Great customer service, as always. State inspection required brake work and new tires. Hepsey and Diane took the time to review options and pricing, and they provided excellent advice based on their invaluable experience (they ve seen it all!). Wish other businesses I deal with were half as knowledgeable, effective, and friendly. I honestly look forward to seeing them.

Needed to have my two rear tires changed out on my Corvette. Front desk, Phu and technicians was very polite, professional and helpful on having this done. Clean and fast turnaround time maybe took 30 mins. In and out. Definitely would recommend especially if your car has lowered suspension.

My first time at a Pep Boys and I am so impressed by the friendly and thorough oil change service! I feel more informed with my cars vitals than I have at any other oil change I ve gotten in 20+ years. I highly recommend this location, service staff and will be returning!

10% off coupon didn't work but overall gd exp. You do have to schedule your appointment over a walk-in ...and the wait is unavoidable but happy my car was serviced with care!

My experience with them in Brookhaven was very good. She was very helpful and explained everything to me as they went along doing my tire. The way I was treated and being help I will definitely be coming back here. Thanks for all your help Hersey I appreciate it.

It s Christmas eve morning. The Brookhaven Pa tire & service center mounted 4 new tires, replaced a bent tie-rod end, and front end alignment. I was grateful Diane and crew took great care of my car after the night before I hit a very high curb and ruined 2 driver side tires and bent a tie-rod. I will recommend that service center for the great work that was done for me.

Some of the rudest and most unprofessional people I ve ever met work at this Pep Boys. From front desk, to the mechanics. I would not trust these psychos to work on a big wheel, let alone my car. Highly recommend steering clear of this place.

Made an appointment at 1 pm to have one tire check for slow leak. The workers were rude, the store and the ventilation system is caked with dirt. I understand it's a service center but the waiting area was so bad. It took 2 hours to have my one tire checked. After the check didn't fine the leak. Dang what a waste of time. So disappointed trying to support local businesses but the service not worth it. Never coming here again.

Was in a pinch for a battery quickly- other providers were not able to help, but Pep Boys came through! Employees were helpful and pleasant! As a local, I will definitely be back!

made an appointment to get a CONVENTIONAL oil change, but when I arrived the front lady that I spoke with refused to let me get a conventional oil change, stating that shes had my type of car before and a full synthetic oil change would be best. After repeating multiple times that I want a conventional oil change, not full synthetic, not semi synthetic, CONVENTIONAL, she says its against company policy to put conventional oil in my car if it "requires" full synthetic. Needless to say I left annoyed and without an oil change, especially considering there's literally a pepboys sticker on my windshield marked for conventional oil from my last oil change I got there!!! So are we enforcing personal opinions now and turning away those who don't agree, or did the last people break pepboys company policy? Would love to know!

I have had very mixed reviews. This one I will leave as a good visit. Everyone I encountered was very kind and helpful, I expecting the same poor customer service like past experiences. Answered some questions that I had about keys. Wait time for oil change was long enough to walk down shopping center and look into a couple stores and then come back to vehicle being completed. Free AC check promotion going on currently.

Today while dropping my car off for an inspection, my husband was nearly attacked by one of the Pep Boys mechanics in Brookhaven. When he parked my car where the unpleasant receptionist told us to, a mechanic in his 50s stormed up to him screaming and cursing at him that he parked too close to his car. There was plenty of room between the two cars. The mechanic was so enraged that we immediately left, obviously not trusting anyone there to work on my car. DO NOT go to Pep Boys Brookhaven. It was an extremely terrible experience, they re mean and crazy.

Just the type of professionalism I ve always expected from workers in different establishments.Phu was particularly helpful. I enjoyed most his dedication, guidance and efficiency.If need be, I ll always come back again.

I had an unexpected car trouble and needed Service immediately , Pep Boys staffs were very professional and respectful . I was very satisfied with the customer service. They assisted me in a timely manner and completed the service needed.

