do get some time I want my tire pressure monitor repaired. I don t understand how it was managed to be broken in the process of repairing my tire. I do appreciate the service, but I don t understand how this happened.

Great experience overall! Punctured my tire Saturday, called Tires Plus Sunday morning, had the tire, got me in quick and James was a great help overall. Much appreciated and would recommend James and his team!

I brought my car in at 9:00 am for a 10:00 am appointment and it wasn t long before my car was taken back that was good the problem came when I was notified that I needed back breaks and they could do it today because they have the stuff. Let s just say at 1 pm I was still there wondering what happened.
