Great experience. they fixed up my GLE which had damage to the bumper and the camera and sensor system. they got my car in an out of there quickly and working perfectly. Would recommend them to anyone.

After my car accident, my car was a mess. Bryn Mawr autobody came to my rescue and not only fix my car, but made it look brand new. Great owner and staff!! We have had great experience with BMAB in the past, however this time around the wait is way too long. I brought in the car for them to look at it. They gave me an appointment only 2 months later to start working on it. The tool lots of pictures at that time. When I brought the car back on time, they said they needed 1-2 weeks to fix it.I can't say the work is not good but the wait is just too much for me. For this reason, I will be looking for another location next time around.Service: Body & Trim

I called Bryn Mawr Auto Body to repair my front bumper after an unfortunate rear-end accident. Linda was easy to work with, got me in within one week of me calling. Helped me through all of the details with my insurance. I needed a rental car and they dropped me off at Enterprise, who was very helpful and easy to work with. I just wanted the basic, standard car and as they didn't have any left, they gave me a fun little convertible that I had a lot of fun in for the same price. I really liked the text messages that I received from them, it kept me up to speed as to how the repair was going and if they were on time. I picked up my car when they said it would be ready and it was. I was impressed by the quality of their work and their customer service.

UPDATE: August 2022 �After discovering a very noticeable long scratch down the passenger side of my vehicle, I brought it to Bryn Mawr Auto Body for an estimate without an appointment. The owner, Anthony Panella, said he'd take a look at it and asked me to wait in the office. Five minutes later, he asks me to come take a look at my vehicle the scratch was gone. They buffed it out. When I asked how much for the service, he told me not to worry about it and sent me off with a handshake. I will definitely be taking my vehicles here any time I need body work done. I highly recommend Bryn Mawr Auto Body._________________________________________________________September 2021 After a minor fender bender, I was referred to Bryn Mawr Auto Body as the preferred partner by USAA (the insurer of the driver who hit my vehicle). I took my car to them for an assessment, then scheduled an appointment to bring it in to have the work done 2 weeks later. They worked with USAA to arrange everything for me; they helped coordinate my rental vehicle and payment. Two days later, my vehicle looked good as new. I had no issues during the process. I would definitely recommend them for auto body repair.Service: Body & Trim

I would go out of my way to take my car here. I'm sure there are other places that can hammer out dents, replace grilles, and nail the paint job. Of course Bryn Mawr Auto Body does all of the work you'd need from your body shop, and does it to the highest quality. What really sets them apart, though, is the incredible customer service from the front desk, to the manager, to the technicians and servicepeople.I recently had an accident that resulted in about $5k worth of damage to the car. They were incredibly efficient in putting together the estimate, keeping me updated, dealing with my insurance company, and even setting up my rental. They make every part of the repair process seamless. And that's really noticeable after having an accident. They know you have other things to deal with. The way they handle customer service, though, you'd think they were working for tips!They have a customer for life, and they should have your business too.

My experience with Bryn Mawr Auto Body was excellent. As soon as I was in an accident my State Farm agent referred me to their facility. I had used them in the past and found their services and work to be very good. As a mom with children, I really needed my car and they completed everything within 3 weeks. The car and body work look flawless and Linda and the boys were a pleasure to work with.

Update: management contacted me to apologize for the problems up to that point and had me bring my car in the next day. They were very polite and put me in a rental to return army soonest convenience. They fixed my issues overnight and I picked my car up after work. I appreciate the solid damage control work.Old: Bad at keeping clients updated on the status of the car. They also made a mistake painting the car and told me to stop by the next day, Sunday. I stopped by to find myself the only person at the shop. I still have the issue, and the woman I've been in contact with is not responding.