Do yourself a favor and AVOID PEPBOYS BROOKHAVEN AT ALL COSTS. I recently had my car inspected and an oil change at Pep Boys and I am highly unsatisfied. I will never bring my car back here or recommend anyone to come here for anything. First, I was ripped off for my oil change being charged $100 for the "recommended" oil... luckily they told me about a 25% off coupon for it, but still $75 for an oil change is a outrageous. Then they advised my car needs a new left front tie rod and wanted to charge over $500 to fix it... I told them I'll take it elsewhere to get the work done. They specifically told me to call back once the work is done and I'll only have to pay $13 for the inspection sticker. I took it to a local owned shop and paid only $122 for the work. When I called the Pep Boys to inform them the work has been done, I asked what the cost will be to confirm what I was already told and was now told $48 for reinspection. I told them they previously said $13 only for the sticker and was never informed about reinspection cost...why wasn't I informed? Such extremely poor communication. I advised them to cancel my reinspection and will also have that work done at the local owned shop I had the work done. Do yourself a favor and AVOID PEPBOYS BROOKHAVEN AT ALL COSTS.

My mother and I stopped at this Pep Boys with car trouble while traveling home from New Jersey. Our check engine light was flashing and our car wouldn't rev over 2k RPMs. They said they'd look at it and we left it and got breakfast. When we got back, they said the car was three quarts low on oil and after putting oil in, it cleared all of the codes and the check engine light went away. We were elated that it was such a simple fix, but confused as to how the car could lose three quarts without leaving a puddle somewhere or making the engine knock. We were advised to buy oil from the Advance Auto Parts in the same center and fill up when we needed to. Either way, we paid the bill and we were back on the road. We headed south and made it to Virginia before the same problem happened again. We stopped at another Pep Boys and they informed us that the code in question couldn't be cleared and that it was related to the engine rod bearing. After researching the code and exploring options well past how long this service advisor was supposed to be there, we decided to limp the vehicle home and have it checked at the dealership and we left with no charge. The fact that we were charged a full diagnostic fee when no information we were given was correct is a sign of bad business. I hope that other potential customers read this and realize that this place is out to harm their customer base, not help it.

They were able to help me replace a tire on a Sunday in an emergency situation. They were very kind and caring after I had the opposite experience at the Mavis down the road. They quickly and throughly replaced my tire but also provided me with updates on my vehicle without the pressure of getting the additional work done in the moment. I appreciate their support and would definitely go back to this location. Shout out to Diane and the team workin on Sunday 10/1.

Had an 12:30 appointment for an 30 min oil change , I go with my kids just to wait 30 min in the waiting room when I had an appointment. Then I get told it ll take up to an hour . When I know it take 15-30 min for an oil change just seems to me they are being lazy when it comes the the job. Then there rating is only 3.7 that s horrible out of 5

Had battery issues and went right to Pep Boys and they took great care of me. Phu at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me get a new battery very quickly. Thank you Phu!

I will not be returning for anything! I went in to get a regular oil change for my car scheduled for 1 PM and arrived at 12:45, waited about an hour and a half for my car to be finished in the shop. And once it was finally done, I started driving car back home when I heard my skid plate at the front of my car start grinding on the ground! I pull over and quickly find out that they hadn't put back the screws that they took out to get to my oil pan! I called them to let them know and they said they would fix it (as they should considering they're at fault). And my whole 30 minute drive back it was scraping on the ground and I was afraid of what could happen if it had broken off. When I arrive I told them i would like to speak to the manager, and they told me if they believe my skid plate needs to be replaced they will do it. After they replaced the screws they told me their mechanic did it wrong, but not to worry about it because its now "okay" and "accidents happen". My life was at risk and I get told its okay and accidents happen? No compensation was given to me for this inconvenience and for the damage to my skid plate. Awful place to go, I don't recommend it.

I went in to see if they could plug my tire, but it had to be replaced. They quoted me a fair price for the tire, but didn't tell me that there were other tires to choose from. With that being said, I was impressed by how quickly they took care of my issue. It really was a much better experience than I've had at this location in a long time. Good job at improving this location!

I called Pep Boys in Brookhaven to have my right front headlight reassembled, have windshield wipers replaced, and get an inspection. Hepsey told me to come in so they could have a better understanding and they d take care of it if they could. The checkout process was very clear, and thorough, as well as quick. I waited an hour and a half(which is amazing considering I had no appointment). And I m back legal in the streets. Thank you Hepsey, Airess, and Pep Boys team in Brookhaven. Definitely will be coming back to have my tires done!

Pep Boys Brookhaven has the best customer service representative! She is so knowledgeable and works with you when you are pressed for time. They actually saved me money and there's not many places out there that does this! They deserve this 5 star rating.
