*Update* I got a hold of Paul Moser, the sales manager, and he was very professional and is getting me a full refund on the alignment. The problem I had here was only with the two employees I mention.* I brought my truck here for an alignment which was performed by Eugene Fyock. He broke one part, didn't adjust things very well, and forgot to rotate my tires. I understand accidents happen so I called and politely asked for the broken part to be replaced abd made an appointment. I got here and showed the technician pictures of what needed fixed and gave a step by step of exactly what I wanted done. After they were "done" the service advisor Lori Preston told me everything I asked for was fixed. Nothing was fixed, so I asked to speak to the tech and she muttered under her breath "I'm sick of pulling him for shenanigans" and she lied straight to my face saying when I called to make the appointment I told her it didn't drive straight. But I specifically told her it drove perfectly fine I just can't have parts failing when my young daughter rides in this truck. I was professional and courteous until she lied to me about what I said. If you need service go to Spitzers in Dubois, they won't treat you like you're dumb and lie to you.

Amy went above and beyond!! She helped a "technology challenged" individual set up all the features on my new car so I can truly enjoy it!! She is the best!!

We purchased Buicks from #1 Brookville and had very positive experiences both with the sales and service team. We come from the Pittsburgh area to buy our vehicles and have them serviced at this dealership. Good experiences. Have bought from large mega dealers and can't say the same. Imagine having your car lost for two weeks!

The service department is horrible. The worst experience I had and they are exposed to be professional. I would question if any job is even done correctly, because I know they are not done completely. Then when you do call for a complaint no one calls you back. Probably because they know the jobs aren't done right. I wouldn't recommend them for any work done on any vehicle and I would buy anything from them.

We stopped in for a visit and was greeted by the previous owner who I used to work for. Always a great time to stop in and talk with the sales team and the service team. I had 4 vehicles and all the service that goes with them. Was always treated well and it's kind of cool to be remembered by your first name. It's called #1 for a reason.Van and Sharon Curll, FL

I am a disabled Veteran, and not only did I get the best price imaginable, but the folks at #1. Chevrolet treated us like family. Amy helped us by watching our 3 year Grandson. She told us to come back so she can help us work out some of the bells and whistles on our new 2020Buick Encore. It was a fantastic experience all around.. thank you very much see you guys soon.

Extremely friendly and helpful. We were helped by Blair who was very knowable and helped us take advantage of employee pricing and other rebates to get a great price on a new car. Overall this is a very welcoming dealership and the staff are great.

3 hours for a transmission flush. Did not have the filter on hand. Had to get it shipped in. No excuse. Taking double the time.

Just thought I would let everyone know that Amy in sales is a liar and the owner is very rude. Don't go here to get a vehicle unless it's your only option. Amy also likes to laugh in your face. Even my husband said she is very rude as he knows the family. Must be nice coming from money.

Had to buy a new car quickly. Because of the virus I knew it would be tough. This was even worse then that. Cars were left running for me to drive before I even got there. No salesman would come out of the showroom. Everything was done over the cell phone. Found the same car up the road a year newer and $3,000 less. At least I could walk around their lot and look as well.

I stopped and test drove a Chevy car at dealership. Filled out credit application on it. I was told by salesman that they would send to 3 local banks. They ended up sending to 7 different lenders without telling my wife or I. I was not to happy with this. Makes me wonder what else they lie about.

Took my daughter's Chevy Cruze in for service evaluation (powertrain problem). After a 20 min evaluation, I was told the engine was shot and it was $5,800 to replace. I took it for a 2nd opinion and in little time, it was discovered a part in the engine was just loose causing the problems. Almost scrapped the car after Brookville Chevrolet's "evaluation", but glad we took it somewhere where they would actually take the time to look at it and give it an accurate diagnosis.

Have been here several times will never go again. From sales man to service they have lied to me. Do not recommend any one deal with this company.
