Of the 39 years I've been alive I've never experienced an oil change such as this business provides. Their customer service rivals Jiffy Lube and other chains that attempt to have the best customer service. I will never, for the rest of my life, get an oil change anywhere else...except for their new location called Long's on Brady Street in Dubois when it opens. I pulled out from this oil change with a smile on my face. This is the gold standard of businesses like this. Do not hesitate to jump in your car and visit Plyler's. Even if you've just got an oil change...come here and get it done again. You will not regret the trip there and home. Bravo Mr. Long. Your business is impressive. Thank you!Sidenote. Someone wrote a review that said they overfill the oil. Their routine when I got my oil changed was to ask for the car to be started after it wasoverfill. A moment before checking the stick to make sure it was appropriately filled with the right amount. They won't let you drive out of the building overfilled. Furthermore I listened to them Google the correct amount for my specific car and motor prior to filling it.

I go here every time to get my oil changed.. the people are very nice and kind... they do my oil change fast with a smile also give a ticket for $3 dollars off their car wash witch is located right beside them... so if you need your oil done I recommend going here that extra mile might just be worth it.. price is good to very good compared to other's.

Used the pet wash station. Everything worked well. Water could have been a little warmer for my puppy. She did not enjoy it, but then most don't.

They get you in and out quickly. Very polite and respectful. We go there Anytime the oil needs changed. An they also check over all fluids that may need attention.I WOULD GIVE THEM A 7 STARS IF I COULD!

Went there this morning. My first visit in the summer was satisfying, but today things were quite different. After I shut the car off, everyone went about their business draining my oil. No One spoke to me, not even "Hi," let alone to ask me what kind of oil I wanted. I watched until I heard the pump running and one gentleman came up to my window. I asked what kind of oil they put in my car and he said it was regular motor oil. I told him I had wanted synthetic oil, which was what I had gotten in my earlier visit. They then drained the oil again from my engine and put in synthetic. I could not believe that no one endeavored to come to my side of the car during the whole experience until he was going to attach the sticker to my windshield. Brought my 2022 mitsubishi mirage in for an oil change. It requires 3.2 quarts of oil. They put in almost 6 quarts of oil. Damn near blew up my brand new car with less than 20k miles on it. And charged me 69$ dollars! I can do it myself for 30$ I get you need to make some money and pay people but that is ridiculous. Also they didn't even ask what I wanted done They just immediately started to work before I had a chance to say anything. Never again will I use this service. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

So glad I found out about this! Moved so to far to go to where I have gone for many years! This is even better....you don't even get out of the car, guys were fast and friendly!! Definitely found my new oil change place!!!! Thanks guys

I can urinate a better stream than their pressure washers. Spent 10 dollars on a truck that needed the pollen and dust washed off. Left with water spots, pollen, and dust still on it.
