DO NOT GO TO! Let me say this I think this is the first written review I have ever done in my life for a business if that s what you want to call this place. If you are reading this, this is your sign not to go here. If your car is here, get it immediately. I wanted my car towed to New Jersey for minor brake issues by AAA and they had these guys come out. I thought it was going straight to NJ but I was mistaken when I found out the next day that it wasn t in NJ and it was taken to their shop instead to store. Hey no problem I thought. They said it would get there before 12. I called the mechanic and asked if it was there yet, it wasn t so I gave it some time and called the tow place and they said not till 12 - 12:30 because of some other tows that came up. I said no problem things happen. Around 3 I called and it still wasn t there but this time when I tried to call the tow place they had blocked my number. AAA had to call them and they said it wouldn t get there till 5. We had enough and my patience with them was gone. I grabbed my spare key and went there. Once I arrived I found my car and the same person who towed the car was at the desk but when he saw me he hid from me and some older gentleman just brushed me off when I asked for the other keys. I was eventually able to get them but when I tried to leave he tried to stop me. I didn t owe him any money because of AAA. He said I could get in trouble and that the cops could get involved for what idk. Personally I wouldn t have minded because what they were doing was crooked and I wouldn t have had a problem explaining the situation to them. Unfortunately the lowest you can give on here is a 1 star review. It worries me what would have happened if I left my car there any longer. DO NOT GO TO! I d rather drag it to my destination myself.Btw you can request from AAA what towing company you want however state to state tows seem to be different. Ask AAA first who they are sending.

First time ever goin here. In an emergency I brought a flat tire that needed a valve stem. They were prompt to service my tire. Felt less then 10 minutes. Mind you they had plenty of cars on the lot and lifts looked loaded. Afterwards I told him I could only pay with card and he said "our card machine is down. Don't worry about it" I couldn't believe it. These guys really helped me and the service was great. I want back and gave a $20 because thank you.

Paid $1500 for a used engine they put it in. Then broke down 10 miles down the road. They tow it back tell me the engine is bad. Who ever sells him engines. Sells him bad engines apparently. He doesn't do No compression test or probably no other test on it before putting it in your vehicle. You don t even get a dipstick no housing or nothing for it. I wonder why the engine blew. Because all the oil came out of the engine. These people are morons.

This place does inspection work that is 100% not needed. Tore a strut out of my wife's 2020 car and replaced it. Sent the old strut home so it could be seen...Nothing wrong with this strut... Pal.I'll show that to whoever your going to answer to.How could you have ever known it was bad with no road test?? This is true from my odometer. That's against the state rules. From here I call the state inspector and turn these rat scumbags in. You don't deserve a legal way to steal. Another in a long line of "it's a woman.. she knows nothing" predator mechanics that still pay the bills dishonestly.Husband looks at the bill and the strut and decided that this ain't going down all that easy as a big bill.Christ, I could choke somebody.STRUT THAT MATT!!!!

Requested roadside assistance at 8 pm and was told they d be here within an hour. 3 hours and 4 phone calls later and they never showed. Luckily a good samaritan pulled over and helped me instead

Never worked with a more unprofessional mechanic. Constant delays, excuses, and lying with very little communication. Our car with at his shop for months with promises every week of it being done tomorrow. Eventually had to tow it to another shop that confirmed the car was never even worked on (and the new place got it done in 2 weeks). Avoid this place at all costs.

Dave is a great guy and a very knowledgeable mechanic. He took me in without an appointment when my car was dying coming down the road. I will definitely use this shop for future repairs.

DONT USE THIS SHOP. This man is not an adult. Hes a child who has no idea how to tell the truth. Has had my mother in laws car for 3 months. He literally scans his phone calls, she will call all day, soon as I call or ANYONE else this man answers, then lie about everything. Please do not listen to a word this man says. Reporting to BBB now. Hiring a lawyer for deception of services and causing financial hardship. This man should not have a business.

Had my BMW towed to him on a recommendation for a burned clutch,promised the car in 4 days. 3 weeks later I got it back with the clutch not adjusted. Caught him as he was closing, explained. He said bring it by Monday morning well get it right. Here it is Thursday, and no response or call back. BTW, he ignored 17 calls for status updates while he had my car for those 3 weeks. Price was a bit over low end, but not unreasonable. Would NOT in good conscience EVER recommend his garage for anything other than a tire change. ZERO stars if possible. Never offered me the old parts to inspect either.eitheService: Transmission repair

Like the other reviews said, don t expect this place to do anything fast. I got setup with them through AAA roadside assistance after my car broke down 2 hours away from home. They picked my car up where I broke down Sunday afternoon and informed me it may not be towed to my destination until Tuesday or Wednesday. Fine, I understand. I don t hear from them Tuesday or Wednesday, so I call Thursday and the guy I spoke to promised me it was going out that afternoon. Still doesn t arrive. I call back Friday and again I get promised it s going out today and the guy I was talking to even said he was the one that s driving it. Still not there Friday night. Finally the car gets towed Saturday afternoon, 6 days after I broke down. It was impossible to get ahold of these guys while they were in possession of my car.