Hard for me to recommend this Auto body shop to my family n friends. The bad experience I had to deal with was uncalled for. Was in no rush for my vehicle to be fixed from a hit and run was towed to Bryn Mawr Body Shop. My insurance recommend and I figured main line....can't go wrong....well I was wrong. They had more than enough time to fix. When the day came to pickup and see what I would assume be like new again. Turned into a constant visit 4x to get my vehicle done right. Sad I had to be inconvenient to use my gas for the back n forth returns and to report a complaint with my insurance carrier. The bottom line they finally fixed to my satisfaction but I should not be the quality control enforcer. I should not had to escalate my bad experience to my insurance carrier to have them actually visit the body shop to find out why they could not fix my vehicle to my satisfaction. Especially, since they got paid a alot of money to do the job. I've experienced 6 different body shops in my life time and much far worse each time. Seems less quality and incompetence for numbers is the norm. I'm old school I have zero tolerance for this kind of treatment especially when it came to a 4x visit and a submitted complaint just to get satisfaction. Should of been done correctly day one when they said vehicle ready for pickup. Only 2 star. The bottom line my car finally fixed to satisfaction. Sad that employees today do not take pride in what work they been hired to do. Just a pay check. Sorry but any future repairs my long term trusted mechanic has advised me of a body shop that does excellent work. Live n learn I guess. Seems my insurance carrier has removed this body shop as a participant. Hopefully management does a better job in who they hire instead of just filling a position to see what happens.

Extremely satisfied. Very kind, helpful & very professional. Dropped my truck off early on a Saturday morning. They made sure enterprise was on it's way to pick me up to rent a car. Was called Tuesday telling me it is finished. Truck looks perfect! I would give more stars if possible.

Top notch service here! They made my car look great and the inside of this facility is immaculate. Linda, who works at the front and Jim along with the others know about great customer service... very pleased with the results and my car was shining as it was waxed when i went to go and get it which is a plus. Highly recommend this facility!

I just got my car back from Bryn Mawr Auto Body and it looks great. I have to say the whole experience of dealing with them was terrific. Nothing but good things to say about Bryn Mawr Auto Body. They repaired my driver side door, front panel and front bumper after my car was sideswiped. Car looked like new, and the turn around time was quick. Definitely would recommend these guys for your auto body needs.

They took three weeks to fix hail damage to my car, which is a week longer than they quoted. When I picked up the car the rear hatch was broken, the seats were dented, someone else's floor mats were in the back of my vehicle, and the rubber floor mats had been sprayed with a noxious chemical that seemed designed for car tires. When I complained the manager insisted that none of his employees would have cleaned the interior of the car and tried to convince me that the foreign floor mats were, in fact, my own. He couldn't explain the broken rear hatch or the dents and didn't feel that he needed to. I have no idea what happened to my vehicle while it was at Bryn Mawr Auto Body for 3 weeks, but I fear that they used it for their own personal use to transport things. I wish I had recorded the odometer reading before dropping it off.

Bryn Mawr Auto Body completed a $3000 repair on my vehicle knowing that a non-accident related repair needed to occur for which they either did or did not escalate to my insurance company, USAA. I picked the vehicle up and was told the Hybrid Battery Replacement was not related to the accident, but needed to be done. I was also told that the car would still operate. Within a few days of picking the car up from Bryn Mawr Auto Body, the car died. The Battery replacement estimate from a Toyota Dealership was $5000. The KBB value of the vehicle is approximately $4000 and therefore the repair exceeds the value of the car. Bryn Mawr Auto Body received their $3000 for a repair on a non-operational vehicle.

Awesome, quick service! They buffed out to perfection a scratch on my rear passenger door in under 10 minutes. Great guys, very friendly. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. Awful hours and no parking. This was the closest auto body that was covered by my insurance so I took it here for convince. They gave me a scratched window and a door with a broken handle to replace the door that was damaged. I took it back to get the window replaced and they didn't even know how to reset my auto window once it was replaced. I had to google it and do it myself. I also had to take it back for them to buff out a scratch that was from the accident.

TERRIBLE customer service. I called to price quote an HID headlight change (can only be done by a mechanic) and the receptionist said it would probably be cheaper to go to a gas station! what an IDIOT!!!!!!! She couldnt even tell me how much the part itself would be b/c they had to see the car. I wouldnt want these FOOLS to even touch my car just after speaking with whoever the trusted to let answer the phones

Crappy customer service. Called to set up photos for insurance company. Asked if I could bring car in in the afternoon. They said yes and hung up. Arrived at 4:10 and was rudely told that I was told the hours, which I was not. Rude, inconsiderate, worthless. Do not use.
