I love them and will continue to use their services. I started going because they're close and kept going because they consistently have better prices and service than anywhere else. Leo is awesome. When a dealership told me I needed a new alternator, he called and said it was the battery. Went to Precision Imports after another shop gave me an extremely high quote. They were in constant communication with updates on the vehicle, and did a fantastic job for a 1/3 of the price. The mechanic thoroughly explained everything he did when I went to pick the car up. So I found these guys when I was working through an issue caused by another local service point. These guys were able to not only fix my issue but address the cause of the issue!!! Brought my S4 back for the annual inspection and I still have nothing but great things to say.I know, I know. Sometimes you should keep a great service point a secret. But Man! Plan ahead, give these guys a shot and hopefully you'll be singing praises as well.

Awesome group of guys. I had my Audi in this past summer for some work. Done very well, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. Just yesterday I returned for a pre-purchase inspection on a new (to me) Audi I was considering. They gave me great insight and ultimately saved me from spending a lot of money on a car that wasn't worth it, and even gave me some pointers for future vehicles I check out during this search. Extremely knowledgeable group and very nice to work with. They have my import business from here on out!

Holy cow! These guys really saved my bacon! I had just bought a used Audi Q5 with only 13,000 miles on it when the check engine light came on. It was indicating that the turbo wasn t working. Took it to Autohaus who told me that it would require a $4000 turbo replacement. I called many garages and was about to spend $3,000 on a replacement when I saw a recommendation for Precision. I called them and they thought they could fix it instead of replacing it. Sure enough, they were able to fix it for a few hundred dollars. I can t thank them enough and they will be the only garage working on my Audi from now on. 100% recommend! Thanks, guys!

I learned of Claude and Julie's service station by word of mouth. In today's world of modular replacement of car parts, owning any type of import can be quite costly. (When the service desk advisor tells you that it is cheaper to buy a new car than to repair it, you know he has a different agenda from yours). However, Claude's know how and wealth of experience both provide affordable solutions that will allow you to continue to keep your car, if that is what you want. They are both so customer oriented that I would not go anywhere else. Not only they help you out in every way, but also they give you a realistic assessment of your car's problems, provide you with a fair cost estimate, which results in a truly reasonable cost for the repairs.

Let me say this... A master mechanic... Fixed all the problems with my bmw that the bmw dealership couldn't fix... Claude diagnosed and repaired the most nagging issue I've ever had with a vehicle, when nobody else could. I spent money on 'diagnostic service' at another well known Marietta European garage, however all I got was a list of obvious steps to follow totaling no less than $1,500, none of which turned out to be the issue. I can't tell you how relieved I am to have my Bimmer behaving like a Bimmer again, and for substantially less money than I'd been told elsewhere.Do yourself a favor, and cut to the chase; Claude really is the very best in the area.

I have a small hot rod shop myself, fabrication, street rods ect. I took a 2017 s550 mb to claude as its not in our wheel house.VERY FAIR , HONEST and good communication. From another shop to another great job !!.Thanks