Took my 93 explorer to Matt he changed my oil forgot to put the oil nut at the bottom of the vehicle in, he started it, backed it out of his garage fresh oil was all over his garage floor my vehicle was running for about 2 minutes when I noticed what just happened luckily I noticed it before my engine ceased up. It can take 4 to 6 weeks or more to get your car back if you bring it in his shop for repairs. I stopped going to him years ago

I can t necessarily vouch for any repairs they may do my car had a flat and my roadside assistance via my insurance reached out but I called him on his personal number at 11pm on a Saturday and he always returned my call and made it a point to give me detailed ETA s and seemed to care about my situation and the fact that my insurance had me waiting almost 2 hours. Thanks again Matt, your customer service throughout this was unmatched.

I trusted this guy. I got my exhaust manifold replaced by him on my f350 almost 2 years ago. He charged me $550 claiming all but one of my bolts broke taking it out. I was satisfied after the work was done and even though everyone kept warning me about how shady this guy was, I defended him. His warranty is only for one year 12,000 miles. It has been almost 2 years and only 5,000 miles since he changed the manifold and it started leaking again. I took it to him first and he said he would only charge me $300 to change it again. I asked if he could get one that didn't say China in big letters on it thinking that it failed because of how quickly it rusted from cheap metals and he said that was the only ones that he could get. So I decided to take my business to another mechanic who I have been going to for about a year and a half. He got off the manifold and noticed that the wrong bolts were used and that all the holes are completely messed up. Instead of fixing it the right way Matts garage did a quick crap fix to get me out the door and didn't care what would happen in the near future. Matt if you are reading this, we are done! I defended you for the last 2 years to everyone who said you were shady and I will not anymore!! I can't believe I fell for your shady crap. NEVER AGAIN!

DO NOT GO! I gave him my fixer upper, and made the mistake of paying him first, because he needed money for the parts. Constantly called him every week after the two months, which was the promised finished date, and finally got it back 7 months later. The trunk is filled with water, there's wiring damage, the locks don't work, the windows don't work, and the engine stalls like hell. He slapped an inspection sticker on it and insists that it still should work fine. His prices are cheap along with the work, and don't expect to get your car back unless you threaten a lawsuit, which he already has one on hand.

The absolute WORST experience I have ever dealt with both mechanically and professionally. Very clear that Matt is SCAMMING all his customers and claiming false information to squeeze more money out of people. He only takes cash, SO MAKE SURE TO GET A RECIEPT. Neglects answering any phone calls.. had my car almost 4 months. Reading other people s comments made it clear that it s a pattern, first a tranny issue, orders a new one & undersells to a someone else, says mine needs to now be rebuilt , gets rebuilt and breaks the fuel gage, waits 1 whole month for that part to come in. Fixes that and then drops the rebuilt tranny in, and now it s the computer system and was never the tranny?! SCAM ARTIST. HOW IS HE STILL IN BUSINESS. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE. This is a quick summary of the series of events I have gone through with Matt & his company, although there are many more issues that aren t being stated.

my car wouldnt start because of my starter..so after work i stop by matts towing with my motorcycle..he immediately told the tow driver go pick up car from my job up the road,he not only went & tow it right away thursday night but also stood open late til 6pm to get my car finish..because he gave me his word it would be finish by saturday..great people...super friendly crew def thank you so much!..from ish the barber

He's had my car for 4 months now. He rebuilt my tranny back in April gave me 1 year warrentee & the tranny broke down again 4 months later. I had AAA tow it to his garage about 4 months ago and 1st he said a rod in the tranny broke had to wait almost a month for the part then the part came and he was rapping it up 3 months ago. Then another month went by and he said we needed a new tranny. Waited another month for the tranny to come and get installed. All he needed was to connect the ground wire & he was rapping it up yet again. Then it needed it needed some computer and he sent if off to another shop to wrap that up too & that was almost a month ago. Now it has to over 4 months and still no car. This guy has more excuses than a school of kids without their homework! Now I'm being completely ignored all together and have to go to court! The last 4 to 5 months of my life had been hell holiday's and all!

Who fixes a car, damages it, and then claims it s good? A fuel pump was fixed, now the gas tank leaks and they re saying they didn t do it?? You people should be ashamed of yourselves. You obviously aren t since there are so many bad reviews here. Lesson learned.How the hell is this place still open??

Very slow service repairs. Prices in line with other repair garages.how ever Very negative reviews. Lack of phone return service. Lack of promised vehicle return times. Would not recommend this garage to anyone. Read all reviews before using this garage.

Unfortunately the manager there, younger guy, has no idea how to operate a business. Slow service and doesn't know how to talk to people. You walk in, ask a question of availability and acts as if you just ruined his whole day. Well... I went down the road and got the service done.Service: TiresService: Tires

Horrible! Takes your money and doesn't fix anything. 1k later with a truck that broke down the same day we picked it up. It sat for weeks at his gatage "waiting on parts." DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
