I always have a great experience bringing my car here. The staff are friendly and kind. The customer service is always excellent. Service is efficient. I always feel well informed about what my car needs and that the price for the service is fair. I never feel pressured into additional services. I cannot imagine a better place to take my car for service. I trust them to take care of my car and always feel comfortable coming here for service.

I called the place last minute as I realized I had some time to do the oil change. It was done very quickly. No surprise with the price, all was well communicated ahead of time. I was able to use a coupon as well. The person at the desk helped me understand the issue with my car and took the time to explain to me all the steps I will need to take to get the issue solved at the dealership where I got my car. I appreciate the time he took to help me. I will definitely return in the future.

Midas in Brynmawr is always fast and reliable. The guys here are no fluff and say it for what it is. Love the service here. Got my Tesla inspected no problem. Have brought in my previous cars and have always had same service!

Had a nail in the tire of my work truck. Was greeted by Matt at the front desk who couldn t have been more pleasant to deal with. This was my 3rd stop this morning trying to get someone to look at this tire in this area and encountered nothing but people who acted like they couldn t be bothered. Matt and Ron took the truck in immediately IDed the issue and I was out the door in a half hour or less which is impressive. The way I saw them deal with customers while I sat and waited was just awesome to see customer service has really taken a beating I feel but not here. No one wants or needs issues with there vehicles and walking into a place already feeling down about having to be there and dealing with the pissy mechanic never helps these situations so it was an absolute honor and pleasure to deal with Matt and Ron here in bryn mawr.

Came in for an oil change and they were able to fit me right in! Thank you to Matthew for great customer service and making the experience warm, welcoming, and quick! The most efficient and positive oil change experience I ve had!

I visited this Midas by accident on my way to work because it was smoking but not running hot. They took me in without an appt and called me within an hr to update on what's going on. I had them fix one of my issues to get back on the road with means to return for the remainder of the work. We ran into a minor problem after leaving and after hours but Matthew and Ron the technician made sure to remedy the issue ASAP and kept me in the loop of everything. Matthew was always very professional and understanding. By far the best location I have visited for Midas services. Be back soon and would recommend these guys

I had to have brakes and rotors installed. They knew what I could afford and went above and beyond to get me back on the road safely. I ve never been to a shop that was so helpful and actually worked with a budget I gave them! Great place

Great employees and management! They don't short u on knowledge as far as if u don't know nothin about your vehicle.. people are genuinely cool .. the mechanic walked me to car to alert me on a defect on my rim the needed fixing and recommended me a place to go.

I don t trust this company I went in for an oil change and all of a sudden after that I had all of these oil related problems seems to me like some type of fraudulent situation. I m not accusing them or anything they may have just made a mistake but there s no way at this point, they could be considered professional. Every time I go here they re telling me new different things that are wrong with my car like none of the information is following none of the paperwork month after month after month. It s always something new wrong with it. That s not wrong with it. They keep trying to sell me things that my car does not need at all. Why is this? Yeah, this shop is definitely running scams.

Big shout out to Matthew Babyak and the team at Midas in Bryn Mawr! I travel a lot for work and constantly on the road which leads to sometimes not keeping up with my maintenance unfortunately. I was in the area between meetings and reached out to Matthew and they were able to get me in for an oil change, rotate my tires and topped of my fluids and got me back on the road. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Midas exceeded my expectations today. I went in for an oil change on my Terrain, and they realized I was in a deep need for brakes. They worked me on the price of replacing brakes and roaters as well as set me up with a finance plan , so, that I didn't have to pay this unexpected cost all at once. Thank you, Rico and the Midas team of Bryn Mawr!

One of the receptionists was impolite. He was upset from me I don t know why! You should respect your costumers. He wasted my time even though I gave him a call before I come. Additionally, I used to change the oil for $35 to $40 max in another branch. But he told me $92 ??

Decided to try MIDAS for an oil change for an old Jeep I work hard on keeping nice. Found that they just jacked it up by the pinch welds and crumpled them, fast-tracking a new paint job and (once) immaculate rockers toward rusting out in 4 spots. I m not sure why (other than them not caring) they didn t just use the frame like all other shops I ve used that gave my Jeep back in the state they found it. I plan to speak to the manager directly and will edit this review accordingly based on the outcome and their willingness to compensate me for the repairs.

Keep The Schedule On tim Bring Mr. Chris Back !!!In past strict about scheduling and timing . Now I came on my appointment day for small job. A rude man stated 2 hours waiting time. Further stated come next day if you want .Next day Again I am told to wait 2 hours. No matter what you are on exact appointment time. They will not keep it , you stuck on Package Deal!!!

Absolutely I do not recommend this shop. I booked an appointment at 8:30am for a change oil. The manager said it will take only 1-2 hrs so I went back home to do some errands. Suprisingly, when I'm picking up the at 12:00nn he said the car still not ready and still in queue. Upon checking my car still in the parking space where I parked it. And per manager there is no assurance until what time they can finish the job. A very waste of time. I hope owner of Midas (Bryn Mawr branch) will take a look on this because this is very bad for business. Bad customer service will result to unsatisfied customer and definitely will not recommend to family/friends for bad experience.ps. 6 hrs waiting for a change oil with appointment schedule. After change oil they did not reset the dashboard when I told them the guy took about 10 mins to fix with assistance fron youtube.. Tsk tsk tsk..

I really believe this place is either racist or just ignorant & they try and I talk to you like you re dumb. I have a 2013 Malibu and I just needed a simple headlight bulb change..He told me it could take about a 1 hour because they may need to take my bumper off (witch would cost more ) I tryed to explain that the model I have (2013) your don t have to do that ..he told me he would still need to see as if I don t know my own car ..i guess because im a women .I just felt like he was gonna charge me up for a light bulb change !I found a YouTube video ima just do it my damn self THAT HOW SIMPLE IT IS !Update * I went and bought a bulb and put it in myself ! 5 minutes top

I went in for an oil change and inspection. I was told that I had to spend a few thousand dollars to replace a plethora of parts in order to pass inspection (after keeping my car at their garage overnight). I ve had positive experience here in the past and took the manager s recommendation at face value, but still felt something was off. I took my car to the dealership the following week and was told my car is in great condition and only needed minor maintenance service, which I agreed to at a fraction of the price that Midas wanted to charge me. Furthermore, I took my car to CarMax to get appraised, and they also said my car is in great shape. It takes a lot to build trust, but takes very little to destroy it. I m pretty disappointed and furious that I was lied to in my face so that the shop could make a quick buck (in my case, a couple of thousand of dollars). I will never return to this shop.

Do not recommend. My partner brought my car here because I had a nail in my tire. I don t typically go anywhere but the dealership, but they were close to our apartment and this should have been a relatively easy job so he went. Long story short, we were charged $24 for them to do absolutely nothing but to put the car on a lift, look at the tire, and try to tell us that they couldn t patch it because the nail wasn t in the EXACT CENTER of the tire. Instead, they tried telling him that I needed a whole new tire. Interesting, because I ve had several instances of this in the past and the dealership has never tried to insist that I buy a new tire. Not to mention, there s no reason that this would be necessary unless the nail was in the sidewall of the tire.Fast forward to today, he brings it to the Subaru dealership where, guess what? They patched the tire. Oh and it was only $23. And they didn t try to sell me a brand new tire while the restof my tires were at 50% tread, which would have caused a slew of other issues.TL;DR predatory sales tactics - do not recommend.Service: Tires

Changed my 10-year, two-location loyalty to Midas to 1 star. Despite a history of helpful service, the recent visit to this location was disappointing. Identified a vehicle issue, sought assistance, but encountered a lazy team unwilling to step out, citing that they were too busy as the excuse. Manager hiding in the back office, only two vehicles being worked on, and no willingness to provide the service I've come to expect.In the past, the crew would help out in a heart beat, but I guess they don't care anymore. Midas just lost my business, and I won't be recommending it to my referred employees.
